Superb! 😻

Hotelul în sine este de o eleganță aparte, cu un design modern și facilități de top care îți satisfac toate nevoile. Camerele sunt spațioase, extrem de curate și decorate cu mult bun gust.Unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje ale acestui loc este priveliștea minunată spre munte. De pe balconul camerei,am putut admira peisaje spectaculoase care mi-au tăiat respirația și m-au umplut de o stare de liniște și relaxare profundă. Experiența cu jacuzzi ul este de neratat! Ceea ce a făcut cu adevărat diferența a fost, însă, personalul hotelului. Toți angajații sunt prietenoși, profesioniști și mereu dispuși să ajute cu un zâmbet pe buze. Doresc să menționez în mod special pe domnul de la recepție, acesta a demonstrat o amabilitate rar întâlnită, asigurându-se că avem tot ce ne trebuie pe parcursul șederii noastre. Mulțumiri întregii echipe pentru profesionalismul și ospitalitatea exemplară. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Wonderful place

Very clean premisses and wonderful staff. New furniture, huge smart TV, breathless view of the mountains. The food is delicious and they have the best papanasi that I have ever tried! Everything that we had asked for had been sorted.

The price is high compared to the size of the room.

CHIAR MERITĂ UN SEJUR DE O SĂPTĂMÂNA!

Multă intimitate, concept nou de hotel departe de clasic , în care te poți odihni și unde e atîta liniște de poți să-ți auzi gindurile. De bucatarie ce să mai vorbim , cred ca au “ furat chefii de la chefi la cuțite “ , totul la superlativ , iar ospătarii chiar știu ce să-ți ofere.

Sejurul a fost neplăcut pentru că în urma promovării locației, venisem cu așteptări foarte mari.

Mi-a plăcut poziționarea proprietății, cu o priveliște frumoasă către munte.

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că atunci când am ajuns în cameră era foarte frig și se simțea un puternic miros de țigară. Frigul resimțit în cameră a persistat și pe parcursul nopții, după ce am revenit din Brașov, deși caloriferul era dat la maxim. Un alt lucru extrem de neplăcut a fost mâncarea, care a ajuns destul de greu (aprox. 30 min.), iar atunci când am tăiat pieptul de pui comandat am avut surpriza neplăcută ca acesta să fie crud. L-am returnat la bucătărie specificând că aș vrea să fie bine făcut (atitudinea ospătarului fiind una extrem de arogantă: “stați puțin, că acum vorbesc cu colegul, vin după la masă”), după încă 30 de minute de așteptare, “amabilul” ospătar a revenit doar să mă informeze că va mai dura ceva timp pentru că la bucătărie prepară un alt piept de pui. Pofta de mâncare îmi pierise deja și am preferat să anulez comanda și am plecat să mâncăm în oraș. De asemenea, faimosul burger 24k pe care l-a comandat prietenul meu era total diferit față de cel promovat insistent pe rețelele de socializare. Ca ultim lucru neplăcut aș vrea să menționez că deși iubim animalele, nu a fost plăcut să vedem pisica hotelului care zgâria toate scaunele din restaurant în timp ce noi mâncam acolo.

Foarte relaxant

Impecabil de curat, se face curățenie zilnică cu schimbat lenjerie, prosoape etc. Personalul foarte amabil. În 2 seri ne era frig în cameră și personalul a fost foarte receptiv și a dat drumul la căldură în camera noastră. Mâncarea foarte bună

Mi-ar fi plăcut ca cei cazați la unitate să aibă acces gratis la jacuzzi.

I liked the private location, very quiet.

I was expecting more, from the pictures they have posted but when i've arrived it was just like a general hotel. The pictures are too exagerated to be honest. There isn't a jacuzzi or the luxury that the pictures show.

Beautiful views, clean rooms

This hotel is meant to be a luxury stay, being much more expensive than others in the area, however, I wasn’t convinced it was worth the cost. The jacuzzi is extremely overpriced and it didn’t feel clean, the food is also very expensive, but the quality doesn’t justify the price.

It's worth a check-in

The view is awesome, the staff was mostly very helpful. The jacuzzi experience is also worth it.

Except when they've (restaurant staff) sent us on our way at 22:45 from the restaurant. Now to be honest they did not say anything - just turned off the music and started cleaning the tables.

Amazing location and view from our room and the restaurant. The staff were very polite and friendly. I’m just sorry I didn’t stay longer. I loved it!

disapointing, not worth the money, enraged

I liked the location with the mountain view and the balcony. netflix

where should I start. this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it’s a max 3. I literally woke up in the morning feeling likeI slept in the kitchen because of the food smell, and I was on the second floor. there is no spa/pool just a loussy jacuzi that they charge you extra for. considering that their image is the jacuzi, they charge an extra 80lei/hour/person for the jacuzi, and they don’t tell you about it when you call to make the rezervation, just when you arrive, so you’re left with no option. you would think that after paying 650lei /room/night that would be included, but the greed of these people is just too high. there is no elevator, so much for 4 stars. around the jacuzi is very filthy , like how much time and money does it cost to repaint the stairs that you need to climb to the jacuzi so that I don’t get that peeled paint into the freacking jacuzi, at some point the bubles stopped and man there was so much paint and dirt in the water. also, they have a nice camera pointing to the jacuzi, so they can watch you , much intimacy. then someone’s balcony is just next to the jacuzi , ain’t that fun. plus all around the jacuzi the view of mold on the ceiling and the view of rest of the very messy garden is just on par with all the filth on the floor surrounding the jacuzi. and the way to the jacuzi, an improvized shack. but there is always more. as you climb to the “4starts” hotel you risk to trip and hurt yourself on the broken stairs. then in the room the cheapest stuff was used, and , the cosmetics were from the people that stayed before us, you could freacking see it.
