Bis zum nächsten Pragbesuch - Ich werde wieder kommen !

Da ich mehrfach im Jahr nach Prag komme , war dies nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel . Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet jedem etwas . Besonders bei Kurzreisen kann ich das Hotel empfehlen , denn durch die zentrale Lage ist alles entweder schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und ansonsten hat man Metro und Straßenbahn/Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe .

Veel te warm om goed te slapen, verder prima hotel.

Goed ontbijt, goed personeel, elke dag opgeruimde kamer.

Was veel te warm. Beleid is dat de airco uitstaat in het hele hotel zodra de verwarming aangaat. Raam openzetten was het advies maar dat hielp niet.

La ubicación es excelente, 25 min caminando al plaza de la ciudad vieja ! El desayuno esta muy bueno , todo delicioso; hay variedad de todo y día a día van cambiando 1 ó 2 alimentos . El personal amable

Tuvimos 2 situaciones , uno fue que no pasó el pago con mi tarjeta y había reservado 2 camas ! El muchacho de la recepción en todo momento fue muy amable ! Al siguente día nos cambiaron la habitación con 2 camas y el pago lo hice con otra tarjeta !

Pleasant.

Location and breakfast were very good.

I didn't like that getting to the room involved going through a labyrinth and stairs. Only one elevator is available to tourists, and the one closer to the room is for staff only. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs to reach the far-away elevator.

Great location with comfortable rooms

Large bedrooms, very quiet good location near the heart of the old town. Impressively clean rooms. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Decor and furniture all in good condition and clean but looking slightly dated style wise but extremely functional.

À deux pas du centre historique. Petit-déjeuner bon et copieux.

Taille des ascenseurs. Refus catégorique par le personnel le premier soir de délivrer un lit parapluie car notre enfant était âgé de plus de 3 ans, sous prétexte que le lit allait être trop petit. La demande de lit émanant de ma fille elle-même habituée à dormir encore à son âge (4 ans) dans ce type de lit lors de voyages, je me suis permis d’insister en signifiant que nous avions l’habitude et que ce ne serait pas un problème, les autres hôtels n’ayant jamais fait obstacle à cette demande auparavant. Le personnel de la réception s’est montré intransigeant à ce sujet, refusant avec insistance d’accéder à ma requête. La seule alternative proposée étant de changer de chambre le lendemain, moyennant surcharge bien évidemment. Ces personnels m’ont également soutenu que notre réservation était mentionnée pour deux personnes, ce qui est totalement faux, car notre enfant était inclus dans notre recherche. J’ai conclu de cet épisode que le personnel de la réception connaît mieux le gabarit de mon enfant et ses habitudes de voyage que ses propres parents.

sehr schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage

optimale Lage: nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt sowie zum Wenzelsplatz, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet

Einzelbetten waren sehr schmal, die Wände im Zimmer recht dünn, man hat z. B. Gäste in anderen Zimmern oder auf dem Gang hören können

Τίμιο ξενοδοχείο με αριστη τοποθεσια

Πλούσιο πρωινό, άριστη τοποθεσία δίπλα στο κέντρο με τα πόδια!

Υπήρχε ένας ενοχλητικός θόρυβος κάθε μέρα που δεν σταματούσε ούτε το βράδυ (κάτι σαν δόνηση) που ερχόταν από έξω από το δωμάτιο μας. Ζητήσαμε από τη ρεσεψιόν να το ελέγξει δυο φορές και ο τεχνικός δεν το έφτιαξε ποτέ.

Незабутній відпочинок!

Відпочивали сім'єю у січні місяці. Готель сподобався: номер просторий і чистий, заміна рушників кожного дня, сніданки смачні та на любий смак (хто що полюбляє). Персонал привітний і люб'язний.

Дуже хотілося б, щоб у номері були халати. Все решта було окей.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία!

Τέλεια διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, άνετο και πολύ καθαρό! Δίπλα στην παλιά πόλη, το μετρό αλλά και κάποιους σταθμούς τρένων. Το πρωινό ήταν άψογο με πολλές επιλογές και κάποιες διαφοροποιήσεις από μέρα σε μέρα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό. Σίγουρη επιλογή!

Overall a satisfying experience. I would recommend it for sure.

Satisfying breakfast with vegan options. Really close to the old town and a metro station. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom has been renovated so everything worked really well. The reception crew was pleasant and helpful.

Some noise from the corridor by guests but nothing serious.

Posizione fantastica, buona la pulizia, qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe.

La colazione era abbastanza varia e di buona qualità. La pulizia delle stanze era buona e la posizione fantastica.. Tutte le strade portavano al Meteor.

La camera era un po' vecchio stile e il letto matrimoniale era dato dall'unione di due letti singoli, il che non lo rendeva comodissimo. Lo staff della hall e del ristorante non è stato molto accogliente. Fatto salvo qualcuno, il personale era freddo e scostante. Poco gradita la chiamata alle 11 precise per ricordarci del check out (stavamo per chiudere la porta della camera), quanto meno si sarebbe potuto attendere qualche minuto di ritardo prima di fare il memorandum.

Clean & cozy ✨️ Amazing for Christmas

The staff and the accommodations that we experienced were amazing! The breakfast was very tasty, clean, always full, and had many options, from classic european to traditional Czech. The room was always warm, cozy, and clean. Very good experience all around.

The only thing that we can say is that the Hotel didn't have a Smart TV and only had channels that we didn't understand the language of. After a long day outside walking and sightseeing, it would be nice to see a movie to relax. Nowadays most TVs are smart Tvs , so we expected that a hotel in the center of Prague with that prices per night should have it, no matter which room you might book.

Super séjour , hôtel central, petit déjeuner très copieux

Petit déjeuner très copieux, diversifié, très bon, Le jour du départ (très tôt) ne pouvant pas être au petit déjeuner, on nous a proposé très gentiment un sac de petit déjeuner à emporter, copieux Chambre très propre et serviettes changées chaque jour, Personnel agréable et sympathique Emplacement très central proche des métros bus et tram

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel bien situé

Fabuleux petit déjeuner digne d'un repas en fait et la gentillesse du personnel qui m'a proposé une chambre plus grande sans supplément. Bien situé aux portes de la vieille ville, tout est faisable à pieds et environnement calme. Proche à pieds également de la gare avec liaison par bus express depuis ou vers l'aéroport

Situata in posizione centrale (vicino la Torre delle Polveri) permette di raggiungere la Piazza della Città Vecchia in 5 minuti e di visitare tranquillamente Praga a piedi. Stanza davvero meravigliosa con salottino, divano e bagno con vasca e doccia!!!! Ottima accoglienza. Ricca colazione sia dolce che salata. Ci tornerò sicuramente per il bellissimo servizio offerto!

Kahvaltı ve konumu güzeldi. Yatakları rahattı, odalar temiz ve genişti.

Çalışanlar nazik, yardımsever ve güleryüzlü değildi. Odamıza valizlerimizi kendimiz taşıdık. Odada ikram suyu yoktu her sey ücretliydi. Girişte kahvaltı 10 eur denilmişti , kahvaltıda 15 eur olarak belirtildi. 2 kişiydik ancak 1 şampuan ve krem vardı. Odalar ses geçiriyordu. Fiyatlar dengesiz ilk gece 100 euro iken ikinci geceye 250 eur ödedik. 1 gün uzatmak istediğimizde yüksek fiyat verip isterseniz bookingden rezerve edin dediler ve son gece için odamızı değiştirdiler.

Aksam 18:00-20:00 arası ısıtıcılar kapatılıyor, dısarıda hava -5 dereceydi. Üşüdüğümüzü söyledik 20:00 de açılacak denildi, odada klima çalışmıyordu. Saç havlusu yoktu ekstra havlu istedik. 2 kişiye 1 şampuan konulmuştu.

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage war hervorragend, sowohl zur Altstadt wie zum Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof. Zimmeraustattung sehr gut, Nachtruhe sehr gut, Frühstück sehr gut, freundliches Personal....

Kann man nur empfehlen! Super Aufenthalt gehabt.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und schön ruhig, da es zum Innenhof zeigte. Man war in nur ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, vor allem die Crepes.

Da fällt mir spontan nichts ein.
