We loved how the rooms felt like home. We loved the liquid soap in the bathroom instead of the bar soap. We loved the lightning in the room. The staff was attentive and friendly.
We wish there was a pool. We wish there was a microwave in the room.

good location and clean and comfortable
rooms are small. lots noise on patio till late. exercise room is small without regular treadmills and no elliptical

Very appealing modern design. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
No restaurant for breakfast; challenging shower fixtures, lighting, TV (QR code needed or suggested for something) and coffee service in the room with no instructions, communication with staff was all via text. Front desk staff seemed to double as valets and doormen (persons?).

Staff are nice.
The position of the AC is really bad. It blows directly at one side of the bed which means wind blowing at one person’s head all night. The room is really small with no much space on the floor for our big luggage. Shower pressure weak. Location is near the cal train so it can get super loud when they blow the horn.

The decor was very nice. I really like the boutique hotels.
The restaurant was only open for dinner so we had to go out for breakfast and lunch. This was made more complicated by the inability to just get in our car and drive because only valet parking was available. We couldn’t walk because my husband had hip replacement surgery and cannot walk long distances. Also did not like being charged for parking when valet parking is the only option. No self parking on the premises and no parking in the street.

Good location for Menlo Park. Room was comfortable
Staff were unfriendly except for the person who checked me out. Felt like I was a burden rather than a guest. Internet was down due to storms and after that Chromcast to TV didn’t work. There was an event on for the 3 nights I stayed which meant the hotel amenities weren’t amenities didn’t feel available to the guests

Extremely comfortable, very helpful staff, and good locations.
Breakfast facilities could be slightly better. The cafe has few choices and does not open on Sundays.

Room is new and the beds are comfortable. Drip coffee in the room is very nice. Location is convenient enough for my purpose.
The sound proof isn't very good, I could hear the noise from the party downstairs very clearly. Breakfast offerings are very limited.

staff super friendly.
car concierge via text was efficient

restaurant has a nice feel and the menu is really good!
the noise insulation between floors is lacking. u can hear too well when people are walking or bouncing a tennis ball (yes, that happened to us!) at night

Very nice comfortable room
We booked this hotel based on location and the fact it had a restaurant and bar. When we arrived we were informed
The restaurant and bar were closed due to the 4th of July, that should have been explained at the time of the booking.
