séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel que je recommande volontiers.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre historique près du palais royal. la chambre triple était spacieuse, les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

La salle de bains pourrait être rafraichie, les installations datant un peu.

Top Lage aber katastrophales Hotel!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet aber das war es auch schon.

Absolut unhygienisches Zimmer. Die Wände, die Lampen der Boden einfach alles ist dreckig! Nicht zu diesem Preis! Jede Nacht war es pausenlos laut. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt unregelmäßig. Die Möbel und die Badezimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Teppiche sollten dringend gereinigt werden!

Well situated and a comfortable clean room in the centre of Amsterdam's Old town centre.

The room was a good size, room for 2 suitcases. We welcomed a window that could be opend too. The third floor was accessed by an elevastor, which is not always the case at some stays. The hotel is centrally situated in the older part of Amsterdam although not all taxi drivers could find the road there.

The window looked out to a court yard of roofs and a large glass roof section which was illuminated all night. Thankfully the curtains could block most of the light. The TV had issues and the picture would pixleate badly after about 15mins on most channels. The room was at first hidden behind a door at the top of a couple of stairs. It didn't need to be there ?

Imundo! Cheiro de cigarro insuportável! Cama péssima. Carpete muito sujo e velho. Banheiro cheio de lodo e mofo, com vazamento e mal cheiro. Não corresponde às fotos e nota. Muito barulho.

Good for a short stay.

Clean. Good location. 10 minute walk from Amsterdam centraal. Within short walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The room is stuffy and warm even with the window cracked open. Thin walls. Need more lighting in the room.

aangenaam en centrale ligging

het personeel was heel bereidwillig om informatie te geven en aan persoonlijke wensen te voldoen. Doordat het hotel zo centraal gelegen is, was het fijn om daar iedere ochtend te vertrekken naar een ander deel van de stad.

De verlichting in de kamer was onvoldoende om kaart te lezen en de volgende dag voor te bereiden. We waren steeds op tijd bij het ontbijt maar merkten wel dat wie wat later kwam binnen de tijd een beperkter aanbod had. We hadden graag de trap genomen (omdat de lift soms op zich liet wachten) maar vonden onvoldoende aanwijzingen om de trap te gebruiken.

La ubicación es lo mas resaltante del hotel, tambien el personal muy amable!

Las intalaciones en general nos parecieron un poco viejas, claramente requieren una renovación profunda principalmente en los baños.

Our entire group enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect - convenient & walkable to everything. Breakfast was outstanding and the hotel staff were attentive. The rooms were comfortable and there were no issues with hot water or water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of room in the lobby to relax before or after sightseeing or dinner. Christian, at the front desk, was stellar! He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we hoped it would be!

One of the rooms was located in an area that had an issue with outside noise. It was communicated to the hotel staff and it was addressed quickly by switching to a room in the “courtyard” area )which is in the middle of the building). No issues after the room change.

Top gastvrijheid! Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. We mochten een kamer uitzoeken. En de kinderen mochten hun schoen zetten voor sinterklaas.

Lovely stay in ideal location off Dam Square

Perfect location - most important thing for us. Right off Dam Square and more affordable than others. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Great value for location and space and woul definitely stay there again.

The toiletries were smaller and fewer than expected, but that was a minor issue.

Mostly everything, from the moment you enter. No one is helping with suitcases. Unprofessional front desk. Extremely old sheets and extreme bad pillows that you can’t put your head on.

Our stay was tolerable but not comfortable, compared to other hotels we’ve been too.

Hotel was clean, room was clean and air worked well in our room.

The Hotel was definitely dated, with mismatched furniture in the lobby, institutional carpeting in room, mini fridge did not work well, bathroom was a tiled in shower room with toilet set at the opening of the shower. walls were very thin and could hear people in halls and above us moving around.

The staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Our overall stay was satisfactory.

Location was very central and close to everywhere like restaurants, metro stations etc. in central Amsterdam.

Room was comfortable but a bit cold at night. When we ask if the heater can be opened , we have been informed that it doesn't work during warm weather but the weather was cold at nights by the way.
