This property boasts three bedrooms each with king size beds, flat screen televisions and en suite bathrooms. On the the first level guest will find an open floor plan that unites a gourmet kitchen and living room that is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is accented by granite counters and stainless steel appliances and even comes equipped with its own Kegerator system.

There are two bedrooms on the first level. One bedroom has a private balcony. Up the stairs is the master bedroom that has a balcony and a spiral stair case that leads to a roof top deck with water views. There is also a sitting area and a sofa bed in the master bedroom.

Conveniently, this property comes with a driveway with parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

While I thought this property has several strengths, it's nicely located near a lot of shops, food, and activities, it had plenty of space for our family of five, and a rooftop deck to enjoy the view of Newport harbor, there are two important things to know about this property: 1. The front of the complex faces Thames street and the largest "master" bedroom is on the third floor facing the street. There is A LOT of noise late into the night in this area (likely more during the summer, with the nice weather and the bars and restaurants on Thames). This same bedroom also has about 8 windows with very little light blocked by the thin shades, so you will be up when the sun is up. The other two bedrooms are quieter and darker, for those looking for more sleep on their vacation. 2. The second to last night of our 5 night stay had heavy rain and my daughter woke up with water dripping from the ceiling onto her bed. I reached out to the property managers who said they would send the maintenance crew. I wasn't terribly concerned about this leak since we were leaving the next day, and planned to be out for the day. There was a stain on the ceiling in this bedroom before the rain though, and there is a deck above it, so unless the problem is remediated fully, the leak/drip is likely to happen again with the next heavy rain.

The location is perfect to get to wherever you want to go in Newport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and just perfect for our girls’ weekend. There were no kitchen towels and the fireplace didn’t work. These were not major detractors for us though.

Wonderful and clean space. Great views from the various balconies. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. Very restful space and close to everything. Absolutely would recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only issue we had was the condition of the outside furniture being extremely dirty. The floors inside had a lot of dirt and dust throughout. We also noticed ants in the bathrooms. I could not find any cleaning products including the broom and vacuum that were listed to be included. The location was perfect and the house overall was beautiful! Parking was also a plus!

Visited Newport for the weekend with my friends. This place is fabulous for groups because of the location and size of the condo. You are about a mile from downtown which is very convienent and this location comes with a parking spot. The owner, Chris, was so helpful and truly made our stay great. Highlghy reccomend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here! Perfectly situated to walk to restaurants, shops and wharfs. Balconies provided spectacular views of the harbor and bridge. Clean and well decorated, well maintained! Only suggestion: it could use more kitchen supplies... (spatula, serving bowls, dish towels and pot holders...

House was very Nice. We have a few complaints , our fireplace didn’t work and there wasn’t enough toilet paper etc , not enough pots to cook, no utensils and no spices , not even salt or pepper. We were planning on cooking one night and we couldn’t , it was very disappointing.

This was a wonderful 3 bedroom condo with a couple of pulls out sofas and several decks (rooftop had a wonderful view of the water and the Newport bridge). The unit was modern and clean. I especially loved the white walls, colorful bedding and nautical themed decorations. The kitchen was so large and had everything we needed. The hosts were there whenever you needed them and responded quickly to my questions. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shops and you really didn't even need a car since everything was so accessible. You could also walk down to the water in just a couple of minutes. You never know what you're going to get when you book a place online but this unit exceeded my expectations! Next time we travel to Newport I would love to stay here again.

This is one of the most amazing properties I have stayed in. Everything in the unit is perfect. The bedrooms are all comfortable King size beds with you own bathroom. The penthouse is beautifully decorated. It is extremely clean. Perfect location - you can go shopping or tour the mansions, all within walking distance. The AC works perfectly which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing. I had the best time here, I didn't want to go home. The unit is super clean and the WIFI works!! Check in is a breeze.

My family and I stayed at the Newport Lofts during my daughter’s wedding week over the 4th of July and we were all so impressed with everything about our stay. Katie, from the Newport Lofts team, was incredibly helpful, organized and responsive in the booking process as well as during our stay. The interior is beautifully designed, comfortably, clean and spacious with a coastal feel and all the modern amenities. One of the units, the penthouse, boasted several outdoor decks including one on the rooftop that was the perfect place to enjoy an evening glass of wine and even fireworks on the 4th. The location was also the best of both worlds. They are located right on Thames Street, close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops but but down far enough so it wasn’t loud or too rowdy at night. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.
