bioscoop en grand café

Wat een oud hotel, ik werd er naar van. Het leek de film The Shining wel, met ouderwetse rode vloerbedekking in de donkere levenloze gangen. Brrrrr

Prima.

Ontbijt viel helaas tegen, niet erg bijzonder, weinig variatie en alles voelde en proefde goedkoop aan. In tegenstelling tot het mooie hotel en kamer vonden wij het ontbijt niet voldoen aan prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Helaas, want wij keken hier juist naar uit.

Broodjes niet bijzonder, koffie niet lekker, weinig groente de tomaten en komkommer smaakloos. Niet wat je verwacht voor zo een duur ontbijtje.

Ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Zimmer war sauber, Bett sehr bequem. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage mit guter Busverbindung nach Utrecht. Frühstück war gut. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

TOP en ik ga zeker terugkomen, en ook weer in het penthouse met balkon

De kamer, het uitzicht vanaf penthouse 513, de griekse taart, vriendelijke gastvrije bediening, het bed, direct in het centrum een uitstekende menukaart met veel lekkers en voldoende vegan, het mega grote balkon was wauw

geen gezellige comfortabele zitjes en uitstraling in de lobby, de ronde bankjes zitten keihard, ik mis daar een gezellige warme comfi en cosy sfeerhoek om even te zitten en te lezen In het weekend luidruchtig door stap jeugd op straat avond en nacht

Good bus links to Utrecht. Clean.

Shower pressure was low. Would prefer a walk-in shower as opposed to a shower over a bath. The lighting in the room was very dim.

We stay in Figi for the last 20 years and it was never soo disappointing. Also Figi does to reckogni

location is the mean reason of staying

Parking is now too expensive, before free and a maximum. Heating in the room did not work on daytime and in the night very low. Pillows are too high and uncomfortable. To pay extra for energy costs is ridiculous, should be in the price of the room. Some receptionists were not really friendly.

Figi once a year

Reception Staff were very helpful and polite.

Misinformation and cancellation through booking.com that then had to be rectifies by the hotel staff. Staff were amazing but it shouldn't have happened. It was a booking.com issue though.

Lovely stylish and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. Calm and quiet. The room was ordered with increased comfort, it was larger than the standard one, with a long balcony and a view of the city. Excellent wide bed with soft mattress. Wonderful pillows. Availability of a coffee machine and a set of capsules with coffee. High speed internet.

First, we did not have enough artificial lighting, it was quite dark at evening time. There are very few sources of lights, and those that are available are very dim. It is not very comfortable to work at the computer. The second is the unstable supply of hot water temperature. While taking a shower, from time to time, a very burning temperature can go, and after a second, cold water will come out.

We caught your new Year Eve Fireworks display which was breathtaking and lovely.

We love to visit Zeist and see our very old freinds. Hotel Figi is now a Home from Home. It is the little things which make a tired old couple feel Welcomed and at Home.

If we had been able to stay a lot longer!

All in all a nice hotel. I would stay there again (but be aware of extra costs).

Pretty good price, considering location and room size. Nice decor and has all the standard features. Very friendly staff. Bathroom was nice and clean. No phone in the room, but who needs that in 2023. Wifi is fast & reliable, but open (I used a vpn for extra security). I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Some surprise costs for energy surcharge and parking fee that had just been increased. On a total of 95 euros for the stay, I had to pay 6 euro extra. No airconditioning in the room, so in the summer it might be warm. I was there in winter and the room was chilly without a way to adjust heating.
