House includes - Neat kitchen, 3 bedrooms, (main room queen bed, 2nd room twin king singles, 3rd room 1 single bed with trundle.)

The front and back yards are completely enclosed. Both decks provide lots of sun and sitting areas. The property is suitable for dogs.
Flynn’s Beach Bungalow is just a short walk to Beaches, Cafes and the Town Centre. Close to swimming pool, koala hospital and Port City Bowling Club and numerous takeaway/convenience stores. Walk straight up Arncliff Ave to access the popular beach walking tracks or view whales from Rocky Point Lookout.

A comfortable stay in a great location, not to close and not to far from amenities. Perfect for a day at the dog beach. Flynns & Nobbies just down the road. Lynne & Angus were accommodating and easy to deal with, a great stay.

We come up for a funeral from the south coast..the house very welcoming clean had everything you need to be comfortable. We love the sunroom and the yard was great for pets .. The only thing I would say it need would be better heating ..for the cooler months. However its has been a cold winter

We had a lovely holiday. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. House had everything we needed. It did get a little hot of an evening if there was no breeze around. Walking distance to beaches and cafes. Kids had a ball. Our dog loved her stay here as well. Perfect for a family getaway. Thank you Lynne & Angus.

Our recent stay at this holiday place was fantastic. The short drive to the beach made enjoying the sun and sand a breeze. With a variety of restaurants nearby, dining out was convenient. The accommodation was clean, and the provided linen added a nice touch. The family-friendly BBQ was a big hit, making our outdoor meals even more enjoyable. Overall, it provided an ideal combination of convenience and cleanliness for a memorable family getaway. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful little home. Very cosy and welcoming. All the mod cons needed. Clean, tidy and everything thought of. My puppies settled in nicely like they were at home. Communication was excellent with much appreciated flexibility. Highly recommend staying at this quaint little cottage.

We had a very enjoyable stay, with the house having everything we needed. It was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. The garden was pretty and well kept and the back verandah was a nice place to eat outside or just sit and relax. The house is very close to the Coastal Walk and not far from Flynn’s Beach. Overall it just had a very nice feel and we were happy with the choice.

My family had a wonderful stay with our Labrador. The house is well equipped and clean and only a short stroll to Flynn’s beach, cafes and restaurants. The yard was secure and well maintained and perfect for our Labrador. We would definitely love to stay again! Thanks Lynne and Angus!

We loved this character-filled house just a short stroll to Flynn's Beach! Our hosts, Lynne and Angus, were so helpful with communicating local information including highlights and dog-friendly spots. Lynne and Angus were generous and thoughtful in providing everything we needed in this spacious, light-filled and super-comfortable house. A great bird-visiting back yard and fresh herbs growing in the garden were a bonus! Benny (dog) loved lying on the wide deck in the beautiful sunshine. Many thanks, Lynne and Angus! Super clean, comfortable, relaxing place. An older house but updated enough to be very easy to live in without losing its charm. Very, very well supplied with everything you could possibly need by generous and thoughtful owners. Good quality appliances and bedlinen. Lovely location near Flynn's Beach. Quite a hilly area though so something to keep in mind for the less mobile. Welcoming to dogs (ours loved the sunroom) and a basic but really great outdoor barbecue area. Will definitely come back because we loved this place. Thanks Lynne and Angus

The house is freshly renovated, well presented with new spacious bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Although not listed the house is suitable for people with mobility issues. We were there in winter and there was always a sunny spot to sit, inside and out. Close to the beach, with an easy coast walk to town. The availability of a full laundry and 2nd bathroom made the experience all the more enjoyable. Thanks again to Angus and Lynne.

Overall it was pretty good . I loved the huge backyard, my bedroom which was the main room, the modern bathroom and deck. The living room was quite dark which I did not like, and there were no lights at the front entrance so it was pitch black there when entering or exiting the property at night time. That was kind of scary especially when your staying in someone else’s home in a street you don’t know. Having said the negatives I believe the owners were good communicators and will attend to the light problem. The had the home well stocked and it was in a great area, walking distance to beaches and cafes.

What a great stay we had at the bungalow. Very clean, cosy and comfy. Had absolutely everything we needed and more and Sam the dog loved it too. Everything has been thought of to make the bungalow a complete home away from home. We will definitely be back that’s for sure.

We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the dog friendly home and secure garden. It was lovely to sit out on the deck and watch the birds in the trees. We greatly enjoyed walking at Lighthouse beach at sunset (5-10 minutes drive away), one of the dog friendly beaches.

We thorough enjoyed our stay at Flynns Beach bungalow. The cottage was incredibly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location was amazing with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Great beaches within walking distance as well. The backyard was fabulous for our furry family member and she loved her stay as well.

Covid was obviously an ideal time to do work on this lovely property. The bathroom has been updated and was great. two new lounges have been moved in and were comfortable to sit on. Windows and painting all refreshed. Our daughter and family asked at the last minute if they could also stay. This was easily and pleasantly handled by the home owners. As usual, our dog was extremely happy with his holiday here. A wonderful place to stay.

On our recent stay, my teenage children, Labrador and I were really happy with this property. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great (must haves in my opinion!) We were very grateful for our dog being allowed inside and the yard was very secure too. The location exceeded my expectations, we were so close to Flynn’s Beach and enjoyed the cafe there most days. It was walking distance to town and also only a short walk to the off lead dog beach, Nobby’s, where we visited daily. The communication from the hosts was excellent and I would not hesitate to book again.
