Facilities good, Staff all polite, friendly and happy
Door to coach house could do with a closer being fitted due to being tight and other residents banging it shut when leaving causing vibration in rooms above (coach house) Loo paper tad too hard maybe softer available

Breakfast fabulous
No Hand rail in the shower cubicle, need to ask if guests have access issues because steps Into the bathroom and in the main house did cause us problems. So we asked to move rooms which you did. So thank you for that

Delivery truck came too early in the morning.
Our 30th Wedding Anniversary wasn't made special or catered for. Staff didn't even congratulate us on arrival and nothing in our room to make it special.

The room was gorgeous and the views were stunning. Love the little touches and friendly staff.
The food choices could have been a little more varied. The sausages for breakfast had mushrooms in which was no good for me who has an allergy to mushrooms.

Meals were delicious and although we think they may have been short staffed for part of the stay the staff were mostly very good. The views from the main house were lovely and the location quiet and peaceful despite the road nearby.
We chose the hotel for its advertised views but were placed in a “de luxe” room away from the main building and looking out only onto the car park.
When we spotted that one evening meal had not been added to our bill we pointed this out to the receptionist but received no thanks at all for being honest.
The bath was very beautiful but didn’t run warm enough to use!

the location
Noisy, felt damp, dog odour, bathroom not great

Good service and choices. Enjoyed, and what a view as we did!
Timing of the central heating in the room could be improved, say on in the evenings, off at night.

The most amazing situation with stunning views.

Very nice garden and main building. Great view from restaurant.
Rooms where dogs are allowed in are overpriced for what they are.
