The house was clean and very spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the air hockey & PacMan. Very nice neighborhood and location was perfect for doing activities in the area or downtown KC. The kids loved Science City and all the fun activities there! This house worked well for our group.

This was the perfect situation for us as a family. Comfortable very clean and with coffee (yay) and baby items useful for infants. Lovely neighborhood right by our Kansas City families in Olathe. Close to Prince of Peace church.

Our extended family including 4 adults and 3 kids had a very clean,and comfortable stay. There's a lot of staples pretty close by, and not difficult to get to anywhere in the Kansas City area.

Very comfortable, well kept home in pleasant neighborhood near to lots of shops and restaurants. Our group especially enjoyed the game room with the arcade machine and the air hocky table!

We had 9 people with 6 beds + provisions for trundle, extra mattresses. Nice linens, easy check in/out. Air hockey a big hit. 1 of 2 arcade games worked. All provisions well stocked. Really quiet neighborhood and house. I recommend as good rental property

The property worked perfectly for what we needed! It was very clean, in a nice neighborhood and the beds slept great. Not having access to a primary closet would be the only issue but we just used the guest bedroom closets. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and if needed I would use again!

We used this property for 3 families to stay during a softball tournament. We had 2 couples, a single mom, and 3 teen girls. It worked so well for us and was close to the fields! Property was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The house was very clean. The house was located in a very quite neighborhood. There is a lot of shopping nearby. There was was enough rooms for each person to have their own. My granddaughter enjoyed playing the games in the game room. Because the weather was cold we were not able to enjoy the outdoor deck. I would definitely here again.

We had a good time ! Game room a hit with grandkids . Great neighborhood. Good communication. We liked the house and rooms and beds. Loved the shower in the upstairs sharing bathroom it was amazing ! Enjoyed our stay . For next guest the recycling bin is the blue one but all cans have black lids lol

Well stocked. Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of room for the family. Only suggestion might be to put s tv in the living room and queen bedroom and a larger one in the master bedroom. Thank you for a great stay!

I have used VRBO properties many times as a gathering place for family trips. This one rated MUCH lower than most! No working front porch light made getting in after dark a struggle. No working overhead light in the Master bedroom meant using a phone flashlight to find all of our belongings when packing up. The shower in the Master did not drain well, which meant standing in water. Only 4 chairs and a very uncomfortable bench at the dining table meant that we could not all sit together. The bed in the Master bedroom was so tall you really needed a step stool to get into it (it is higher than my waist!). Good thing my husband and I practice yoga! Lots of supplies for babies and toys for kids, but no step stool, so the younger ones could reach the bathroom sink The MOST disappointing was the total lack of response from the owner to our numerous texts and emails! The blizzard on Dec. 25-26 meant that we had to delay our arrival by a day. We asked if we could extend our stay by a day. No response. We asked if we might receive a credit for the missed day. No response. I realize this was during the holidays, but not responding to ANY of our correspondence was very frustrating. Despite the location that was so close to my parent's home, we doubt we will use this property again.

Really enjoy the stay over the weekend! In town for a school reunion, and it was great to have someplace like this to stay rather than a hotel. It was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend it!

Perfect place for families with wide range of ages to stay. Games and activities on site and nice backyard. Convenient to fun activities like the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead and easy to get to 1-35 for fun in the Crown Center and Union Station area. Great stay and wonderful host who was very available for any questions.

Our family and our friends (10 total) went to the Kansas City area for our spring break. We were looking at getting away from all the snow we have at home. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and the kids were able to go for a walk and play outside. The game room was wonderful and we played a lot of air hockey and arcade games. The kitchen is spacious and the dinning table is huge, allowing us to all sit around it and eat together and play cards. The house was big enough that the kids were able to spread out and no one felt closed in. There was so much to do in the area - everything we wanted to do was a quick and easy trip. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this home. Thank you!

We stayed here while in town for my grandma’s milestone birthday. We were five adults and two kids, ages 11 and 14, and there was plenty of space for all of us. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need within an easy drive. The one drawback to the house is how much stuff is in it. There are lots of knickknacks on all surfaces, pictures and signs on all the walls, and big, bulky furniture. It felt like we were living in someone’s personal space and not a vacation rental. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is super high, so if you have guests with mobility issues, it may not be a good fit for them. We appreciated the quick responses from the owner when we had questions before arrival. Check-in was easy and the house was clean. Overall it met our needs and was a good experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of seven adults and one baby. It has a large kitchen, big dining room table, and lots of places to sit. We enjoyed the fun air hockey table, and Pac-Man machine. Having 2 1/2 baths made it really easy for everyone’s use. The owner was very welcoming and made the check in and check out process simple. It is very convenient to grocery stores, fast food, freeway, and other amenities. We would definitely love to stay there again!

We rented this house for a week since we were in town for a Christian congress nearby. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the house. It was very clean and organized. The rooms were the right fit for everyone and it was very easy to access and leave the property. Overall, we would definitely rent this property again in the future.
