Great location in boutique room with all facilities need (access to kitchen and coffee making etc) and good value.

Great location, easy check in lovely boutique rooms a much better than straying a hotel.

Fridge in room a bit noisy.

Nel complesso buon soggiorno

Posizione, facilità nel check in, pulizia, bella la struttura in generale, arredamento essenziale ma funzionale

La soluzione scelta da noi presentava un ingresso alla stanza un po’ insolito con una porta di vetro posticcia chiusa a chiava ma ad altezza di due metri con spazio vuoto fino al soffitto. Tale porta portava ad altre sue porte : una di ingresso all’appartamento e una di ingresso al bagno che in tal modo risultava esterno all’appartamento. A noi non ha creato disagio ma potrebbe farlo.

Incredible room on corner with great location, showing it’s wear though

The concept and design of the room is superb. It is a well distributed, designed and furnished room. The balcony overlooking and views overlooking the streets were fantastic. It’s location is unbeatable. The property gave us excellent recomendations for dinner and breakfast in Cluj-Napoca that were the best of our trip in Romania. Netflix and a Nespresso machine were excellent touches.

The place is showing it’s wear. Cracks in the ceiling and fixtures that need to be replaced make the room show it’s age.

Fantastic location and excellent amenities

The location is fantastic, with a massive choice of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and absolutely no need for public transport or taxis to explore the city.

The only improvements we could make would be to provide a full sized ironing board (there is enough space and it would make ironing shirts, dresses, skirts etc so much easier) and also enough coffee pods for the duration of the stay.

I liked everything about the place. Very clean, spacious, cozy. Loved the little separate dressing, they were kind and left and ironing board and Iron there. The place has everything you need and it is placed right in the city center. I ll come here in all my future trips to Cluj. The bed and the bedding were extremely confortable. They even left some brezels, sweets and water, which was very sweet. Coffee and tea were also provided.

They gave us exact directions on where to take it to get to the rooms because it's self check in. That was so helpful. It was quiet during the entire stay. And of course it was very clean and tidy.

Great location luxurious apartment with a balcony.

great location and very comfortable bed. easy checkin and clean room with coffee making facilities.

air condition unit was very efficient but a little noisy as was the fridge but when turned off it was fine. Toilet didn’t lock and front door seemed a little insecure till worked out how to bolt one side.

Good to very good, clean and amazing host with very easy check-in and location

I liked the location, it had clean towels, a good comfortable bed, and a very easy check-in. Overall the property is clean and the bathroom is clean as well. The shower in the corners could look better however overall it was very clean. A dishwasher machine in the common kitchen would help a lot and it was nice to see that there are some kitchen ustensils that can be used. Enlarging their selections would definitely help. The host is amazing. Absolutely one of the best and his idea and what is trying to build is amazing. I would like to thank him again for his hospitality and I hope more people would check this place.

- Changing the silicons in the corners of the showers would help and would put this property on the very high end - Dishwasher machine in the common kitchen and more kitchen ustensils - House rules for how to deal with Kitchen

Central & easy to find

The property was very central and easy to find. The baggage store and communal lounge area are both great extras. Fast internet was also a bonus.

The property was a little dusty and we did find some used water bottles in the wardrobe, so cleaning could be a little better. The dust may have been due to the building work going on around the property

Needs a good clean.

Although down a dark alley, full of rubble. The location is great. Directly facing is a church, a bakery, and most importantly, the tourist information. The main square is 300m away. The apartments are nicely decorated. They are just not very well kept or cleaned.

Absolutely filthy. Overflowing bins outside our room the whole time we were there. No staff attended the property to clean the communal areas or empty bins. Between Sunday and Thursday. The bed only had 2 pillows, which were flat and didn't smell too clean. I'm now not sure if we arrived to clean bedding. The duvet was thin, and there was a cheap blanket from jysk thrown over. There were no wine glasses, so we had to buy a set. We also had to buy 2 mugs as ones at property were ridiculously small. There was only one teaspoon. We had to keep washing and sharing it. The coffee machine had water that had gone green in it. Good job we brought a cafetiere. There's a tabletop fridge, which is under the counter, on the floor, it makes a terrible noise, but not as much as the barking dog in the yard next door. Kitchen worktops were made from ply wood. They had splits all throughout , with dirt in-between. The dishcloth and scourer in the sink were used and left from previous guests. The floors were filthy, and there was no mop to clean them, which I would have happily done. The tiles in the shower were full of scum and in need of a deep clean. But, the worst thing of all was that the towels were tiny, and very rough. We asked for a change on Wednesday (4 days into our stay) we were refused. We were told we had to request them 24hrs before. We were to ask staff at the property. NO staff were at the property throughout our stay, as im sure if they were, they'd have emptied the overflowing bins.!

Just incredible!

The property is beautiful, stylish and very clean. The beds are very cozy, a good night sleep is guaranteed! Very easy to check-in and the host very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect, you’re staying in the city center with amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Multiple bus stations are at a short walk distance.
