Everything was ok , only the beach area needs improvement.

Place, room& cleanliness.

The beach shore is dirty. Lots of garbage. The property owner should clean the area .

The place is clean..The price is just right for the type of place and the type of food being served.The staff are nice.

We didnt get the comfort we were expecting. Didnt reach expectation for the restaurant and food We did not have a good sleep becuase the window type Aircon was so noisy.

Beautiful place

Very clean and comfortable My family enjoyed the stay Staff are so helpful and always smile.

Just a little hassle on the water during showering. Can't supply all the rooms once it goes in all at once.

Never Again! Avoid this resort!

fairly clean surrounding.

1. No hot water for shower rooms!!! - UNACCEPTABLE!!! 2. Very slow restaurant service - It took an hour to prepare usual breakfast like: ToSiLog, LongSiLog, etc!!! 3. No AC power sockets in some rooms. We stayed in the resort for 3 days. And do they expect us to bring our solar powerbank?! 4. No seats for the ‘Superior’ family room. The name of the room does not justify the facilities it has. No hot water! Ridiculous! 5. Staff are not very welcoming, most of restaurant staff show poker face when you’re ordering food. It’s not that straight forward to connect to their wifi. So, I asked one of the restaurant staff for advice. She just looked at me like I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how to connect my phone to a wifi. But it took her 5minutes to almost connect my phone to their wifi. I managed to connect it in the end. 6. Beach is not well maintained - (but they have lifeguard), ironic! 7. Corkage fee/person per day if you bring in food. 8. Restaurant food is ok-ish but too expensive for the quantity and quality 9. There are dogs, cats, and GOATS (Yes! Goats!) on the loose inside the resort and sometimes they come to the restaurants while we’re eating. 10. It’s Computer age and 3 years of covid pandemic have passed. I don’t understand why they don’t accept cards for payments.

Staff are nice and very accomodating. They immediately responded to our concern and provided us a spare room to compensate with the situation in our room.

The room had a problem with one bed it was soaking wet, there was a leakage from the roof down to the ceiling that was not checked before we came in. Toilet was horrendous, smell was awful and there was a little mess on the floor. Pillows smelled awful as well.

It would’ve been better improve on service and maintenance

The photos were actually accurate Commendable team were those from the dining area very accommodating and hospitable

however, the front desk personnel that welcomed us one had a phone in hand busy for whatever reason and there was only one quickly assisting. We had deluxe rooms but the doors were difficult to slide open & close as if poorly maintained, we were promised toiletries that were never brought for an overnight stay no shampoo and soap in the dispenser, drainage and bathroom smelled like sewer… At 1-3 am there was some noise of unknwon reason which makes it difficult to sleep…

We left a phone behind that they have yet to ship back to us. We have called several times since Sunday, and now it's Sunday and they are no longer picking up.

We did not enjoyed our staycation because of the lack of facilities like no tv, no video ok, no wifi connection and no s

None we were so disappointed about the property.

No tv, no video ok, no signal, no internet connection and the use of swimming pool is until 9:00 pm only.

More variety of foods to choose. Have a small shop inside the resort where you can buy snacks and drinks etc. So no need to go out from the resort.
