Etablissement locaux et chambre impécable,Plusieurs lignes de bus à côté ainsi que supermarché.

La propreté ,le confort de la literie,le personnel disponible.Le calme.

Le manque de lave linge et sèche linge dans l'établissement,Mais une laverie est juste à côté ( 30 mètres ). Pas méchant mais la taxe de séjour de 200 yens par personne et par nuitée devrait être mieux annoncée lors de la réservation.

Lovely base for exploring Kyoto!

The little garden was beautiful and relaxing, the location was convenient and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

authentic, good customer service, clean and cosy space

Good customer service as the staff direct us to the nearest laundry service. They gave us a quick tutorial using the drying and washing machine. The room gives off an authentic and japan vibe because of the style of the room. The room is clean and nice and well-maintained. It is located near the famous streets of central Kyoto. It's convenient and accessible to different location.

There's no dislike staying here (:

We loved our stay at Yukari, Kyoto. Would love to stay again soon.

Very clean, comfy beds and pillows, had a lovely little balcony. Nearby was great coffee, bagel bakery and udon.

it was lovely, but I missed the chit chat with the owners that I usually have around the world

the place is lovely I love the neighbourhood, very quiet. the room was comfortable and clean

I would have loved to have someone welcome us in the morning or at night. the owners are super nice and kind but the hotel is organised in a way that we are given passwords to enter

Valuable for what we paid

Very clean room and spacious, with tons modern facilities in room, new model of AC, air purifier, self-heat and cleaning toilet seat.

During Check-in, we got charged for extra 1200 yen as the "accommodation charge" on the spot. The staff helped us to check in was really difficult to communicate. Not quite sure if he knows what he was doing. We could hear the foot steps and shower form the room upstair in the morning.

the small garden and tatami area is really the highlight of the room. location is good and quiet but a bit out of the way for quick access to most things. staff was super friendly and helpful

very little space for luggage and clothes and I was only one person. it’s a bit noisy if you stay on the ground floor since you can very clearly hear the guests above you.

very cozy spacious room with little breakfast table. bed was really comfy. I liked that they cleaned the rooms every day. location was very convenient - close to everything, convenience stores, laundromats, and public transport. we were really pleased with everything and think it was good value for money.

The owner is extremely kind and helpful lady. She will do everything to help. The place is very well located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Well connected too. Room was nice and clean with balcony and all what we needed. Thank you very much

Very good

The guesthouse is very well-located, and in a traditional residential district of Kyoto. The people running the guesthouse are very friendly, and will go out of their way to assist you. They even helped us by looking after our suitcases for a couple of days, while we went on a trip to the south of Japan - very kind! Room style is lovely, and very quiet.

The cleanliness was acceptable, but could be improved, especially in the bathroom.

Excellent value for money. Great location and likes it so much I stayed 2 extra days.

A lovely spacious room with a sweet garden. Very comfortable bed. Modern and clean. Love the high tec toilet with heated seat!! It is a 20 minute walk from the train and the Gion area for the evening is walkable.

Reception is not always manned but they are there and respond promptly if you have any questions.
