Якщо буду ще в Санта-Круз, то повернусь туди залюбки))

Дуже гарне розташування апартаментів, поряд маркети, бот.сад, набережна, та багато цікавих місць, пішки можно з легкістью добратись у будь яку локацію !!

в цілому все дуже гарно і я рекомендую це місце, трішки тільки посвистувало одне вікно, та душ потрібно приймати обережно, щоб вода не вибігала на підлогу, але це не велика проблема.

Dovolená v páru

Apartmán byl na okraji města, dalo se v okolí zaparkovat zdarma. Velmi dobře vybavený.

Apartmán potřebuje hodně oprav.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife dal 29 esimo piano 🔝

Appartamento al 29 piano vista stupenda,molto pulito,completo di tutto dalle pentole alla macchinetta del caffe.ottima la vigilanza.

Il parcheggio è complicato ,il più vicino è ampio ma non custodito,anche se devo dire che la polizia è molto presente ,non ho visto scene che oggi sono consuetudine in Italia, purtroppo.

Superb

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. And the view from a window! Stunning! Location is also good - very close to the nearest supermarket Mercadona or famous Mercado Ntra. Señora de África - around 15 minutes by walk. Teide park - just 1 hour by car. Self check-in with easy, precise description, the staff is very nice and helpful :) We had a really wonderful time there.

There was very low water pressure in the shower.

Everything was nice. Maybe a bit small for 4 people, but for a few nights it is perfect.

It was an amazing experience to live in 29. floor, everything were easy to reach, near to the hotel - ocean, supermarket

I liked the view and it was really clean and comfy

Comfortable bed. Location. Clean

No instructions for appliances. Chose apartment to be able to eat in and wash clothes before joining a cruise. No glass turntable in oven/microwave so could not use. Electric dial on washing machine not working (looked up online and not usablel). Blinds in bedroom broken. No light bulb In bedside lamp. Sofa (only seating was a sofa bed) in lounge soft and obviously old as you sank in to it. Had to put cushions underneath to be able to sit upright....Most uncomfortable. Got the feeling "We have your money and do not care.

Nice apartment with nice view

Well-equipped apartment on the 29th floor with a beautiful view and a perfect location. Hassle-free parking at the accommodation. Nice host and 24 hour reception.

Accommodation is located at the hall where concerts are organized mainly on weekends. A little more noise, but we solved it by closing the window.

we needed to lift up the front door to open or close it, some windows couldn‘t be opened and some jalousies didn‘t work

Very good

Estefanía the host is great! She is very helpful and nice! She is also very flexible. We had to stay longer to do a meeting and she was very flexible about it. The apartment has an amazing 29floor view of the ocean and is close to a small beach and close to the beautiful Auditorio, an architectural masterpiece! The guys at the reception were super sweet and helpful!

Some stuff at the house were not working the way they should, also next to the bed there's only one plugging for the lamp, so at night you eaither use the lamp or charge your cellphone. The elevator was kind of slow.

Lovely place in Santa Cruz!

Perfect position, in a modern neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, movie theaters and theaters, close the bus terminal with direct busses to the airport (only 20 minutes), busses and tramway to move around the city without problems, also waking distance to every part of the city. The building is very nice, modern, well kept, with the doorman available the whole day, very safe and clean, it is like being in a 5 stars hotel. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, gorgeous views over the city and the sea, at the 29th floor, very clean and well equipped. The owner is very nice and always available if you need. Thanks and hope to return soon!

Cosy & quiet appartment near swimming pool

Great cozy appartment near the parc with swimming pool. Flexible and welcoming host.

A bit far from the City centre (15 min walk). I think the air con in the room was not working (blowing air but not cold?) but the one in the living room was perfect.
