Precies niks

Ik heb betaald voor een kamer met douche en wc. Maaar door verbouwing kreeg ik kamer nr 11. Zonder douche en wc. Ik ben hier niet op de hoogte van gesteld. Ze hadden bijv gratis kunnen annuleren of meteen en (gedeelte) van de prijs terug. Personeel was alleen maar aan het zuchten of zat tot half 2 met geluid aan serie te kijken. Terwijl het een gehorig pand is.

The worst hotel I have ever been,with the worst staff

the apartment was very dirty, there were spiders inside. The wall also had two holes. Their plumbing was broken and the room was permanently flooded with water on the floor. They didn't even offer to change our room. Worst hotel experience of my life. Every time we asked them to clean the water, the cleaner and the person in charge looked at us in a very bad way and told us that it was nothing special.

Passable

The location is good, very quiet during the night. You can get a coffee in the hall. Groceries nearby.

We did not receive the rooms we ordered. We were supposed to have two rooms, instead we had one common room (one of them was unfortunately not available). The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The shower didn't drain at all, so I had to pull the hair out of the drain so we could shower at all. Beds were very soft, they were falling apart. It was enough for three nights, but the fact that they didn't want to compensate us for the exchange of rooms is quite negative.

I do not recommend!

Nothing!!!!

Accommodation with shared bathroom. The furniture is old and very dirty. The sink in the room is dirty, the bed is full of hair! The toilet is right next to the reception, unpleasant and noisy. The shower is the same, after showering you have to collect the water. Lots of money, no service. Deposit for the key €50. There is no air conditioning, the room is too warm. The fan did not work. The location is quite far away, it can be reached by bus. I do not recommend!

nothing wrong with the rooms, just what was expected

My car which was parked at the hotel was vandalized by having the windows smashed. The hotel staf was not so helpful with the after work.

Okay for a night

The place was easy to find. Downstairs was a kitchen, though we didn't use it. Best for solo travel or shared room for two kids. Showerhead was on the bigger side, which was nice. No tiny spray. There was a mini fridge as well as a ventilator installed. Blankets and pillows were very nice. The pillow was sturdy but soft, good for the neck. And although the blankets looked quite thin, they were warm. Not too warm, but comfortably so. Despite the room being small, there was a tiny closet to hang your jacket, with two drawers. We didn't use the tv, but it looked good.

The stank of pee came up if you didn't close the toilet lid. Everytime one of the rooms around flushed or used the tap, you could hear the water through the walls. Walls were thin enough to hear doors open/close from other rooms etc. The tab on the sink was loose. As well as that it was hard to sit on the toilet with the little space there was. Bathroom door couldn't close properly as well. The carpety floor looked dirty. There was even a paper underneath the bed from previous occupiers - which left to wonder if it was actually cleaned. Twinbeds were way too small to comfortably sleep on. One had to turn in place otherwise you would be rolling on the floor.

It was comfortable and in general cleaned

The window was broken so we couldn’t lock it. We had to take our valuable stuff with us. The toilet was out of the room, which it is not a problem but less comfortable

First I got a room without any windows and a very bad ventilation. I kindly asked for another one and a very friendly man from the team organized another room for me.

clean neat, enough for one night. easy to find, quick response.

we were arranged in the basement room, the only thing was it barely had wifi connection in this room. And the room really has kinda weird smell, maybe it's because of Dutch humid weather. also, it was a pretty disturbing noise for the water tubes in the room during the night. The rest of it is perfect!
