We stayed at the property over Labor Day weekend 2021. While there, we experienced a flood from the septic system that flooded the downstairs living room. We have a large family so we had people sleeping in the bedrooms downstairs. Owners could not get a plumber out until the next morning so we were told not to flush toilets or take showers until it was fixed. The owner assured me that we would be compensated for our trouble and their insurance company would be contacting us. I have never heard from the insurance company, and my repeated messages to the owner have gone unanswered. Definitely would not stay here again and don't recommend anyone else does either.

We loved staying at this gorgeous and very spacious home in Flagstaff. We used the house as our home base while we were exploring the area. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. House is very conveniently located just a short drive from many restaurants. Viktoria was very accommodating when we needed a late check out.

The housed suited our needs for our trip to the Grand Canyon but the house needs some attention. There were minor things that need to be fixed. Some bathrooms did not have trash cans. Whoever does the cleaning after guest leaves needs to do a better job. There were bandaids on the floor of the one of the showers and one of the beds only had one sheet on it. I feel the picture of the jacuzzi was very misleading. I expected it to be larger. Also could not figure out how to work jacuzzi, no instructions that we saw. The downstairs air conditioner did not seem to work.

This place is perfect for a large family. It was so perfect for my grandkids. Very kid friendly! The only downside was the pots and pans are not really usable. But overall great house, awesome neighborhood .

Upon arriving at the property we were greeted with blue painters tape surrounding the oven, which would not close and did not work our entire stay. Upon heading out back to check out the back yard and pool (there is no pool, what you see in the photo is a hot tub), the door knob to the back porch fell off in our hands. Seeing that we couldn’t cook dinner at all there during our entire stay, we decided to at least shoot some pool on the pool table, only to find out that ever so single pool cue tip was broken off. Honestly one of the worst VRBO stays we’ve ever had. 11 people in a house where the doors don’t work, entertainment doesn’t work and food prep facilities don’t work. Owner made multiple offers promises to remedy the situation during our stay, but never followed through. Renter beware…

This is a lovely home. It is large and homey. It’s in a nice neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants. It is close to the Snow Bowl and other attractions.

First time using vrbo and I probably will not again unfortunately.
House was nice except that the oven did not work and we did not find out until after buying food. I messaged owner and she said she would send handyman asap. They didn't come the whole time but I honestly would let that slide by itself.
Amenity listed is lap swimming pool/hot tub. I searched for a place with a hot tub so this was a big disappointment. It stank. I hope we do not get sick from sitting in it waiting for jets to work.
There is no way someone can swim laps in this - the motor for the jets is not strong enough.
I messaged owner about it smelling and we did find some chlorine ourselves under the grill. There was no instructions on chlorine so I messaged owner she responded with a nonsensical answer.
(It was granular chlorine) she replied one capsule. I said it is not capsules it is granular and she just said "yes!"
So the hot tub thing should not be listed I don't think until they can clean it or fix.
Cleaning left to be desired. I used to clean rentals myself so I'm not overly picky but the previous tenants left cigarette butts and cigars by the garage even though the property is non smoking. There was also dog poop in the back along with tobacco lozenges even though property is no pets. That stuff doesn't bother me too much just that we had to throw out the cigarettes and a dental flosser left on patio table was kinda gross.
I told owner about the food left in the recycling bin in the garage which made whole garage stink and she told us to move it outside, which was fine I was worried we would be blamed for these things though.
So VRBO is basically Lyft/Uber.

We enjoyed spending three nights in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed many games of pool and hanging out in the hot tub. This was a great spot to spread out and prepare for a two week trip on the Grand Canyon.

Perfect Stay for Teenagers
The property was perfect for teenagers. The home abounds with space allowing teenagers to have a floor of their own. The pool table, hot tube, outdoor space, as well as the neighborhood provide opportunity for safe fun times. We made endless memories here a perfect Vrbo stay.

Flagstaff Holiday
This is a lovely, spacious home situated in the pines with a small woods nearby. The open spaces in the home allow for large families to gather and the bedrooms provide comfortable, quiet times. It's a short drive to old town Flagstaff and just a bit longer jaunt to find snow in the mountains. Most enjoyable place for a short family holiday!

Expectations Exceeded
Even better than we expected! Super spacious, clean, and comfortable. Viktoria could not have been easier to deal with. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen/gathering area amazing. Loved the large hot tub, and the decor added to our Southwest vacation feel. We were visiting family in Flagstaff, but this ended being a great base from which to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona (and WAY less crowded than Sedona). Location is in one of the nicer neighborhoods of Flagstaff. I saw another review mention the furniture being in bad shape, but we did not find this to be the case. Overall, we LOVED it. No hesitation to recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay!
My siblings and I booked this home for our Grand Canyon vacation and it was absolutely perfect. The home is incredibly spacious, beautiful and everything we needed was provided. Communication with Viktoria was like talking with an old friend and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her dedication to her guest is exemplary and most appreciated by us first time visitors to Flagstaff. Also, the home is located in a safe, quiet and nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat, food markets, etc within close proximity. If I am ever in the area again this home will be my go to for my stay.

Large, updated and comfortable home in Flagstaff
Overall, we really liked this rental and we found it to be both comfortable and convenient. Our group was comprised of two middle aged professional couples and one 16 year old. The home is updated nicely and the beds were comfortable. The owner/manager was very responsive to our emails with one exception at the end of our stay (which I will mention below), and she even offered to let us do an early arrival since our flight came in so early, but due to poor cell service (TMobile) we didn't get the message until it was too late :( Definitely not the owner's fault! The last full day of our visit, I messaged her to say that we plugged in a recliner in the living room so that we could use the auto-recline feature on the chair. When we tried to put the recliner back down, the electrical connection failed and the chair stayed open. My husband and I were so concerned about trying to close the chair that we went to Lowe's and purchased a patch for the cord because there was an area that had been worn through and patched with electrical tape, and we assumed this was the reason the chair wouldn't close. My husband worked on the cord for about two hours. Despite his efforts the chair would never close, so I messaged Viktoria to alert her to this and ask if there was anything else we could try, but she never answered my message. I would really have appreciated a response to my message, because it left me worrying about whether we would be blamed for the chair's failure. Not what you want to worry about when you are on a much needed vacation! No one in our group did anything to harm or misuse the chair, and I'm hopeful that the owner was aware of the issue and knows that we didn't damage the chair, but since she did not respond to my message I have no idea if that is the case. Aside from that matter and some minor cleaning shortfalls (none of the cleaning shortfalls would prevent us from staying there again) we have positive memories of our Flagstaff trip and we appreciate being able to enjoy this large home and the wonderful spa.

Great location
Coming in with children to Arizona for the first time I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find a supermarket near by. The house is centrally located in the middle of everything, there’s no driving too far to go anywhere. The house was perfect, it’s very large, clean and comfortable. We were all very satisfied with our selection and will definitely stay there again.

Flagstaff Arizona rental property stay
There were things that did concern us and somewhat disappointing that I would like to share.
We were under the impression that no pets were allowed. One of the couples wife is allergic to dogs and cats so that was real important to us. Upon arriving at the home we noticed dog hair in several areas...including on the pool table (which we cleaned off) and even on the rugs out on the deck. Seeing this made us question if the home was co-vid ready.
The sectional furniture upstairs and downstairs are very worn out (not pleasing to the eye at all) and structurally unsound.
The red chairs around the dining room table appeared to have never been cleaned (fabric was disgusting) and they too were very uncomfortable some of them were also structurally unsound. We chose to bring 8 folding chairs for extra sitting and thank God we did because that is what we ended up using instead.
There were several TV remotes laying around but we could not get any of them to actually turn the TV on so we had to do that manually.
Besides the dog hair on the pool table there was only 1 cue stick that was useable. The others didn't have tips and one of the sticks was bent. The pockets have holes in them so the balls were constantly falling out.
Carpets in bedrooms looked like that had never been shampooed.
The grill was filthy! Feeling that it was not our responsibility to clean someone else's mess... we ended up having to make some changes in our menu. That was a real disappointment!
Also upon arrival...the garbage bin in the garage was so packed that there was very little room for us to place our first bag of garbage. If one of the men hadn't gotten up early to get a newspaper and saw the truck coming the over loaded garbage never would have gotten picked up. Again should not have been our responsibility.
There were a lot of other little things we found wrong that a simple handyman could fix. (Kitchen faucet loose.... light switches that didn't work or maybe burnt out bulbs that never got replaced etc.)
We were requested to do a load of towels before leaving. I would think they would have two sets of all linens/towels to interchange so you wouldn't have to ask your "guests" to do that. The same situation with the dishes. I understand to have them in the dishwasher and cleaned but I don't think it was fair to ask your guest to stay and put them away. These are all things that should be done by the cleaners.....that we paid for.

Highly recommend!
This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood close to everything. Viktoria and Tony could not have been easier to reach or more accommodating. We have already requested a few other dates as we fell in love with this home.
There was nothing we were not provided and the house is fully furnished, lots of games and toys and some very comfortable mattresses on the beds! Definitely check it out.

A Relaxing Week
Amazing property, great amenities and relaxing neighborhood. The owners are great people and super responsive. We had questions about the swimming feature of the spa and the owner came to help us very quickly. The only constructive feedback would be for the cleaning crew. They could pay a little more attention to detail. The floors and ceiling fans could use some dusting. We spent an entire week, with teenagers, and everybody had a great time. Highly recommended.

Great house/great location!
We really enjoyed this home. It is spacious and well stocked -- especially the kitchen and the toy closet for young children! The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The location is wonderful - very close to downtown and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood that provides easy access to activities around Flagstaff. We would stay again!

Great space for family time!
This house is large enough for two families to have plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the hot tub is a bonus! However, some of the things posted in the pictures don't quite look as pictured and could use some "refreshing". The leather couch cushions are splitting or ripped. No carpet under table in great room. The 70 inch TV in the great room is now smaller and has VERY limited DirectTV channels. Would be nice to have some streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. The patio area needs a bigger seating area or new cushions or some more seating below in the backyard. Especially since this house is great for larger families (6-8) The kitchen is great for preparing meals! The huge refrigerator and stove is awesome! But it would be nice to get some updated/cleaner utensils, pots, pans, etc. The home is lovely, but could use a little refreshing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were VERY clean and updated! The owner was wonderful to work with.

Great Family Stay in Flagstaff
We really enjoyed our stay, the home was very conveniently located to all Flagstaff has to offer in a very nice neighborhood. It is large and comfortable with plenty of room for all. The pluses included: well equipped kitchen with nice appliances, a fully fenced yard that was great for the kids and a large hot tub. A great bonus for the kids were the toys; they absolutely loved playing with all of them. It was a great lay out for every one to have plenty of room. This home was also very clean upon arrival and Viktoria kept us well informed about check in and check out. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an extra 2 days. We would definitely come back!

Great house for large group
What an amazing house! So much space, our group of 12 had a great time. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with plenty of amenities. The hot tub is amazing. Plenty of parking. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. Definitely recommend this place and would book again for our next Flagstaff trip.

Family Getaway
I can't say enough good things about this property. Large open spaces that accommodated our family beautifully. They had a closet full of games and the home was fully stocked with supplies right down to a heating pad and even some candles that made the home appear cozier in the evening as we hung out. We felt as if we were right at home. The manager was very helpful and easy to reach as I had a few silly questions and even had some amazing recommendations for dining.
