We loved the beach house, everything was very clean and the host was fast to reply with any questions or concerns.
Please note that the beach is rocky so make sure you bring aqua socks. Also, having a mask & snorkel are a must for enjoying the water, you'll want to bring these on your trip as well.
My only "complaint" with the property is that nothing is stocked, it only had salt & pepper. It stinks when you have to buy some staple items like sugar. We had leftover plastic wrap, zip lock bags and laundry detergent - I wonder if they will be left for the next guest.
Overall, a wonderful house with a nice pool, plenty of parking and steps from the water. Highly recommended!

Loved the house. 3 comfortable bedrooms with queen or king beds and 3 bathrooms plus a 4th room for kids. Our family of 8 was very comfortable. Pool area was great and we unexpectedly enjoyed some swimming and snorkeling on the beach out front, Chisholm's grocery a few miles down the road had all the essentials and we enjoyed dinners at Kaibo’s, Tukkas East End, and especially La Casita (brunch burrito was delicious). Especially enjoyed hanging out at Rum Point Club’s lovely beach (public is welcome). Family enjoyed excursions to Crystal Caves and The Cayman Parrot Sanctuary. On our last day, we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling at Cemetery Beach at the north end of Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Islanders were very friendly, laid back, hospitable, and welcoming. Driving around on left side or road took careful attention and some getting used to but traffic circles kept traffic flowing beautifully. Probably turned windshield wipers on 50 times even though it never rained all week (wiper control where directional signal usually is) It was a running joke as the grandkids were counting every screw up.

Great location if you want to get away from the crowds. Convenient to some of the nicer attractions on the island, but a long way from the airport and 7-mile beach. Recommend visitors to grocery shop in town before driving to the house. There's a nice little store close by, but not much selection compared to stores in town.

Beachfront property was wonderful. Nice to get away from the traffic of the Seven Mile area but still close to great activities and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

The property was better than advertised. The location on secluded Rum Point was perfect for our family, yet close enough to good dining and beaches - there is a convenience store a mile away that had just about everything we needed to stock the house. The beach is private and secluded. And though you can't really swim, it's perfect for wading and is teaming with sea life. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was as advertised if not better than expected and the property manager was very attentive to any issues that we had. We wanted to have ocean front views without the crowds of seven mile beach and this is just what we got. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home had plenty of room for all of us and the house was stocked with anything that we needed. The pool was well taken care of and provided a great place to rest and relax without the sand.
We had a few maintenance concerns while at the house which included the dishwasher leaking, downstairs bathroom faucet leaking and only warm water upstairs. Immediately after notifying the property manager he had repairmen on site the next day to check out the issues and even stopped by personally to see that everything was taken care of. The only thing that wasn't timely fixed was the hot water as by the end of our stay it wasn't fixed yet. This wasn't a huge concern since we did have warm water but it would have been nice to have hot. However, we understand on the island it takes time for some repairs and getting parts.
The only negative experience of the trip has to be property itself. When we first arrived we noticed a strong fish like odor that lingered throughout the week. We think this had something to do with the mounds of dead sea weed/grass on the beach. We knew the north side of the island had more sea weed than seven mile beach but this rendered the beach basically useless as it was piled very high, had a strong smell and also had a lot of trash in it that had washed up. I wonder if the sea weed is worse this year than in the past as it looked worse than when we have been to the island before. I also wonder if it would be worth paying someone to clean off the beach daily. This is what they had to do when we stayed in Belize. With the strong smell we didn't tend to hang out outside too much. We also noticed a lot of flying insects around the property on the sand that dig into the sand. There were enough of them that walking in the sand around the house didn't seem to appealing.
Overall, we had an unforgettable trip and anytime we visit we like the quiet of the north side of the island. These homes are great for larger families and inside are just as advertised with a great support staff in case you need anything!
Thanks for the great trip and we can't wait to visit the island again!

Perfect house for a relaxed family vacation
We stayed in the blue house, all the houses face the ocean and the sound of the waves is so relaxing. We did a lot of activities at Rum Point and the East End, so it’s a great location if you’re trying to stay away from all the crowds on 7 Mile. The house was clean, plenty of linens and towels and we could wash whatever we needed to. We enjoyed a couple of night just cooking out and playing games with family.

The house was clean and well maintained. However, we saw a rat outside our door. Also, there were not enough beech towels or kitchen trash bags which we purchased and left for the next tenent. We really liked being in Rum Point although we will probably stay closer to town next time

We stayed here for a family holiday. Everyone had an amazing time. The five houses are really well layed out. Everyone has their own privacy and the pool in the center is a good meeting point. The compound is on white powdery sand. Our house had all good quality equipment - samsung, whirpool, ecc.. plenty of soap, towels, beach towels, bbq. As far as children are concerned there are 2 dvd players per house with a few dvds, board games and beach toys including some snorkeling items. Wi-fi works very well. One day the gardener picked some coconuts from one of the trees in the garden and opened it for us; we drank coconut water and ate the soft juicy fruit inside. Delicious. You definetly need to rent a car and buy groceries before heading off to these villas on the North Side. There is a small convinient store on the Rum Road if you only need to stock for breakfast and ice-cream. Although this might make it sound like the North side is secluded I can say it is not. Rum Point, snorkeling, bioluminescenes, starfish point they all happen here! We would definetly go back again.

You'll need a rental car as this is on the secluded north end. The house had everything you would need. Nice pool with plenty of chairs. You can't swim at this beach, but you aren't far from a few beaches. Nice and close to Rum Point. My only criticism is that the living room does not have room for six people to sit down as there is a couch and loveseat only. Otherwise, it was a great property.

While the pictures are accurate on the web page, seeing these beautiful houses in person is incredible! Obviously a lot of thought was put into the layout designs, décor and quality of construction. Plenty of room for privacy for several couples or a family. Very comfortable beds. These homes have it all! We loved having the pool for late afternoon swims or on a windy day. We started and ended our days with the amazing ocean view and sound of the waves from the porch and balconies. We have stayed on the Rum Point/North Shore before and always enjoy the slower pace of the North Shore with less traffic yet close by restaurants (Over the Edge is our fav!) and a small but well stocked grocery store is just down the street. Rum Point is very close and has so many things to do if you want an active day (sting ray city is a must see). Don’t miss Star Fish beach just past the Kaibo Yacht Club (another good restaurant) very close by. The homes are exceptionally clean and well maintained by Janet and Andre (who can also cook a delicious meal in your home for a relaxing evening). Sean was very easy to work with and quick to respond with any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying at Ocean Paradise again!

Beautiful, homey location. Close to Rum Point. A bit of a drive to the main section of the island but we had no issues. Plan on about a 30 minute drive to Seven Mile beach. Very quiet. View from the bedroom facing the ocean is just incredible in the morning.
The beach off of the house is rocky and not incredibly appetizing. To me, the water looked too rough for snorkeling, although the literature on the house said it's possible. We didn't try it. For us, this was not such a big deal-- we drove to the many pretty beaches or snorkeling spotson the island every day. This would be the kind of place perfect for folks who prioritize beauty, tranquility, and privacy over nightlife and shopping.
The interior of the house is very very nice, yet livable. Decor is beautiful, but not so much you're afraid to touch anything.
The grounds are well kept, housekeeping is helpful and attentive, and we found the shared pool to be jus fine-- when we were there (in the summer-- low season) we had it to ourselves much of the time. One or two little land crabs are often found at the bottom of the pool in the morning.
We could not have wished for a nicer house, and we had a fabulous time. Highly recommended.

My family of 5 absolutely loved the house. It had plenty of room, good wifi strength and complete relaxation. We used the hammocks multiple times each day just to be lazy in the warm sunshine. We did some snorkeling right at the beach and enjoyed it even though we had some rougher water days. Even found some conchs and saw lots of lobsters, small fish, etc.
The pool is nice to have for those rough seas days and just to hang out. The water in the pool was cooler than the ocean so it was very refreshing for the hotter days. Enjoying a cup of coffee poolside is always a nice relaxing time compared to the cold winter of home.
I would truly recommend the property. Only had 2 very minor issues which were resolved in less than 24 hours. AC worked great and it was really nice to have the grill.

Our family of 7 (6 adults and a baby) stayed here the week of Jan 17 to Jan 24. At first, we thought we might be a little disappointed because the house was further away from 7 mile beach. We actually ended up loving the restaurants and area at Rum Pointe that we only went to 7 mile beach once! If you are looking for a fancy dinner experience for a anniversary or birthday celebration try Kaibo upstairs. The food was fantastic and for $55 you get a 6 course tasting menu! Also, the Rum Pointe restaurant for dinner was fantastic. The blackened red snapper was to die for! Overall, we were very happy we chose this house and the north part of the island. One suggestion - definitely go to the big grocery store by the airport before going to the house. Overall, very nice place to stay!

This group of houses is perfect for a group vacation. The houses are extremely well maintained and include all the needed furniture and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. There was not much of a beach and the ocean was full of rocks but the pool and the view helped that not be an issue. We completely enjoyed our time at Ocean Paradise and would rent there again if we return to the island. Having a car is a must.

Great place to stay
Ocean Paradise is a great property. Management was always accessible and made our trip easier. Our kids had an awesome time in the pool and walking the beach. We elected to have a dinner cooked at our place, it was one of our best meals all trip long. Wish we would have booked that at the start of the trip however as we had lots of leftovers we wish we could have eaten.

Beautiful Houses
My Family and I stayed in Oceanfront Paradise for a couple of weeks. We moved from one house to the other. So we know all fife of them. The basically all the same just different colors. We preferred the yellow oceanfront the best.Every house is very good maintained. The management is excellent and always available. The cleaning crew is amazing. The only downside is the beach in front of the houses is not clean and manny rocks. The closest supermarket is 40 minutes away. But if you like to stay away from the crowed places than Oceanfront Paradise is perfect.

Ocean Paradise - Niiice
My family stayed at one of the houses in early January. It's in an isolated part of the island - takes about 45 mins to get there from the airport. However, it's fairly close to Rum Point (about a 5 min drive). The house was very nice, and very well-kept. One of the upstairs balconies had a view of the ocean (our house was further away, closer to the road). The pool area was also well-kept. While the beach was maintained, it's not the best place to swim (very rocky, and choppy surf).
