i have stayed 4 times now and always enjoyed it

suki in the restaurant is such a lovely lady... so helpful the chicken satay is the best I have had. Beds and pillows excellent

We always stay here before we head home to Australia, we love the price, location and spa.

The room was a great price, in front of the pool as requested, we didn't have breakfast, the new sunbeds were great and the spa treatment was fantastic.

the wifi was terrible and the pool area was not kept clean

Location, clean, comfortable, great staff and good buffet breakfast.

Location was great, handy to beach, shops, restaurants etc., clean room and bathroom, good breakfast buffet and comfy bed.

A little noisey at night, still managed to sleep.

هذه المره الرابعة منذ 2007 التي احجز في هذا الفندق هادي ونظيف وتعامل الطاقم جيد الفندق يحتاج تحديث وصيانه مستمره يجب اخذها بعين الأعتبار السعر مرتفع بالمقارنه في الزيارات السابقه ولا يوجد دراسه مهنيه للمحافظه على العملاء الدائمين والمسوقين لهذا الفندق مع وحود تنافس قوي في الفنادق المحاوره . وشكراً

السعر وصبغ بعض المرافق مع صيانه مستمره للحمامات والادوات الأستهلاكيه

Overall very happy, room was clean, bed comfy, aircon great, staff at reception awesome, spa was well priced.

Great pool, although needs more attention to cleaning edge tiles under the waterfall and wooden steps are in a state of decay and slimey and slippery, water always seemed clean though.

Pool bar open intermittently, staff were friendly but not very attentive when it came to service, when bar was closed guests walked through lobby to restaurant dripping wet to get drinks, they would make a killing in F&B sales if they did regular tray service to sunbeds & pool

its location. quieter part of legian but close enough to beach, shops. good value for money. the staffs was friendly and ever so helpful. thank you very much to them for trying very hard to make our stay comfortable.

on a really hot day, the air conditioning was not cooling enough

One of worst hotel ever. The staff was very nice but I would not recommend. Not even 2 stars.

the location was nice and the pool as well. The staff was amazing however there are issues with the hotel that do not allow a positiive review

The rooms were smelly, massive mold smell, almost unbreathable and very dusty, I had to take antistaminic for the full stay and spray with deodorant everytime I was inside. Got electrocuted from hairdryer. Got food poisoning from breakfast on day 1. Hygiene in the kitchen is a wish. They dont wipe the table mats when a customer asks for table,, they just scroll the dirt on the floor and give you table. Clean Cutleries are put on a side anyone can touch them. My friend got a rat in her room. No face towel available, only one shower towel per person. Well below 2 starts hotel.

loved Bali but the hotel needs a lot of work ( TLC) they need better cleaners. they need more staff as there wasn’t many

not very good cleaners the rooms weren’t cleaned very good at all, orange stains in the white grout in bathroom, stains on furniture, bedding and towels. rooms need a nice hot soapy water with disinfectant smelling clean clothes with a good wipe down and clean. I checked the cleaners equipment oh there cleaning clothes were dirty looking and stained. they only sweep the floor and mop heads yuck so dirty looking.

The property staff is really nice and helpful.

Except that the staff is nice, everything else about staying in this hotel was awful. Firstly, even though I booked a no prepayment needed room, around a week before my stay I have received a message from the property that they will cancel my booking if I don’t pay a deposit of 50% of the value. After they deducted this amount from my credit card, while I was on the flight to Bali, someone else from the hotel deducted again the same amount without my approval. Then, the rooms are having an awful humid smell, the bad sheets were not changed during my stay even though I have requested, the bathroom facilities are old and with stains, there are no amenities replenishment during the stay, no hand towels or paper towels, no view ( even though in the description was mentioned there is one) and even though I have booked the option with breakfast included, I didn’t eat once there since the place looked unhygienic and my friend who arrived before me actually got a food poisoning from there. As of this wasn’t enough, in one of the nights I have found a rat in my room. I do understand rats and all kind of small animals are normal in this part of the world, yet I believe the place hygiene is extremely poor.

the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

the bedsheet is very rough even they change it everyday. the aesthetic red couch smells so bad, I suggest they should change it to less maintenance couch materials. it’s pretty much old hotel. I wouldn’t comeback.

the infrastructure is old and outdated, the rooms need renovation. bathroom is old, and the windows are not enough to cancel noise from the pool, you will be awake when all the kids are playing in the pool at 8am.

It is a relaxed environment.Staff try to look after you. Well priced but does need some renovation

Enjoyed the outdoor shower and large bed. pool was easily accessible. Easy to get towels. We like how central the location is and also the friendly staff.

Need to put the cushions back on the pool chairs. we noticed sometimes cockroaches on the floors. no handrail in the bath. Hati Hati. unfortunately we were woken at three in the morning knocking on our door and then ringing our room twice at the same time. Also the roof was leaking in the bathroom. the safe had to get fixed three times

the location was unmatched. the rooms were spacious and clean, it was very inviting from the beautiful staff. the breakfast selection was a great mix of Indonesian and western. very tasty and the restaurant food was also delicious.

Exceptional

Hotel close a lot of main point. So it’s easy if you want go anywhere just only walk. Price affordable, comfortable. but more I like bout this hotel. all their staff really nice, taking care our luggage, soft spoken, really helpful. I love all of you 🥲❤️ I will come again if have opportunity 🙏🏻

i think the only thing you should improve, please provide plug near to bed 🥲
