Truly Amazing

The location is nestled in a lovely residential area along the west coast and very close to a beautiful beach. The manager was so friendly and considerate to us with our request for late arrival and departure. Facilities are great, pool was lovely and the barbecue really gave us a nice getaway

Best apartments to stay in Barbados

I love the calm peaceful location, my family and I had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and they made us feel welcome. The other guests upstairs were lovely. I will recommend this place to everyone.

This property is all about the location and a good price. But you can't expect too much.

Great location, 5 minutes away from the beach. Also the pool was nice. The wifi connection was very good and stable.

The payment information, what you find on the booking is not true at all. When you book the property, you are told, that you have paid a part of the amount already and that you will pay the rest at the property and that also credit cards are accepted. In fact, you have to pay the whole amount in cash. This is very misleading and the owner even wonders, that you are wondering, that the terms are different, than you have been told on the website. The bed sheets slip from the bed all the time. This was annoying, because proper bed sheets are not really a question of money. Sadly enough, the mattress was really dirty. There were ants in the bed and in the kitchen. Once I used the gas oven, I ignited it, but then the fire went out. I ignited it once again, but that was not the best thing to do, because then the oven exploded. My hand and leg got burned a little bit. I had an unexpected free depilation. For some guests, this doesn't need to be necessarily negative, but for me it was. In my case it wasn't needed, but there is no sofa bed, only a sofa. The apartment didn't have a flat TV as promised, only a small monitor. There were some local guests in the other apartment for a weekend, which is connected by a door and they were smoking inside and also my whole apartment was full of marijuana smoke.

Clean, comfortable, great location.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, facilities, …. Caretaker Gunilla and the cleaner Juliet made our stay very welcome.

Be careful when booking the one bedroom accommodation for three people. It is described as one large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 3 adults. The described sofa bed is actually only a small 2-seater sofa and is not really suitable for sleeping on. However, Gunilla found a good solution for our 16 year old son. All good in the end.

Exceptional

The villa is super comfy and a bonus it's in a quiet neighborhood. Gunilla was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and had everything we needed. I will be definitely visiting in the near future.

Fabulous villa - 100% happy

Gunilla was extremely helpful & made a huge effort to ensure our stay was exceptional from start to finish. I have no dislikes whatsoever about this property only that a vehicle is needed as not many shops etc fully open in the area.

Basic but comfortable apartment

The property was in a nice quiet area and a lovely beach was a short walk right at the end of the road. It had private drive way for parking and a nice outside table area and easy access to the small pool. The a/c worked well in the bedroom and the washing machine in the communal area was an added bonus.

The property was quite basic and a little tired. I was not aware before hand that we had to pay cash on arrival , this cause a slight problem as we was not told, so had to draw cash out on the island which cost us extra to do so. We booked the one bedroom villa with a sofa bed in the lounge, on arrival we was told that the sofa was not a sofa bed.

The beech is just a 5 minute walk and the overall location, accommodation and our lovely host Gunilla made our holiday delightful.

Only fault was the ants, mosquito etc coming in through gaps in window screens and entrance door but decent repellent and over bed mosquito nets helped to an extent.

Owner Anne Marie was extremely rude. Downgraded to one bed though we booked a 2 bed which was fine but then became very offensive as she wanted cash upfront even though we were led to believe payment was being made through booking.com. Made the few days here quite stressful. Gunilla was helpful. Would not recommend

Value for money

It was peaceful, love the surroundings, enjoyed the pool. All amenities were working and very useful. The host was warm and friendly contacted to check everything was ok and then leave you to peacefully enjoy your stay. The place was nicer than expected at a great price.

Just need a smart TV lol

Really comfortable apartment in a really lovely area. There’s a great beach just a few minutes away with some beach bars and restaurants. Really recommended.
