Stunning Bungalow, completely remodeled including Hardwood floors, beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Do not miss out on this ideal vacation home located in the heart of Old Town Napa. The wrap-around deck leads through a small gate into the meticulously landscaped backyard. Recent updates: Interior professionally painted, hardwood floors refinished, brand new sectional sofa and new mattresses

This house was restored with love and attention to every detail. The kitchen has granite counter tops with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a 36 bottle wine cooler. Master bedroom has a CAJ King-size bed as well as a private deck that leads to the backyard.

The large master bath has dual sinks with marble counter tops and a beautiful Marble shower with four shower heads. It does not get any more relaxing than this! There is also a door out of the master bath which leads you to a private deck with sitting area.

The guest bath has a 100 year old claw foot tub, pedestal sink, and luxurious soft towels. The first Guest room has a Queen-Size bed and flat screen tv. The second guest room also has a Queen bed, ample closet space, printer, and luxury linens.

The 4th Bedroom is a detached cottage with hardwood floors, walk in closet and large private bathroom. It has French doors looking into the backyard and it is only steps from the main house. THE COTTAGE is an additional $100 per night.

Our stay with you will always be a special part of our family history. Our son proposed to his girlfriend at a vineyard in Napa. This property was beautiful, cozy, warm, inviting, and had absolutely everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for welcoming us to your home away from our home!

We can't say enough great things about the host and the home! The main living area and kitchen were the perfect indoor place for all of us to hang out together. There were three outdoor places for hanging out as well providing both shade and sun. The host went above and beyond to make sure the home was guest ready from a basket of sweet and salty snacks on arrival, coffee pods and creamers, robes in the all the rooms and extra bathroom and shower amenities. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and was an easy walk or drive into downtown Napa. We will stay here if we are lucky enough to return to Napa in the future.

The Monroe house was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 couples! Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. We enjoyed being able to relax inside or out after our wine tasting days. Kitchen had all we needed to do some cooking and the grill was perfect for the best dinner Saturday night! Amy is a fabulous hostess - very responsive and had recommendations/referrals as we planned our trip. Would definitely stay again.

We would definitely stay in this home again! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed and was very clean. We also rented the cottage and it was a nice place to sleep. You can walk to downtown from the house, but it is about a mile walk. We did it after dinner a couple of times and wasn’t bad. The checkin and checkout process was a breeze.

This house was the perfect fit for 8 people who came to Napa for a family reunion. Amy, the hostess was ver accommodating to our requests & easy to reach! There was plenty of room for all of us with nice gathering space inside & out. The location of the home is very near to downtown Napa or the freeway. It made it very convenient for our reunion, shopping & visiting a couple close by towns like Yountville, St. Helena & Calistoga. We also appreciated the hot water every morning for showers! No one ever had a cold one!! The place was well equipped with amenities, cookware, pans, bowls, utensils, coffee pot & Keurig. Thanks for a wonderful stay Amy!!!!

We loved our stay! Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and conducive to cooking, watching TV, eating meals and hanging out with friends. We used the outdoor areas a lot to read, watch birds and enjoy a glass of wine at end of the day. 15 minute walk to town but parking was so easy in town we did that too! Short drive to grocery stores and anything else you might need. Calistoga spas only 40 minutes away, Sonoma 20 minutes and Skyline park for hiking only 10 minutes. Highly recommend, we would definitely rent again!

Everything about our stay was great. There were 7 of us, we all had our own rooms and having 3 full bathrooms was great! Kitchen had everything we needed and the outside areas were perfect for hanging out. Thank you Amy!

This house was a perfect space for my family to visit a long overdue trip back home! Plenty of space for four girls to get ready for a wedding plenty of space for the guys to hang out everything I needed to cook even the beds and pillows were so comfortable adorable house and Amy The owner was absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for someplace centrally located comfortable adorable with plenty of space for everyone this is it! We can’t wait to rebook for our next trip back home.

This home + cottage served our group well. 4 couples visiting Napa/Sonoma. It was a good size and had cute outdoor spaces. Grill allowed us to cook in as well and enjoy our wine purchases! About 20-25 minute walk to downtown Napa for restaurants and shopping, or a super easy Uber ride. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cute, clean home with all the amenities you could want. In a lovely little neighborhood. Great location to walk downtown. Or a quick drive to wineries. The owner was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Easy check-in & out. We added the back cottage to our stay. It was totally worth having the additional bed & bath room. The yard is well maintained and a perfect place to relax or hang out and play games. This was our first VRBO experience in Napa. But, definitely not our last. It was so nice to have all the conveniences of home for the long holiday weekend. This cozy home met all of our needs and then some.

The property was fantastic!! The house is in a great location and was extremely clean!! The overall booking and check-in process was very easy. We had a small issue with lock code but I called Amy and she answered the call and resolved very quickly!! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay here again.
