House was ok but needed a good spring clean. .Neighbours noisy. Bit too expensive.

The property had everything we needed. Outside facilities were good. ClOse to the beach. Nice size rooms. Good bathrooms.

The rooms need better window coverings to allow more light in & privacy. Air conditioning would be good. No hair dryer or clothes dryer. Windows were really dirty. House a bit cluttered.

Good location, mediocre house

The location of this property is great. A couple of minutes walk from the beach. The area is really quiet and peaceful and the house itself is well equipped, the log fire is really lovely for the cooler months.

We paid a 'linen' charge (which is something I have not done with AirBnB-type properties for many years, it is something, these days, that any good property manager includes). After paying over $120 for linen, you would expect the quality to be somewhat passable. However, the sheets and beds were AWFUL. I had terrible back pain all week due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. The bed wheeled across the room any time you tried to get into it! The house was fine overall, it is quite dated and has a very 'lived in' vibe. I would definitely not rent this house again. I could only recommend this accommodation for a weekend, not a week. And I would probably only recommend it to someone I did not particularly like.
