Verano vacacional

La comodidad de las camas y amplitud de la habitación. Aire acondicionado con modo noche que no impedía para dormir con el ruido. Neverita para guardar bebidas frías. En el baño los artículos de aseo que se reponian a diario igual que el café y los tes. No puedo opinar de la piscina porque no fuimos. Zona tranquila alejada del centro.

No hay cafeterías cerca para cuando quieres desayunar más pronto de lo que abre el buffet del hotel o el restaurante.mal para aparcar alrededor depende de a qué hora das vueltas sin encontrar.

Lleno de cucarachas

La piscina

Estaba lleno de cucarachas, pedí una habitación con cocina porque mi hijo tiene alergias alimenticias y no pudimos cocinas estaba lleno de cucarachas. En el mini bar de la habitación cogí una cerveza la abri y bebí de ella y estaba llena de otro líquido salado, vomite y me dijeron que no me preocupe que no me la iban a cobrar.

El personal era muy agradable y la habitación muy cómoda, con vistas a la piscina como pedimos y muy tranquila.

La limpieza del baño y los complementos: el primer día la mayoría de los botes estaban casi vacíos.

Esta sucia, viejo y huele mal. Es un alojamiento que esta para cerrar, tirar entero y reformarlo entero.

El personal, excelente 👌 . Y los peces del estanque. Los masajes.. El desayuno. Y me gustaría dar nombres pero se olvidan, Pablo, Daniel Isabel, el chef, las señoras de limpieza y recepción.......bueno todos

Excellent hôtel pour un séjour agréable .

Un hôtel excellent et très beau avec tout le confort. Frigo dans chambre (silencieux) , climatisation, bouilloire, petits sachets café. L'accueil est formidable et la bagagerie est bien pratique si l'on veut laisser ses bagages au check out et profiter des derniers instants à Santa Cruz.. Lit très confortable; c'est très calme et le quartier est joli. Il y a une petite supérette à proximité et le centre est très vite atteint à pieds. L'hôtel est à 5mn à pieds de la place Weyler donc depuis l'intercambior, (gare routiere) il suffit de prendre le tram et de descendre à Weyler (pancarte indiquant la direction de l'hotel) . Une excellente adresse pour séjourner agréablement. All is wonderful.

sehr freundliches personal, grosses zimmer, sehr sauber, eir konnten am nachmittag bei der ankunft schon sehr früh ins zimmer und noch etwas essen, war sehr fein, das morgenessen war sehr reichhaltig und gut, feiner kaffee, in der nacht sehr ruhig

zugang zur tiefgarage ist kompliziert und schlecht beschriftet, das hotel ist etwas in die jahre gekommen, neben einer stark befahrenen strasse

Hotel Colón Rambla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Islas Canarias

El hotel es muy bueno, situado en la Rambla de Santa Cruz, y es acogedor. La habitación, bonita, buen baño, nevera, el aire acondicionado funciona bien, es correcto dentro de su categoría de 4 estrellas. No tomé el desayuno, había un bar para tomar algo en el hall de entrada, piscina pequeña con peces dorados, y mucha vegetación alrededor. Buena televisión, y personal amable.

Hay que tener un Doctorado para cambiar los canales de la televisión con el mando que dan, es demasiado complicado. Supongo que es para que la gente no se lo lleve, porque nadie podría con eso. Tuve que llamar para que viniera el técnico. Y la conexión a internet, nunca lo logré con mi ordenador, se podría ofrecer algo más fácil y automático de conectar realmente, son muchos pasos para usar el wifi. El hotel es bueno, bonito, y correcto en su categoría, buena ubicación en l Rambla de Santa Cruz.

Pas de serviettes de piscine disponible en arrivant (en train de laver) Commande au restaurant servi erroné, puis tiramisu arrive encore congeler Trop chaud dans la pièce du déjeuner (pas de clim) Fenêtres vieillissante a changer (poignée rester dans les mains) Boissons non comprises dans la demi-pension. (Compris à l’hôtel mynd adeje pour 150€ de boissons et nourriture ) Lit qui creuse, mal de dos le matin. Ne vaut pas du tout un 4 étoiles !

Excellent hotel in the perfect location with the best pool in the city.

Excellent hotel. We loved it so much that we extended our stay and this is the second part of our trip. We walked the whole of Santa Cruz and discovered that this is the best district to be based in. There are several bus stops close linking it to the the city bus station and the rest of the island. Very convenient, if like us, you have decided against a hire car. Thank you to the team at the hotel for everything.

The perfect hotel in a fabulous location.

This is an exceptional hotel. Perfect location for exploring the city by foot, a short walk to the bars, shops, and restaurants in the area surrounding The Plaza Espania. The beautiful Parque Garcia Sanabria is practically next door. The swimming pool must be the best hotel pool in the city. It is great for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The reception, housekeeping, and catering teams are lovely and friendly and can’t do enough to help. We were in the standard room, spacious, with double glazing that can be opened for a nice breeze. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Highly recommended hotel in a lovely residential area

This was our third stay at the Hotel Colon Rambla. We were upgraded to a fantastic suite. The customer service was excellent as usual. This is a great location to access all of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The rooms, hotel bar, restaurant and breakfast are all high quality.

A little gem of a hotel. A great area to explore and close to a lovely park. Bar/cafe on site was friendly and good value.

Weirdly, the pool is hard to find and not sign posted.
