Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by pines, this property is perfect for your next getaway. The spacious open-concept kitchen, dining table, and reading area with a sleeper sofa are inside the front door beyond the entryway. To the right down the hallway is a full bathroom, King bedroom, Queen bedroom, and primary suite with King bed and attached full bathroom. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room with a large sectional, tv, and gas fireplace. Around the corner and down the stairs is the bunk room with four double bunks, a full bathroom, and a second living room with a large mounted TV.
FYI - if you need to cancel your reservation and are within the refund policy, your refund will incur a 3% fee from the payment processor.

Nestled off Country Club Dr on a dead-end street, walkable to The Oakmont and Continental Golf Club.

-NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire.
-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only.
