Een prima kamer, maar helaas, niet professioneel personeel en ontbrekend management begeleiding.

de kamer OK, Bed OK, Diner Matig, Ontbijt OK. Het personeel ...Matig tot slecht. Wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar volstrekt niet professioneel en klantgericht..

Zowel bij in als check out, Veel fouten vekeerde boeking en na bestelling van TWEE ontbijt slechts EEN geboekt. Waar we bijstonden. Bij uitcheck bleek (op een onvriendelijke manier) dat er een fout gemaakt was en of we maar een extra ontbijt wilden bijbetalen. Het afrekenen van het diner was lachwekkend. Bonnetjes waren niet doorgegeven zodat degeen achter de "kassa" geen flauw idee had wat er was geconsumeerd. Veel heen en weer geloop en navragen zeer inefficient en ergerlijk. Bij het uitchecken kon een excuus voor de gemaakte fouten er niet af. Het klonk bijna als een beschuldiging. Deze beginnelingen van de dag ervoor hadden nooit zonder begeleiding deze taken moeten uitvoeren. Dilletantisch, klantonvriendelijk weinig professioneel. Management schijnbaar niet aanwezig voor begeleiding en het nemen van verantwoording. Voor wat deze vestiging betreft...voor mij de laatste keer.

Great costumer service at bar with quality drinks and speedy reaction from the front desk service

Nice and quiet area, and the gym made it even more better.

Controller remote for the television has to have better service, with a universal remote prepared. And making sure al lamps in room are working in the room at least

Nice accomodation

The room is nice, clean and surprisingly spacious. The staff was friendly, we arrived for check in around midnight and it went very smoothly. The location of the hotel is great if you are coming with a car. There is a large parking spot in front of the hotel, so we had no problems parking despite arriving late.

The shower head was broken, so the water was spraying all over the bathroom as there is no shower door.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Bastion Almere

I recently stayed at Hotel Bastion Almere through Booking.com, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the hotel fell far short of its advertised standards. First and foremost, the room cleanliness was abysmal. I was shocked to find dirty surfaces, dusty corners, and even stains on the bedding. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had neglected their duties, leaving me with an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. I expected a certain level of cleanliness when paying for accommodation, but sadly, Hotel Bastion Almere failed to deliver. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were unexperienced and under-qualified. Their lack of professionalism and knowledge was evident in their inability to address even the simplest of requests. I encountered multiple occasions where the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle basic customer service tasks. It was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported during my stay. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided in the room. It is an absolute basic expectation for any hotel to provide clean towels for guests. I found it unacceptable that I had to request towels separately and wait for an extended period before they were eventually delivered. Such negligence in providing basic amenities is simply inexcusable. The breakfast offered by Hotel Bastion Almere was a complete disappointment. The quality and variety of the food were subpar, with limited options available. It felt as though the hotel was cutting corners to save costs, resulting in a lackluster and unappetizing breakfast experience. For the price I paid, I expected a more enjoyable and satisfying meal to start my day. Overall, my stay at Hotel Bastion Almere left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and regretful. The lack of cleanliness, unqualified staff, absence of towels, and poor breakfast all contributed to an experi

Enjoyed the two night break.

Excellent breakfast choices. I used train, bus and walked. The bus stops and connections although frequent were some distance from the hotel.

A closer and easier to find bus stop for either direction would be an advantage as taxis were expensive. Bus and train services ran late, and this was a bonus.

Un pleasant.

Breakfast is over priced, Beds we’re ok, we were told the Restaurant was closed at the weekend but was also closed Friday & a board inside displayed a confusing wording to us it would be open. We only drink Tea & every Time we have stayed there, there is always a coffee m/c. I asked if we could have a kettle & I brought the coffee m/c down & left it at Reception only to return later that evening & find it still sitting on the desk. After ten minutes after asking where it was they found one. Stayed a lot of times but now time to look elsewhere,.

It’s just soooo far from everything. Do not come here if you’re a traveler from abroad who doesn’t have a car here. The closest bus stop is so far and I had to take Bolt / Uber cars just to get to the closest station.
