Regret to leave. Wounderful stay
My only regret was that we couldn't spend more time in the actual house or hiking in the gorgeous park right there in the neighborhood. Our main focus of the trip was to visit family in a nearby area, and so most of our time was spent there, but it was always an absolute pleasure to return to this stunning house, its beautiful views, its comfort and space even with such occupation (six adults and one toddler, more than enough room for everyone). The hosts were responsive and welcoming, even a welcome basket awaited us after our long journey. I feel lucky to have found such a place at such a price during a high season. Very much recommend! ”

Nice area and fairly close to everything
We had a great time staying at this property. My computer worked fine and there was no problem with using my phone. Mall was close by and places to eat were there. Park and hiking trails were walking distance from the house. I would rate this 5star.

WARNING: Worst Stay Ever
First off, we've been using VBBO houses for the past 6 years and I've never left a negative review or had as serious an issue as with this house. As a lawyer, I state the following is true under penalty of perjury. I'll start with the Cons first:
CONS:
1) NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION. Period. My wife and I use T-Mobile and had no cell phone reception. I went to every corner of the house and all of my calls dropped. This is critical for my business. I emailed the owner Dee this and she emailed flippantly she knew about the issue, but she said Verizon works. She never posted this fact in her description which is a glaring omission. It's possible the other reviewers had Verizon, but this still should be noted. I had to buy a Verizon phone. I'm well-off so this didn't matter, but it was Dee's attitude. She's a nice person until you start questioning something.
2) INTERNET Did Not Work. I had to reboot the modem every hour - it was unbelievable. When I texted Dee, again she took 3 days to get back to me. And then gave me an 800 number to call. I shook my head knowing the outcome. Why doesn't she do this? I called Time Warner and they said they needed a password, so again Dee wasted my time calling them. When the issue was not resolved, I demanded she tell the Time Warner guy to come out or issue us a refund. She finally moved. The Time Warner guy came out and inspected the situation. He then said the reception was a -10 and could only be rectified by increasing the speed. Dee's husband was there and heard the entire thing. When the situation was still bad, Dee had the audacity to demand she come over and inspect the internet. Like why? Her own husband was there. What could she do that the Time Warner guy could not do?
3) NOISE: This was not Dee's fault. The neighbor rented the house to these three fraternity guys who threw a loud party across the street until 3 am. I called 911 several times but they didn't do anything. Finally on the 3rd week, I called the Sheriff and they finally came out and quieted the party. I'm suing these guys and the homeowner next month for violation of my quiet enjoyment of a house.
4) LOCATION: Hacienda Heights is a far distance from downtown Los Angeles to the east. If you don't mind driving, then it's fine.
5) DEE'S DEFENSIVE ATTITUDE: I don't think even to this day, the owner Dee understands the problem of what happened. She started out very nice, but became very defensive in the end.

Good Property but lacking furniture
The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The furniture in the main parts of the house were uncomfortable and small so it made it hard to visit with the family. Otherwise, otherwise it was an okay property.

Very beautiful home
This home will make you forget your own home. I really liked how everything in the house functioned. It does not lack anything. It is very quiet and peaceful. My two teenagers loved that they had their own rooms. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

A beautiful house with a quiet and lovely community
My friends and I love this house, a suitable home for a group of friends like us, enjoyed the location and our neighbors. Some of us who like to walk, we were going to a beautiful park very close to each morning. The access to shops, supermarkets, banks, etc. are easy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to visit Los Angeles.

Beautiful House !
This place is fantastic and is exactly as advertised !
The house is very beautiful and spacious enough for 8 people. The location is very close to restaurants/shopping/banks in case you ever need to get anything. Also super close to the highway so you can get in and out of the city if needed, though the house is located in a very quiet community so the noise is definitely not a problem.
Dee and her Husband are fantastic and will reply to your emails and phone calls right away. They are very helpful and was a pleasure to do business with them. I had left a phone charger behind and Frank called me to help retrieve it.
The only thing I would improve is to get faster internet. With 7-8 people using it at the same time, it could get a bit slow, but not a deal breaker.

Graduation Family Get Together
I would give 4.5 stars, the only reason I didn't quite give 5 stars is because Wifi and phone service was a bit spotty. The home was very clean, in a beautiful area with shopping not far away. Dee and her husband were very helpful. The one minor problem we had, I called, Dee answered and her husband was there within minutes to fix the problem! All of my guest were very impressed with the house. Thank you.
