Master has a joining room with a twin bed. Large 2 sink full bath, + 1/2 bath. Private back yard with deck and BBG Grill (plenty of lobster pots) Incredible front porch with views of the Banisters Warf. 1 Mile to the the beaches and Newport Mansions.

We were in town for a wedding and could not have been more pleased with the house. It was very comfortable and plenty of room. The location which was ideal, close to everything and allowed us to walk everywhere. Although we did not eat there, the kitchen had everything and was fully stocked. There is a charming back porch and yard. We would definitely rent this house again.

My group and I had a great time at this property! We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was the best location ever. We walked everywhere so it was super easy to get in town. We were also able to check in early too which was super helpful for us traveling out of state. The only downside was it seemed like another group had checked out right before we checked in so I’m not sure if there was enough time to restock things like toilet paper, or fully clean down the house between arrivals. (There was sand on the floor when we arrived, sheets were clean but not on the bed we had to put them on, there was half-eaten ice cream left in the fridge etc.) But, overall we still had a great time and would definitely book again!

Our group had a fantastic stay at this property! We wanted something close to the shops and restaurants in the area and this was perfect. We walked to several different destinations and even a walk to the cliff walk entrance was very easy. The house was comfortable for our party of 7, would easily sleep up to 9 adults. I loved that there was a big island in the kitchen and a half bath downstairs. The full bath upstairs has plenty of space for getting ready with lots of counter room. The host was very responsive and the house was clean! Check in was a breeze. Would love to stay here again on a future trip.

We chose this listing because of its proximity to Newport’s best shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. This house’s location is incredible. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to prep food on the island and plenty of table seating with ample natural lighting. Beds were comfortable. The house supplied everything you’d expect in a rental.

Excellent location, ample space and really easy for our family. Having on street nearby parking and a pass was very convenient and having the downtown area restaurants, morning coffee and shopping within a few minute walk made our time in Newport incredibly memorable. Hope to return very soon!!

We had such a great time in Newport and staying here is why! We couldn’t have found a better location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and a night cap before bed. The house was so close to shopping, restaurants and the water. We all said we would be staying here again!!! Thanks Bill!

I can't say enough great things about this property. It was perfect for our bachelorette weekend getaway. The house was clean, had air conditioners in each room, was beautifully decorated, and had ample amounts of comfort items from linens to kitchen items. The location was absolutely perfect. The house is just steps away from all of the amazing restaurants, shopping, and night life on Thames st. We had a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this property!

I had 8 friends stay here for my bachelorette party- we were so obsessed with the house. It's 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, a lovely back deck, 2 bathrooms, and an enormous kitchen. It had everything we needed and was steps away from Newport restaurants and bars. I loved it so much and would definitely come back!

We chose this beautiful property as the location to celebrate my Mother’s birthday. The property is extremely clean, has a beautiful back yard with a porch, and is a one-minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!

The property has a spacious kitchen, perfect layout for a family to gather. We were only there to sleep really but took a little time to relax on the back deck with a yard! The location was perfect, so easy to visit downtown shops and near some of our favorite little food shops like "Drift"!

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. The house is in a PERFECT location for all things downtown, the size of the house is great, 4 bedrooms, just as pictured. The owner was incredibly responsive and we had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this home for a bachelorette party in Newport and the girls and I absolutely loved it. The location is as good as it gets -- right in the heart of downtown Newport and easily walkable to many destinations. The home was clean, well decorated, and spacious, with all the accommodations that we needed. William's instructions were very clear, and the checking in and out process was very easy. I had initially booked this home due to cost, as it was the most affordable property I could find to accommodate my group size, but it ended up being even better than I expected! I don't think the pictures do the home justice. I would stay here again and again if I ever needed a space this large in this area in the future!

The house couldn't have been in a better location and the size was much larger than I expected. It was a great spot for a few friends in Newport for a wedding weekend. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to anyone who is spending a few nights in Newport and wants to be able to walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops.
