This was our second time staying at this property for a moms and kids trip. The location is ideal for strolling town and watching boats in the channel. The outside balcony is the perfect viewing location for the musical fountain show. The walk to the beach is pleasant. It is so helpful that the property has beach chairs and towels to use. We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning again.

We stayed with our teenagers, and had friends visit during the day. Right off the bat, the condo is immaculately clean! It’s gorgeous and well stocked. Location is perfect, right in the heart of it all!

Our family of 4 just stayed here over Father’s Day weekend… amazing all around! We absolutely loved the location and really can’t beat the convenience. The only time we used our car was to drive over to the beach (barely 5 min drive) since we had a lot of stuff to bring (our 3 year old twins require a lot of cargo). We loved being able to walk to everything in the downtown area and get back to the condo quick when the kids needed a break! Check in and out was seamless and easy. We used our stroller a lot and we had no problems getting in and out of the building with it (sometimes that can be a challenge). Beautiful spacious condo, perfectly clean and inviting. Well stocked with essentials. Tv in every room (kids loved that!). The best part was the balcony for people/car watching and of course the musical fountain at night! We would absolutely stay here again… the price is worth the convenience of location in our opinion. My husband wanted me to add his notes: he loved the Sonos sound system, water pressure and art work. :)

This is a great find. It is crystal clean - seems brand new - and beautifully appointed. No detail overlooked. Fully stocked with anything you need for your stay, even nice towels, soaps, linens, laundry and kitchen items. We were traveling with our baby so the conveniences were incredibly appreciated. Easy in/out. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Great parking options. Gorgeous view, especially for the sunset and musical fountain! The location is excellent for walking pretty much anywhere — shopping, dinner, beach, bars, ice cream - you can’t beat it! The only con for me (because I am a light sleeper) was the street noise. Because it’s in such a great location, it’s busy. So I struggled with the noise a bit but thankfully most people seem to abide by the 11p noise ordinance. We also had our baby in the other bedroom that was further from the street so the noise was a non-issue there. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The balcony was perfect for watching boats and people; the riverwalk was just across the street and restaurants/shops were just around the corner. Fantastic location for us and the condo was lovely—looked great and had anything we wanted.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It is in a great location in downtown Grand Haven - within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the musical fountain every night. Highly recommend this condo and hope to be back again!

This is the place to stay! I would definitely book this any time I return to Grand Haven if it is available! Very best condo for watching the fountain and people. Close to great restaurants and shopping, very clean and well stocked.

This place is such a perfect location in Grand Haven. One thing I was surprised about is it stated "2 bedroom" but there is only ONE closet for the whole unit, in the master closet. The other bedroom has a closet but there are only shelves inside. I also think it states "sleeps 6" but I don't think there is room for 6.

No complaints here. Great location, comfortable and roomy, well stocked. The (new) coffee pot didn’t work and the property owner was there in a flash with a replacement and a gift card for the inconvenience. She was very attentive to our needs.

Special condo with a gorgeous view from the delightful balcony. Location is wonderful! We walked to restaurants, shops, and the lighthouse! Viewed the colorful fountain display every evening! So much to see from the balcony, people, vehicles, and boats galore! Condo was just as pictured, lovely!

This is such a beautiful condo. Amazing location. It was perfect for my family of 4. Parking is so convenient. Great views of the fountain. Right next to Kirby house and all downtown restaurants are within walking distance. Loved this place and look forward to staying there again!

My best friend and I took our 4 kids to Grand Haven for a mid-week getaway. This condo was the perfect combination of hotel and home. All the kids loved being directly across from the Musical Fountain and watching the shows each night. The location is great for enjoying downtown as well as strolling to the beach (or driving one car with all the gear). We can't wait to come back!

Great location, right on the harbor, right downtown. Made it so easy to enjoy wandering the town and cute local shops (we always visit MacKite (toy store) and Kilwins (delicious treats and fudge) when we're in town). Condo was easy to access and park. It was bright and clean, communication with the owners was prompt and easy - during booking process AND during our stay. We had one issue with a beeping fire alarm that required them to come on site, and they were very respectful and prompt. Condo was clean and well laid out, stocked with basic kitchen amenities and laundry being in unit was very helpful. Master bed was amazingly comfortable and whole unit was very cozy. We were able to watch a marching band performance from the patio, and it was lovely to watch the boats go in / out of the harbor. Very relaxing. We went to visit family and it was a wonderful change of scenery for us all. Only thing I would recommend black out blinds for bedroom (or pack eye masks!).

We had an amazing time in this beautiful condo in Grand Haven. We visited with our 3 teenaged children and enjoyed walking to restaurants, ice cream shops, the beach and boating on Spring Lake. The condo is perfectly located and we rarely used our car while in Grand Haven. Additionally, the condo is clean, spacious and updated We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, watching the boats and people watching.

Absolutely wonderful condo, perfectly located! We spent the week here with our 2 children and had a wonderful time. Everything was so easy - checking in, parking, walking to everything, watching the musical fountain from the balcony! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this perfectly located and appointed condo in downtown Grand Haven; just steps from restaurants and shopping. You can walk down to the pier or take a short drive to other local beachfront parks, relax on the spacious balcony and watch the musical fountain at night, or just relax in the condo after a long day at the beach or out on the water. Fishing and sailing charters are just a few short blocks away. The condo looks brand new and was spotless upon our arrival. Highly recommended; we'll definitely rent again.
