The Hotel Mozart is very cosey and I truly felt at home.

The staff is amazing. I received more help than I could have imagined, from the help with charging my phone to the lines drawn by Marina on maps, which helped me locate a number of places I wanted to visit. The care and attention were truly remarkable. I also appreciated the lovely coffee and apples in the lobby. The gentleman who cleaned the rooms was also very kind and helpful. My room, though tiny, was quite adequate for my needs and the bathroom meticulously clean.

Since a few of the days were unseasonably hot, the lack of air conditioning was a problem for me. I perspired so much that this put a bit of a damper on my stay. I would gladly pay a bit more to have A.C.

The hotel is abit dated and some housekeeping just needs to be stepped up…i.e. some of the walls where dirty

Adequate

The foyer was modern and excellent. The carpets leading to our room were dirty, our room was old and tired. Location excellent

Für den kleinen Preis, Ok.

Die Lage war super und der Service war nett

Es waren 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben waren.. total ungeeignet für Pärchen. Die Betten sind bei der kleinsten Bewegung immer auseinander gerutscht und wir haben sogar alte Taschentücher gefunden. Im Bett, an der Wand im Bad und am Waschbecken waren überall Haare. Das Bad war nicht 100% sauber und außerdem war der duschkopf kaputt und hat in alle Richtungen gespritzt.

This is the best 2 star hotel in Amsterdam I’ve ever been to. Correlation of price and quality is top.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. Staff is highly professional and helpful.

A bit noisy, but this is because it’s perfect central location.

Great, everything I needed

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the main shops, also has 2 really good coffeeshops on the same road which came in handy later on at night. I’ll be coming back to Amsterdam in 2024 and will be staying at Mozart again

Bar the plug missing for the bath I couldn’t fault anything

Bien pour 3-4 jours pas plus .

- La localisation au milieu des commerces et a 1 mins du coffee le plus pres. - l'accueil à la reception avec les explications du séjour. - la vue de la chambre sur le canal.

Le rapport qualitée/ prix de la chambre .. on etait 3 dans une toute petite pièce ( ça ce voyais que c'était une chambre pour 2 , ils ont ajouter un lit ) , la salle de bain microscopique , avec le tuyau de douche perçé ce qui coupait enormement de pression .. et sans parler de l'isolation simple vitrage et sans joints de fenetres .. des petites choses qui pourrai etre évitées

Worth staying for location and price.

Vero good location, close to everything. Good price and decent rooms. Very nice staff, willing to help. Nice quiet lobby with free coffee, tea and fruit.

Small rooms (but that’s very common in Amsterdam) and not too clean at first, but the staff helped to fix it.

Superb

Location very nice, from 5- 15 min maxiimum walking to all museums and centre of the city. Very close to restaurants. Hotel has tea and coffe corner on reception which was very useful) Staff are very friendly and ready to help in any question.

Room is small (like every where in Amsterdam) and no AC.

Great value for money, Great staff and would recommend.

Good value for money, staff very friendly and helpful.

The only things I would say was you don’t get a safe in your room, tv didn’t work and no plug for the bath so had to use the shower.

Most of the staff was very helpful, even tho I showed up on a bike and wet.

I had the tiny room, which is fine, but they really need to have a light by the bed. There is one light and the lightswitch is next to the door. Luckily I had a headlamp.

Spend the extra money for a proper hotel in Amsterdam.

Friendly staff, were very accomodating.

The shower was probably one of the worst I've seen in a hotel, an elevated tub with a shower curtain. The shower head was perpendicular to the wall which I've never seen before, and the shower head was spraying water everywhere. It has one of those old European 'poop shelf' toilets, which is always gross. There were some stains on the duvet cover. I understand this is supposed to be a 'budget hotel', but you can at least make sure its clean. The walls were thin as paper, and I could hear all the other guests even whisper. The fact that there was no AC meant I needed to open my window, and could hear someone watching YouTube videos some floors down.

My stay was not enjoyable because of the hotel facilities.

It was the location which I liked very much. Very close to the museums, central station and the bus stops. Good shopping area.

No breakfast was included. Was offered a room with a shower that was in the bath. I cannot in and out of bath as I’m not well balanced. Was given another room which was truly truly small with a narrow single bed. Even worse was the fact that the toilet had no lid! Everything in toilet was constructed for space. It was really not worth the price I paid. The main receptionist couldn’t give a damn.

Nice short stay

The hotel was close to the train station which is really good. The room was adequate for a solo traveller and it was clean. I had a nice stay in the hotel.

Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

It’s in a great location, very clean & comfortable.

Lack of complementary drinks / snacks. Though we were told on arrival there was fruit & hot drinks available, there were only apples & I do not drink tea / coffee so maybe some water or juice and a bigger selection of fruit / biscuits would have been more appealing.

A bad night, a massive disappointment and a waste of money.

The location is excellent and the staff were ( mostly) helpful and cooperative.

Tiny room. Such a small double bed it was impossible to sleep properly. Almost no hanging space of any kind and zero full length hanging space. No amenities such as tea or coffee. Heavily overpriced.

Great location, the elevator was a huge plus because Dutch stairs are treacherous. Rooms are small but that Amsterdam for you.
