We had a great time and loved the lagoon beach just a couple of minutes' walk away.

This condo was perfect for my wife, 2 teenagers and myself. There was plenty of space to relax, and we loved sitting on the back patio enjoying the view. The pool was great and the property was very clean.

We were a group of 6 women who needed to get away from the kids/husbands. Stay was amazing, clean, and host was great, no complaints! Will go back.

It was the perfect location to sit on the beach and bring in the New Year watching the fireworks on 7 mile beach! It's walking distance to restaurants which was nice. We enjoyed the condo and wish we could have stayed longer.

The property offered a fantastic view. It's close to a grocery store which helped save a little money if you're okay with cooking for yourself. The property is at the far end of Seven mile beach, so we went to the public beach (Governer's Beach) just a slight car ride away. There is beach access at the property but for snorkeling or putting your feet in the sand it wasn't the best. All in all a fantastic getaway spot on a very friendly island.

The property is accurately described (read reviews - spot on)... Incredible views and like many have said... the 3rd floor screened deck is super sweet...

Great property, well appointed. Pool, hot tub and grill in great condition. Beach area rocky, need to walk on main road for 1/4 mile to get to the main seven mile beach to walk and swim. That said, with fins/water shoes, you can get out over the rock/coral and enjoy snorkeling.
We would definitely return to this beautiful condo.

We had a lovely 5 night stay at Crescent Point - Lou Ann and Pauline were fantastically communicative, and the unit was exactly as described. Location was fantastic - right on the beach, walking distance to other beaches, walk to delicious food (Coconut Joes, Peppers) short drive to grocery and liquor store. The screened in porch was the frequent hangout spot, and we also spent lots of time at the pool. Air conditioning was efficient, beds were super comfy, and the living room came well stocked with books, board games, dominoes, and fun Caribbean art. Would recommend to anyone who wants a low key fun getaway in Grand Cayman!

I live in Cayman and my family came down for Christmas! The location is right on Seven Mile and was perfect for everyone. The unit is on the top floor with high ceilings making it feel so much bigger. Large kitchen, bedrooms and patio! Screened in patio! The 6 of us had plenty of room to move around. Everything was clean, daily housekeeping was great!
Only suggestions- unit could use an updated toaster and coffee maker but other than that everything was perfect!
Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home and create amazing Christmas memories!!

Great Condo!
This condo was great for our family (5 adults)! It was very clean and stocked with everything you need (dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans, iron/ironing board, noodles for the pool, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.). Having housekeeping every day was a nice perk. The condo is within walking distance to the grocery store. The only downside is that you can't enter the ocean from the beach as it's very rocky. There is a pool and we went to the Royal Palms beach club to access the ocean. It was a short walk and had chairs, umbrellas and food/drink. I'd recommend this property.

This property is wonderful. Very homey and decorated with care. The only negative is the beach is a little rocky. You can walk one property over and access a great beach at margharitaville so not a big deal. The grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful property
Our family of six just stayed at this property for seven nights, and could not have had a better vacation! We have four kids, including three teenagers and everyone had a wonderful time. The property was perfect! Had everything we needed for our stay, including a wonderful veranda with the best view. It was clean and decorated beautifully. We loved Grand Cayman, and if given the opportunity, we would visit again and stay at this same property! Lovely!!

Cayman wedding
We've visited Cayman many times but this was the first wedding trip. I specifically chose this condo not only for the proximity to everything on 7 mile beach but also the elevator on property which was much needed for my elderly mother. The view from 3rd floor balcony is fantastic and shes enjoyed sitting out there every morning with coffee in hand. We didn't do any cooking in the condo this trip, due to wedding activities every night, but the condo is very well appointed & has everything you would need to create any meal. Very comfortable & spacious condo, served our needs perfectly. Thank you so much!

Loved our stay!
Beautiful view. Spacious, comfortable and clean condo. Just what we hoped for! The pool and grounds were lovely and peaceful- our own little oasis! And the snorkeling out front was really quite good - surprised how much we saw! Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic condo!!
You couldn't ask for a nicer condo, better view, bigger porch, better location, quieter beach, more wonderful pool, or nicer folks. We sent for a diving vacation with our 3 adult children and it was perfect. We came back from dinner one night and the AC wouldn't work, and Pauline had someone out in 20 minutes and got it fixed.
The kids got in before us and Pauline got them checked in and settled. And the owner was very nice and prompt with responses.
We could not have asked for a better experience. We went diving with Living the Dream divers, and they were excellent as well!

Gorgeous slice of paradise
We had a WONDERFUL time!!! Lou Ann's place is absolutely perfect. The beach is very private, yet once you learn how to get past the walls, it allows you to walk the rest of the beach - but a lot of people from other places stopped and turned back once they got to the walls on either side of us. So we pretty much had the beach to ourselves, and it was incredible. Other condos - and especially the hotels - are packed with chairs 3 rows deep: not this one! There were even palm trees growing on our beach, coconuts and all, with iguanas lounging above your head in the branches.
This condo is so well appointed: we had everything we needed for cooking, drinking, bathing, etc. Pauline was in the office to meet us, and gave us tons of good advice. She also let us stay a few hours later on our departure day - late flight. There were a lot of fun things to do there: puzzles every night, and my husband loved pouring over all of the magazines, brochures and written recommendations that Lou Ann had collected to find perfect restaurants for the week. (Some of our favorites were Yoshi Sushi, Coconut Joe's, and Sunshine Grill. The best VALUE on the island was Captain Herman's Fish Fry (massive portions) - but don't be in a hurry!) There is a book carousel of great reads for the beach. She also has boogie boards, noodles, balls and goggles for playing in the water.
Every afternoon we had happy hour on the massive screened porch and decided what we would do for dinner and the rest of the night. And pretty much every evening, we came back and walked the beach late at night, going to Royal Palms for conch fritters and 'Gingeritas'.
We chose to rent a car - from Marshall's, as Lou suggested - and had a blast navigating the left lanes and roundabouts. I highly suggest renting, for the freedom to explore the island, run to the grocery store, etc. Gas is very expensive, though! As is everything.
Even though our weather got a little chilly and windy, it was always warm at the pool, and in the hot tub. The grounds are clean and perfectly groomed...we decided this place had the most amazing lawn we had ever seen or felt. There were also grills we could use, so one day we bought fish at the grocery and grilled it ourselves.
We loved everything about Grand Cayman - the people, the food, the grocery store, the beach - and especially Crescent Point and this particular condo. If we ever get back there, we will definitely stay in Lou Ann's place again.

This was a perfect vacation!
My family (6 adults) stayed at the Crescent Point condominiums over Thanksgiving holiday and had the most magnificent time. It was the 4th time I had been to the island, however, the first time staying in a condo. It was a wonderful experience and a gorgeous complex. The condo itself was completely equipped for anything you would need both inside (cook, laundry, games, tv) and outside. It is impeccably clean, extremely roomy and made us feel like home from the moment we arrived. The views are simply breathtaking from the verandas. The complex is also beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. Often, we were the only guests in the pool. Both Lou Ann (owner) and Pauline (guest management), were incredibly helpful before the trip and while we were there. We will definitely return to this specific condo on our next trip to the Caymans.

Wonderful stay in this lovely condo-truly paradise
Our first trip to Grand Cayman. We had a wonderful time and this condo met all of our expectations and then some. It has a beautiful screened in porch with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean. The condo is very clean, neat and spacious. The grounds are lush, well kept and quiet away from the crowds on 7 mile. The pool is beautiful and also quiet. As mentioned by other reviewers the beach is a bit rocky right in front of the condo but we literally only walked 50 feet away to have nice sand and easy access for snorkeling. Easy walk to the Marriot if you want a drink of lunch served on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and the owner was helpful and responsive.

Beautiful setting, comfortable and quiet accommodations!
My family of 6 greatly enjoyed the time spent in this condo. It has an amazing view. The pool is lovely and private beach area is very nice and uncrowded. There are palm trees that provide shade for lying on beach. Access to the water here is rocky, but we just walked north a bit for easier access. Great snorkeling in this area. Everyone we met (residences, guests and employees) were all very friendly and peaceful. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. Everyone in our group said their beds were comfortable. Location of the condo is excellent. It is on the south end of 7-mile beach, between the luxury hotels on 7-mile beach and Georgetown. One could easily walk to a lot of places or access public transportation. There is an elevator very close to the unit, which is great for luggage/groceries and/or guests with accessibility issues.

Great Condo and 7 Mile Beach Location!
Very spacious and clean, well stocked condo. We loved that it was on a quieter part of the beach but only a short walk to the Marriott where we enjoyed a couple of meals and cocktails. We cooked a few meals in and used the property's grill and the condo had everything we needed. Nice towels, linens and comfortable beds too. Pauline was very helpful showing us everything our first day. We also loved the convenient location to great restaurants, shopping and the super market. My whole family agrees that this was our best vacation ever!
