About this house rental

Welcome to Sea Waves, our newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private dock, and an unobstructed, natural view of Bimini Bay. Smart TV, WiFi, free access to Netflix, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with cooking essentials. Sea Waves cottage is located at the North End of Anna Maria Island, sailboat direct to Bimini Bay, walking distance to Pine Ave, City Pier, and popular restaurants. Our private oasis has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation at the serene North End of Anna Maria Island.

The private dock is a great way to experience the bay where wildlife is plentiful. You will be sure to see birds and fish, and even sometimes manatees and dolphins from our dock.

Or have a BBQ and enjoy a relaxing drink on the spacious deck, where there's an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to chill in nature, closer to wildlife. The BBQ is free to use.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large grill, and Keurig (starter pods provided) for your coffee/tea needs. Enjoy dinner in the dining area or out on the deck. Don't want to cook? The home is walking distance away from multiple excellent restaurants (some right on the beach!).

Other things to note:
- You can park your boat at the private dock. Please note that the dock can't lift boats. Please let me know if you need to park your boat. There are four docks in the back. You can dock your boat on the left-hand side of the sailboat. (when you face the water) .
- The cottage is a two-unit building, and this one is the First floor unit with a beautiful waterfront view.

Nothing fancy but was the perfect place for a weekend staycation on the water. The dock area was beautiful, the location was great for golf cart transportation and the property manager was responsive. We had an issue with the AC and it was resolved the same day. The only downside to the property is that getting into the canal by boat had some extremely shallow water (1.2ft) at low tide.

My spouse and in-laws had an amazing time. We boated out to the property from St Pete Beach for the weekend and was able to dock our boat and enjoy the island for the weekend. This is a wonderful getaway. Super quiet, waterfront view and friendly neighbors. I would book this place again for sure!

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria Island. The beaches are amazing and the residential areas are lovely. We enjoyed mornings and afternoons on the patio with great views of Bimini Bay. The outdoor shower was helpful to beat the heat and after beach days. However, there are a few things that need to be replaced/updated throughout the house. The matresses were very worn out and not comfortable at all for sleeping on. Especially the room next to the kitchen. The kitchen provided the necessities but it would've been nice to have napkins and garbage bags already there. The cabinet door for the glass cups felt like it was going to fall off when opened, which was quite dangerous. The umbrella that was provided was flimsy and not efficient for the beach. The location of the house is walkable to Anna Maria City Pier (and trolley stop) but it can be hard to do with the heat. We did end up renting a golf cart from ZoomAround to make the travel easier and faster. The free trolley or a golf cart (LSV) was so convenient and fun. Overall, the trip on the island was relaxing but the house could've been better. The owners were so communicative and let us check in ahead of time due to our extremely early flight to Florida. We really appreciated this!

Spent 2 glorious weeks in Anna Maria. Loved the place we stayed and will stay again. Such a good location. Jenny and her team are really responsive and helpful. Much less construction noise this year. So nice to have a nice kitchen and outdoor space with grill that we can have some great meal at the house as well as dining out

A two-night stay to allow us continue our family visit of Florida. Water view was peaceful. Great spot for morning cup of coffee before the day begins. Parking availability was a plus. Was disappointed in the lack of simple amenities although we did get some. Bottles of hand soap were empty or close to being empty. Pumps in bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, body wash were empty. Check-in email did mention what we were going to get. Mattresses need to be replaced since we dipped into the bed and our heaviest person is ~145lbs. One of us opted to sleep in the sofa instead of bed. Overall, it was an ok stay but don’t know if it was worth it for us.

The view of the water was beautiful. Clean, comfortable, and easy check in/out process. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again! Next time though, I would definitely bring water, coffee and snacks with me- I forgot. I was glad to see there was a free trolley as well in this area because most places that were open after say 8 p.m. were like a 30 minute walk away. Overall, lovely place and we were very happy with it!

The property was great, quiet, relaxing an the fishing was good. We hardly went anywhere just sat around on the deck watching high tide a low tide, having a few drinks an fishing. In the evening we played cards an barbecued. Only went out to eat once. Will definitely concerned this property for a future visit.

This property is the best location for anyone but for us having the boat in the water to just jump in and go fishing will bring us back!! Located in a quite neighborhood, but super close to beach, stores and restaurants! Hurricane Hanks was our spot daily for lunch, super good! Owner was great with communication! THANKS, Jenny!! We will be back!

Great place to stay with a nice dock on the canal. Peaceful location, but quite a bit of construction noise as in many areas of Anna Maria. Everything we needed included with the rental. Will be back.

Our daughter planned a destination wedding, washed the beach, she got the beach, the dock is what drew us to this property for our stay I enjoyed sitting out there every morning drinking coffee and watching the sun come up, the accommodation were great, we didn't want for anything upon our arrival

Was just what we needed

Property was great. Kept our boat at the dock. Was fishing with a few buddies in a local AMI fishing tourney and this house was just what we needed. We won the fishing tournament and I feel some of that could be attributed to this stellar location where we could dock the boat! We hope to stay at this property next year for the same fishing tourney!

Our family of six had an amazing time at this property! We had coffee on the deck overlooking the canal every morning enjoying all the sounds of fish jumping and birds calling. In the evening we enjoyed dinner and drinks while being amazed and entertained by a pair of dolphins that came right up to us by the dock! Clean, quiet, great neighbors in the upstate apartment. Jenny was very attentive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property and would love to return again in the future!

My husband and brother in law enjoyed fishing off the dock. One morning we enjoyed watching the dolphins playing in the canal. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with wine glasses, beautiful goblets and many different size plates. All the appliances were updated and in wonderful condition. 6 adults had plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. The showers were large and updated, especially the bathroom off of the kitchen. The beds were soooo comfortable. Lots of comfortable seating area outside on the dock. Air conditioner worked great. My family and I would love to stay here again.

Overall the property was clean but somewhat dated and could be remodeled. The major problem was no dressers in any of the rooms, no space, maybe put shelves in the closets. Big beef is that the TV was impossible to operate, internet TV is no good, had to buy a FireStick in order to see the SuperBowl and college basketball. It was calm on the water and the adjacent houses were quiet.

The property is older but it was clean and we felt comfortable. We were able to keep our boat at the dock which is off the main channel, safe and secure. This was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Boating, shopping and very good restaurants. We did not have any problems or complaints.

Clean, comfortable beds, large deck with plenty of seating, well stocked kitchen, full sized washer/dryer, quiet, dead end street. Close to restaurants, the Rod & Reel Pier, easy beach access. Only recommendations I would make is to have a pitcher for making iced tea or koolaid and a glass top for the table in the living area - no way to balance drinks in living room.

Overall great stay. Only a few issues. There was no dish sponge to wash dishes, the spare bed had a pretty significant dip in it and the deck has rotten boards and is very uneven so you need to be very careful and wear shoes when walking on it. Besides that the place was comfortable, clean, great location, quick responses from property manager, etc. Would definitely come back.

This home was perfect from my family. My kids 9 & 11 were able to walk to the beach (1/2 mile) and main strip of AMI (1 mile) for dinner and shopping. My father in law (71) loved sitting out on the deck relaxing looking out over the lagoon. As a mom I loved that the kitchen was large, there was separate space for everyone to take a break- and a laundry room! Truly enjoyed our stay here- was very relaxing, host was amazing and very responsive with all questions.

Great house great location

We were very happy with the house. House is in a great location close to the beach. Canal in back was great and made for a very relaxing place to drink your morning coffee. We were able to paddleboard and fish right off the back dock. We were a little apprehensive about another apartment being above us, but the sound was minimal. Owner was very responsive to questions and usually answered in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.
