Comfortabel

Ruime kamer, er werd een strijkijzer en twee torenventilators voorzien door de accomodatie. Gezellige kamer, zeer goede ligging.

Badkamer met doorzichtige muren/ramen, weinig privacy. De kamer was niet op alle plekken even schoon. Het was erg warm op de slaapkamer, gelukkig werden er twee ventilators voorzien door de accomodatie.

Dichtbij het Centrum met een parkeergarage om de hoek en met alle bezienswaardigheden in de buurt

De locatie is top, eerder in een Superior Studio gezeten, nu in een Deluxe Business Studio. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers.

Het viel me op dat het vrij warm is in het complex, de verwarming op de kamer direct uitgezet maar het bleef redelijk warm. Ook veel last van muggen gehad, beide kamers nu gehad.

Nice studio apartment in a good location

Location. It is a short walk to the center. Tram line around the corner. The Superior Studio is a good size for a small family. It’s comfortable. The reception lent us an umbrella for the rainy day.

It’s not service unless requested at a cost. There are dead mosquitos all over the walls. We were informed check out time is 11am, however at 10:15am the cleaner was getting into the room. When the cleaner realised we were still in, then, he knocked to ask if we were leaving. It felt disorganised.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad, dicht bij het centrum van Gent

De locatie (dicht bij het centrum van Gent), de grootte van de kamer (Superior Studio), de faciliteiten in de kamer (eigen keuken, ruime badkamer, ruim woon/slaapgedeelte, de sfeervolle aankleding van het gehele verblijf zowel de locatie zelf alsmede de Superior Studio welke wij geboekt hadden, de tegenovergelegen parkeergarage.

Aangenaam verblijf in mooi hotel

Wij waren aangenaam verrast door deze studio's! Het gebouw is érg mooi, en goed verzorgd. De receptie was gezellig en er stonden automaten beneden om snacks te halen. De studio's zelf zijn ook echt de moeite; mooi interieur, de bedden lagen goed (beter dan verwacht!), de badkamer was mooi, én we hadden geen lawaailast van buren. De locatie was ook goed: alles was op wandelafstand. Station Gent-Dampoort, het centrum, ... Ik raad het aan.

Slechts één kaart per kamer als je deze deelt met 3 (we waren een gezelschap van 5 normaal 6, verspreid over 2 kamers) is erg onhandig. Toen we aanbelden 's nachts, deed de nachtwaker niet open (hij had gezegd dat hij dat zou doen), en nam ook niet op toen we hem telefonisch probeerde te bereiken. We hebben toen onze kamergenoten moeten wakker bellen om terug binnen te raken.

Erg duur voor weinig comfort

Checkout kan je zelf doen wat handig is. Centraal gelegen om de stad te bezoeken. Mooi ingericht, maar tot daar de luxe. Lockers zijn handig om je bagage in op te bergen als je te vroeg bent om in te checken.

Bed is geen echt bed, maar een kleine zetel en ligt ook echt slecht. Kamer lag onder het dak, zonder airco, zelfs in de lente was dit superwarm. Er was maar 1 klein raam, dus moeilijk te verluchten. Douche heeft enkel vaste douchekop en geen aparte doucheslang, erg onhandig. Geen warm water in de keuken, maar de afwas doen is wel verplicht. Kaart van de kamer werd zomaar geblokkeerd en hoewel er 5 personeelsleden achter de receptie zaten, was er niemand echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Well located, nearby most attractions in Ghent. Spacious apartment with good bed. Parking just across the street. Very good price for the unit.

Bathroom has glass walls, not too much privacy and illuminates the whole room if go to the toilet at night.

Perfect location, perfect room, perfect staff!

The location was perfect. It was located in a quiet area and a short walk to all our activities. The front staff was kind and inviting and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and provided a lot of room for our family. We also very much appreciated the free luggage storage which we used upon our early arrival.

Fantástico

La recepción del hotel es muy fácil, pudimos recoger las llaves allí. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. con una pequeña cocina para preparar el desayuno y cena (microondas, hervidor, calderos, café soluble, etc.). El baño muy amplio y cómodo (toallas, secador, champú, acondicionador y gel). La zona de los alrededores muy bien, llegamos en tranvía desde la estación de tren y desde el apartamento al centro en cinco o diez minutos andando.

Für eine dreiköpfige Familie ist ein Studio super. Zentral gelegen.

Schönes Raumgefühl durch die hohen Decken und großen Fenster. Das Ausklappsofa ist bequem zum Sitzen und einfach auszuziehen. Schön, dass es auch deutsches Fernsehen gab!

Die Nachfülltüten für den Müll lagen zusammengerollt im Bett. Nicht weiter schlimm. Vermutlich beim Reinigen versehentlich dorthin geraten. Die Seife im Bad könnte gern auf einer Unterlage liegen.

Parfait

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre. Un studio très propre et un accueil chaleureux de la part de la personne qui s'est occupé de nous à l'accueil ( merci aux monsieur avec les cheveux bruns). Je recommande ce logement et je reviendrai avec plaisir

La température dans la chambre qui est assez élevée dans la nuit, mais c'est le seul point noir.

Hermoso lugar y muy cómodo

El lugar era cómodo y accesible, bastante estrictos con el horario de ingreso, el lugar tenía una muy linda vista.

Al venir de la terminal el viaje se hace largo y es recomendable que sea de día, el ingreso parece un callejón sin salida pero es muy seguro, hasta de noche

Locatie is super!

De locatie is perfect!

De kamer was niet goed afgestoft, in de douchecabine en wasbak zaten nog haren van de vorige gasten. In de ochtend lag er braaksel van iemand bij de lift, dit gemeld bij de receptie. Bij terugkomst was het "opgeruimd" maar je zag nog resten. De schoonmaak kan dus wel echt beter in deze accommodatie.

- La chambre pas prête à notre arrivée - Pas de cafetiere, juste café soluble. Ni sucre, ni thé, ni cups de lait pour un petit dépannage - Les poils du mr précédent de la location dans l'évier de la salle de bain - La douche qui fuite et devoir ramasser l'eau en dessous de la toilette

Spacious, modern and very comfortable stay

The room was soooo spacious, comfortable and nice. It had it own kitchenette which is super handy if you want to cook your own meals to save some money. Staff is really friendly and helpful!

La ubicación es perfecta, silencioso para descansar, hay un parking de pago enfrente, y no necesitas coche para ir al centro. El personal agradable, tuve un incidente con mi ropa olvidada en un armario y me lo enviaron previo pago de 40 euros a España. Mirar bien esos armarios camuflados. Pena de mi paraguas que no me enviaron y era un regalo especial. Era un antiguo seminario, así es que tiene pasillos interminables.

La Tv encima de la cama, lógicamente no se puede ver en la cama. El baño separado de la ducha. Puedes axfisiarte dentro de calor. Los pasillos interminables que se entiende por lo que fue en su día. Pero en blanco y negro todo igual. El primer día te vuelves loca para salir de allí. 😀
