This home is simply spectacular! Located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona just a short walk from a bakery and restaurants. Large enough for several families or a large group get-together. You will love the large kitchen area with two ovens, gas stove and quality gas barbecue grill outside. Take a Swim or Relax in the hot tub, then enjoy a game of billiards, darts, air hockey or table tennis, or simple relax in one of the many recliner chairs in the cinema area and enjoy a show.

Welcome to paradise - you will be blown away by the view! The location is perfectly positioned. There is really no need to leave this exquisite estate with the perfect pool, hot tub, fire pit, lawn games and mini golf. Inside you will enjoy a spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare a big family meal. The theater room and game room is great for hours of fun for all ages. Did I mention the breathtaking view!? Thanks for the incredible welcome.

The house was perfect and so much more than we expected. The location was close to everything, shops, restaurants, hikes and grocery stores. The views were incredible. Lori our host was amazing. She met us at the house when we checked in and showed us around. She was so kind and she was always available for any questions we had. We had plenty of room for our extended family of 12. The pool and back yard area was used everyday. We didn’t want to leave. We will be coming back to this perfect Sedona paradise for sure. Thank you for a great stay. I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

I was visiting Sedona with a group of girlfriends, and the property was beautiful and perfect for us. Close to lots of hikes and great restaurants, and the yard was amazing for hanging out and spending time together! (We spent a lot of time in the pool because it was HOT in June - especially after hiking in the morning!!) This is a great place for groups. Spacious, well located, and great for eating meals and spending time together! It's also beautiful and looks right into the red rocks near by!

Wonderful and it was so nice the home was well stocked, that was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the waffle bowl maker each night with waffles and ice cream by the fire pit. The whole vacation was made so much more enjoyable because of this home.

This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at! It is our all time favorite. Our family of 16 loved the home & incredible views of the Sedona Red Rocks. Our 8 grandkids (age 2 - 11) loved the rec rooms with the home theater, pool table, arcades, and so much more. The home was incredibly beautiful with magnificent woodwork, spacious indoor & outdoor spaces & great amenities. The kitchen was perfect with every appliance we could possibly need. The wrap around balcony with a grill was great. But the best was the outdoor space with a heated pool that we used even when it was snowing on Easter Sunday! The hot tub, sauna, and firepit were special. Would absolutely recommend this home for any group looking for family fun while in the beautiful area of Sedona!

I am not sure that words can describe how wonderful this stay was. The host(s)/owner(s) of this home did not leave anything undone. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, complete kitchen, wonderful ammenities, extremely responsive - the list goes on. We were there for a reconnection trip with 7 of us ladies and there was plenty of space, plenty to do or not do, and with amazing views. We are already planning our next trip. I cannot thank our host enough- for the walk thru and answering of questions. We made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you from our whole hearts!

Overall, this is an elite property and even better than advertised. The location is quiet but still an easy drive to all of the attractions. The house is nicely appointed and has a southwestern feel to it, which is a nice touch. The games, pool, sauna, and put put is a very nice touch. Also worth noting, the furniture is very comfortable, which is unfortunately becoming unusual for rental properties. Bravo!

This home was amazing! We had 10 people who stayed here comfortably. The kitchen was organized and laid out perfectly. The back yard was so dreamy! We loved it. Such a perfect place to stay for our retreat. Thank you again Donna and Lori for such a perfect set up for our getaway.

We came to ride bikes and enjoy the sunsets - we looooved the pool chill time and the fire pit. The massive garage was a great bonus for building bikes and storing gear. The owners were very quick with all communications which is so important. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Sedona!

My husband and I were looking for a home to accommodate our family for vacation, we had 7 adults and 3 children and this house was the perfect fit for us! It was also pristinely clean and organized. There’s so much to do at the house you’ll have a hard time wanting to leave to explore Sedona! One of the highlights from our entire vacation was staying at this house, we highly recommend booking this home for larger groups!

The hosts were amazingly hospitable and great communicators who made us feel welcome and well cared for. They met us personally at check in to walk us through the property and answer any questions we had and were also available via phone any time we needed anything. It’s like we were staying at a friend’s house that was in a great location with amazing amenities. We had a group of 12 people and every single person was comfortable and had a great time. This might have to be an annual trip!

This is truly a "Spectacular Sedona Destination with Pool & Spa". The location is quiet and lovely with tons of off-street parking--which was great for us as our 4 families came from different directions and all had separate vehicles. The house itself is amazing. Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen labels were especially helpful. Bedrooms were ample, comfortable, and private. Kids play/bunk areas provided entertainment for our 6 grands. Pool was perfect size for family fun. It also had a cover for additional safety. The entire place was immaculately clean. We were all so pleased with this large, beautiful home in Sedona. Recommend without hesitation.

Our family of six adults absolutely loved this house. The owners thought of everything, leaving us not wanting anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house amenities including the amazing basement activities, as well as the pool, made every moment memorable. The location was perfect also, close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely come and stay here again.

This home is spectacular! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lori was there to greet us and give us a tour and she was so nice. We had 7 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. Lots of outdoor space and we took advantage of it all! The pool and hot tub got quite a bit of use 😃 the custom woodwork is so beautiful and really adds to the uniqueness of this stunning home. We enjoyed this property as a group of old friends gathering for a reunion. It was clean, spacious, and full of things to do… pool, hot tub,etc. Kitchen was very well organized and well stocked for real cooking. Property manager was very responsive to our needs.

This home had absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Any activity was available, corn hole, pool table, swimming pool, ping pong, air hockey. Beautiful home theater. Rooms for everyone. The best was the bunk room for the cousins who see each other maybe once a year. The manager Lori was super wonderful. She gave us a full tour when we arrived so we would know everything. We came to hike, but the kids said “we don’t need to go anywhere “. Very Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to wherever we needed to go, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect house for our family.

This house had everything we needed/wanted. The view was beautiful, the house was clean, and there are so many activities in the house to keep 4 kids busy that they didn't even want to bother the adults. Both Donna and Lori were amazing too. Lori walked us through the house when we arrived and was very responsive to our messages.

We were still able to enjoy our rain-soaked stay in Sedona thanks to this lovely, well-equipped home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group, beds are comfy, and the pool table, ping pong and other games kept us happily occupied when we couldn't get outside to hike. Owners responded quickly to any concerns. We would happily rent again.

It isn’t common to find a vacation rental house that not only meets, but exceeds the needs of a family with all ages. The Wisbeys have ensured every amenity from infancy to adulthood is met in addition to abundant entertainment with high end finishes. Their rental ‘home’ in West Sedona is just that - the comfort of home, in a lovely location with spectacular views… the sun rising and setting against the picturesque Red Rocks is truly a sight to behold!

I rented this house for the New Year family gathering. We were very pleased with hospitality and variety of things to do in the house. The house very clean and beautifully equipped and maintained. I am all about the views, and this house full of breathtaking views. We definitely will be back.

So much room to spread out and activities on property to keep the kids busy. Bitter sweet because we won’t be staying here again since the family just bought a house in Sedona to use year round.
