The location was ideal there were many restaurants and stores close by. The host was easy to get a hold of if we needing anything the only thing that you should be aware of is the parking is an extra cost and the bed was really firm.

The property management was so communicative, responsive and friendly. It felt like a home away from home, and was very comfortable!

My fiancé and I had a great stay at this place! The neighborhood is quite safe and beautiful, plus there are many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are interested in staying in the SLC area!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in SLC due to this VRBO. Very clean and comfortable, walking distance to really good food. Need to be a tad cleaver with the parking but all in all really simple. I spend a lot of time in SLC for business and will definitely be back. Thanks!

The property was great! What sold me was the easy access gym. Then the bed felt like I was hugged by clouds when it was time to call it a night!

We were in salt lake city for Young Living convention and love that we could walk to the convention center, grocery and restaurants. The rental was well equipped and they use natural products! Thank you and we hope to stay here again!

My son is attending the U in the fall and we were in town for orientation. Perfect size for 2 of us. Modern, clean, everything seemed brand new. We rented a car and the parking garage was a plus. Great location! We jumped on 2 lime scooters and went downtown for dinner and it was only a 7 minute drive to the University. Excellent communication with the property manager before and after our trip. They made lots of recommendations that were really helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here before I really like the view and the location with under building parking. I don’t think you should have to pay an additional price for the parking lol.
But I will stay at this facility again, and I recommend it to others highly

Comfortable apartment. Great view.

The place was nice but lacked a dresser to put your clothes, and lacked tupper wear & bigger pans to cook with...Also the jacuzzi wasn't working, NO HOT WATER...Which was very disappointing...My son was really looking forward to that !!

I had a sister Stay nearby undergoing radiation treatment at the huntsman clinic. She was staying at Hope Lodge and it was less than a block away. Perfect for our morning coffee together and sharing the evenings. Proximity to my work appointments was great. Of course there’s the usual traffic of downtown, but that’s everywhere.

Great communication from the owner, super clean condo, fast wifi, 20 minutes walk from downtown SLC.

This flat seemed brand new, never used. All the amenities were available as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked. The flat was small yet well arranged and we had enough room. I enjoyed the balcony, view of the mountains, and sitting outside very much. I'd recommend staying here to friends.

Convenient, Great view
Great view, Cute little apartment, bed was tiny but it’s a tiny bedroom in fairness.
The upstairs neighbor was very noisy on Saturday night till 1 o’clock :-(
Otherwise we’ll probably rebook thanks P.Horne

We loved the property and will stay here again. It was perfect for two and had everything we needed. The property manager was excellent about communicating. We walked to the City Creek shopping center, Temple Square, and our favorite restaurants. Bonus that there is a sushi restaurant right across the street. Definitely stay here.

Our stay in general was pretty nice. We
paid extra for use of the parking garage which was interesting. One of us had to get out of the car and use the keypad on the front door of the building to walk through the lobby to the garage and open the garage door by push button, not a big deal but if you’re alone this is not a good scenario. I wouldn't complain until the keypad on the front door stopped working (2nd day of 5), we luckily got in by a food delivery person who was buzzed in. We let many other people in who were having the same problem.
Our 2nd day, we were picked up by a tour guide for a day trip. After a long day of hiking we that only came back and could not get in but went to the condo and we thought we had been robbed! Apparently there had been a hot water tank that had been leaking and they needed to get into the condo while we were away. They messaged us but the app apparently had not refreshed. They called but did not leave a message or text me. All of that was fine except whoever came in and did the work left muddy footprints everywhere, some metal pieces on the floor and our stuff had kinda been shoved off to
the side. They brought in a huge fan to try to dry our floor and actually set it on one of my shoes. All totally ok but the floor never did dry and water was seeping up through the floor boards. Wet sock or wet foot every time we walked into the kitchen area. Repeatedly told them and they did not seem to care. Pretty gross.
Since you cannot open the bedroom window, every night we tried to turn the thermostat down and to no avail. We woke up sweating every night. We ended up using the giant fan in the bedroom so that kinda worked out for us. Either The thermostat just did not work or it was being controlled by Wi-Fi remotely and we were not allowed to change the thermostat.
When we left my husband forgot his brand new face and beard trimmers and some very expensive medication. We messaged several hours after leaving and they claimed to not have found either that were left in the bathroom. Yeah. Ok.
The place was nice if the water hadn't leaked, the keypad on the front door worked and if the garage opener was more user friendly.
Everyone IN the building was very nice, it was very clean and safe. Gym was nice. They gave great recommendations and responded to using the message app on VRBO.
It was a mishap which happens. Definitely could have been worse but definitely could have been handled better too.

Property was clean and conveniently located. View was very nice. Though we ate out for our meals the apartment had everything you would need for preparing meals. Property managers were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Description of the property was spot on. Great neighborhood and close to everything, plus the view from the balcony is stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I just got back from our 4 night stay. The property was very clean, the kitchen had what we needed, parking garage was easy and the communication with the manager was fast and easy. We would definitely stay again if we were back in town. The one small drawback is there is no dresser (I like to unpack my suitcase if I'm staying more than a night) perhaps some kind of shelving unit in the closet would be nice. A great place to stay!
