Pulizia e cortesia

Proprietaria gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. La stanza era ordinata e pulita e adatta ad una famiglia. Colazione buona e la signora che se ne occupa è stata gentilissima. La posizione è perfetta vicino lo stadio e con i mezzi si arriva facilmente.

Świetny personel! Pani właścicielka to cudowna osoba, a kontakt z nią przebiegał bez trudności. Służyła pomocą na każdym kroku. Pani która przygotowywała śniadania również kochana, codziennie czekało na nas śniadanie składające się z tostów i croissantów oraz kawy.

Very pleasant, comfortable stay and sweet staff.

It was very clean, the location is great and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very nice as well and I generally enjoyed my night and could relax well before my business meeting the next day!

lovely relaxing vacation

Warm welcome, lovely breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, entertainment options for the kids in the neighbourhood... Both Brunella and Lucia were so helpful and made us feel at home. The beach is within walking distance and you can also take a train/bus to other nearby places.

not directly related to the property - prepare to be bitten by lots of mosquitos in Pescara, they managed to come into the room despite the window nets :(

Disappointing

Really nice staff. Good breakfast which was included in the price.

The room had windows located directly on the main street, where there was incredible noise from passing cars (including honking ambulance sirens).

Superb

Room was better than I expected, georgous host, very helpful and always with a smile an her face. Nice localization, around 1km to the Beach but around 4km to the Centre. Neverthenless I can easilly recomend the place as a great place to stay.

Superb

I really loved the stay there. The room was big, very clean, the bathroom was spacious as well. There was a delicious breakfast (even with sth salty for non-Italians) served in the common room. We stayed there for only one night but I recommend the place for a stay in Pescara. There is direct bus from Pescara centrale station and you can have a nice walk and got to the beach.

Best location near by the beach. Perfect owner and clean rooms such a home also fairly enough kitchen tools. And good breakfast offer, it's feeling good start of the day. I recommend all families.

Very nice room with bathroom. Breakfast is a bit limited, mostly sweet, but coffee is very good.

Bad soundproofing of the room, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor.

A place worth the money!

Very friendly service, no problem on the part of the owners regarding late check-in, a large shared kitchen and a well-equipped bathroom. The area has one of the best rated restaurants in the city, groseries are also in the area.

- Not a big problem, but the distance from the center of Pescara was quite long. - The entrance to the rooms was quite tight.

Family vacation in nice atmosphere

Great place, with an extremely nice host. The apartment is clean and has air coindtion. The owner make a breakfast every day from a local specials. The beach is in about 15 minutes walk. There is a lot of place to park a car outside the building.

Really nothing. The photos on Booking.com shows how the place really look like. If you looking for an apartment like that (like we did), you will be satisfied.
