Renting this property would be a relaxing and affordable Northern Wisconsin getaway.

This 3 story cabin is located on 2 private wooded acres just outside the Eagle River city limits, making it walking distance to Silver Lake Beach. Silver Lake Beach includes a playground for kids, swimming area with on-duty lifeguards, and fishing pier. Public access to the Chain of Lakes lies less than a half mile away from this home. In addition, down town Eagle River, with its quaint shops, is a minute drive away or even within walking distance. The property is tucked away providing peace, quietness, and ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Sit around the outdoor camp-fire or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning. Enjoy watching the deer as they come through the lawn on a daily basis.

Inside you will enjoy a beautiful and spacious open-concept cabin boasting 3 fireplaces and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms! The house has recently underwent a complete renovation, making it very modern and up-to-date. The main floor contains a spacious living area with wood burning fireplace, access to the outdoor deck, large kitchen with bar stool counter and seating for four, kitchen table with seating for 8, and a half bathroom containing a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom and bathroom combo is located on the second floor, with the bedroom containing a gas fireplace and walk out balcony. Two other bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom between. The basement is completely finished with a large open sitting area with wall mounted TV, gas fireplace, queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

Many attractions are available during the winter months too! Eagle River is labeled the Snowmobile Capital of the World and hosts the World Championship Snowmobile Derby. Snowmobiles can access Eagle River Trail #1 at Eagle Lake less than 2 miles down the road. It is legal to drive on the road in our township and the roads are generally covered with a good layer of snow throughout winter. Ask the owner to email directions to the snowmobile trail.

Other outdoor winter sports and activities include pond hockey, Klondike Days, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice-fishing.

We really really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. There was so much space for 10 adults to sleep and relax comfortably. The location was remote but perfect as we loved watching the deer!

The property was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep, great space in the living room and kitchen and all surrounded by beautiful trees. We surprised a friend of ours at a great restaurant, The Heid Out, and spent one day kayaking in the nearby lake that is just down the road. We will definitely be back again!!

A bunch of teachers hanging out in the northwoods! What a beautiful place to stay! The house was well equipped, cozy, and comfy! A beautiful setting! We so deer every day in the backyard that were very friendly! We hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect place to stay that is close to Eagle River. It is very easy to get to and well maintained and clean. Plenty of space for our whole family. We did not use any of the outdoor amenities as we had winter weather, but the setting is beautiful. Lots of deer visitors throughout the day. We definitely would stay again.

We came up for snowmobiling, unfortunately for the first time in better than 50 years, the trails did not open. Decided to come up from Missouri anyway (when we could not cancel) - home is clean and neat, convenient to town. $1 a stick for firewood seems excessive and there is not a hot tub (garden tub with no jets?) as indicated in listing. Would stay here again.

Our group stayed at the cabin for the opening weekend of deer hunting. It's the perfect location, quick to get to when pulling into town, close to town for dinner or groceries, and plenty of room for a couple of cars to park. This is the second year staying at the property for deer season and we're considering using it again in 2024.

The perfect place for a get away! Minutes from Eagle River but feels like you are miles away from all the activity. Private, quiet and very clean. Another plus is the wildlife. Lots of beautiful deer on the property.

The rental was very clean and welcoming immediately upon walking in. Plenty of space for a bigger crew. We were comfortable for our entire stay. The location also makes getting around a breeze. We were just a walk from Silver Lake Beach and the T-Docks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Eagle River to stay.

We all thought that the pictures showed what the property was. We enjoyed the fire pit to sit around and tell stories also the patio had enough room to sit everyone. Had little table and slide for grandchildren to play on and sit Was a great time with the family.

The home was clean and in good condition and appeared better than expected from pictures on website. The lower level had a queen sized bed, as opposed to two twin beds shown on the website. That worked better for our group. The gas grill needs cleaning/update, but still worked. The campfire area/deck were nice places to hang out. Glad there were air conditioning units in most rooms. It was fun to see deer and birds in he wooded property.

Listed 2 double beds in basement but was really 2 mattresses to be put on the floor. Didn’t figure out the kitchen table light till the day before we left

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Check in was super easy and the host was able to accommodate an early check in request. The house is in a great location, outside of town so it's quiet but less than 10 minutes from the center of Eagle River so everything is right there. The kitchen is well stocked, the master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed and gas fireplace. The 2 guest rooms looked very nice although we didn't use them. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace in the living room. Overall, this is a fantastic property and we plan to return next year!! Thank you!

Very nice, very clean property in a good location. Very clean plenty of room and many amenities. Kitchen was well supplied with many dishes and utensils. The fireplaces were so nice being we went this winter and spent a long day on the ice. Our only complaint and understand it does happen, we did not have any hot water and were unable to get a hold of the owner for most of the day AFTER the evening we checked in. I think the reason we did not get a hold of the owner right away is that all the paperwork in the house did not match what was emailed to me. Because of convenience I used the numbers given on the paperwork in the house binder to try to get a hold of the owners. After most of the day trying this, I thought I would try emailing via VRBO and that is when we noticed the numbers did not match and was finally able to reach the owner. My son-in-law was eventually able to get the water heater to work after watching some YouTube video but by then it was after supper on the 2nd day. Other than that, we were very happy with the property

Wanted to get “up north” and be together with family with the options of outdoor activities. House was great! Fit us easily, very nice! Owner was easy to ask questions regarding area, had a nice book about place and pamphlets. We had everything we needed and easy to get to places from the house. We had a great family time! Would highly recommend this place!

This was a well organized, wonderful home for our family Thanksgiving get together. The house was kid friendly and well equipped. The grandkids loved seeing the deer every morning. It was the perfect environment for eating and games and sleeping. The only challenge was the steep driveway with ice. It was plowed but we had to be careful pulling in and after the first couple of times we got it figured out. All wheel drive had no issues. We highly recommend this place and will be back again.

All of us were very impressed with this property. Great outdoor space, good location to lakes and town of Eagle River. Master bedroom was large and very nice. Plenty of bathrooms which were very clean, nice laundry facilities. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Nice large refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again

This home is absolutely perfect for us. This was our second year and If goes as planned we will stay next year. The home is set up perfect and very clean! Always a treat watching the deer come in each morning and evening.
