Vacaciones muy malas

La comida aunque siempre a sido la misma es de calidad

Todo en general la habitación muy vieja sin teléfono para contactar con la recepción las piscinas en mal estado y bastante sucias solo un socorrista para 2 piscinas y casi ni estaba por ninguna. demasiada gente joven incontrolable tanto de día como de noche moviendo las camas haciendo constantemente ruido por las noches hasta las 4 o 5 de la madrugada en las piscinas incontrolables tirándose encima de la gente en el agua con muchísimas faltas de respeto y nadie del hotel a hecho nada También el todo incluido pone desde las 10:30 hasta las 22:30 tanto de bebidas como de snacks pero los snacks no lo han hecho tan sólo los han puesto de 15:30 a 18:30 y solo se podía comer en el restaurante y si queríamos picar algo estando en la piscina era imposible ni había unos cacahuetes o patatas para picar antes de comer y las bebidas muy limitadas no entraba casi nada ningún cocktel ni mojito todo muy escaso la respuesta del hotel a mis quejas siempre a sido la misma pon una queja y así acababan con la conversación La comida es buena pero tanto para comer y cenar siempre es la misma día tras día no han variado prácticamente nada del menú así se hace muy pesado estar varios días yo he estado varias veces en este hotel y la verdad es que el cambio que han dado es a muchísimo peor las críticas tanto de los trabajadores como de los clientes han sido constantes y da mucha pena ver un gran hotel con esta calidad tan tan mala

Séjour sympathique

L’emplacement : à deux pas du centre ville et proche de la mer. Les piscines, une pour les enfants, une pour les adultes et une couverte (oú nous ne sommes pas allés). Les repas : bons et variés. Le personnel agréable.

Central and good pools

Great pool area, rooms comfy enough, had 6th floor room so got the bigger balcony which was great. 2 mins walk to the strip. Good value for the price

Very poor

The receptionist Michelle was very helpful

The hotel was not clean, wry ran down, kids pool area was very tan down, the Astro ground beside the pool looked was filthy

Good size bed

Walls are all stained, bathroom was not perfectly cleaned, there were still hairs on the toilet and showers also on the bed linnen. Balcony could barely fit two people. Our neighbours next doors are loud. And the reception did not care / did not do something about it. We let the housekeeping clean our room but when we came back they did not clean the bathroom floor and bedroom floor good, there were still dirt everywhere. We will not come back anymore, i would also not recommend this.

We were comfortable and enjoyed it

The suite room was very comfortable with noise-proof double-glazed windows. There were a lot of people in the hotel but it seemed well organized and the staff very polite and helpful.

No real complaints, considering it is a hotel that caters to many people.

Pleasant

Food was good but but sometimes things were missing ,e.g some mornings no fried eggs ,no mixed fruit for cornflakes Evening meal , boiled potatoes were always cold etc

Did open early for breakfast but always late for evening meals, no good if you are going somewhere First room given to us was on ground floor,which I asked for,was very poor ,no telephone,no balcony, children knocking on windows from poolside Second room was on third floor, ok unless lifts not working and was very noisy every night with teenagers talking, singing, and laughing at 3 am

Fast wifi, clean & comfy

Really nice room - very spacious, clean, modern, good aircon. Very fast WiFi, very comfortable beds. Close to all the bars, restaurants, bus station - easy walking distance and 247 reception

The food wasn't great, same stuff for every meal every day with only a slight variation and often quite cold. Lots of items but all the same each day

disappointing ..the pictures displayed on booking.com did not match the property itself it was false advertising

If you have an opportunity, try to avoid this hotel! Don’t stay here! We made a reservation in may, when reviews were gr

Location is the one and only advantage of this hotel

Everything else - rooms (we had superior, but even renovated rooms were not clean). Staff - as foreigners, who don’t speak spanish or french, we needed to stay in line with the ones, who needed to check in. Every time our card didn’t work/there was other problems, we needed to stay in a line for at least 20min! Even if we have reached staff member, something always happened and they could easily throw you to the other queue! + at night there was a lot of noises, like someone scratched the floor. staff haven’t done ANYTHING, even though we we told them about this problem 4(!) times!

Disappointing

The staff we met were very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and aircon worked well.

Room was tired - dated bedspreads, no minibar or even fridge. Lighting could be improved. We gave breakfast and the pools a miss: too crowded.

Lloret de Mar is a party town. Don't come here for peace and quiet or great culture.

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special but there was plenty of it, and some of it was good. I didn't like the coffee, but the fruit juice was great, as was the cooked breakfast.. My room was OK. The bed was comfortable. I liked having the balcony which was brilliant with the hot weather.

I didn't have a fridge in my room which would have invaluable with the hot weather. I had nowhere to store water to keep it cold. A table on my balcony would have useful. It would have been great to have had a tray at breakfast to carry everything, rather than going backwards and forwards several times to collect everything I needed. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare. The dining room was incredibly busy, and sometimes the food did run out. I found the level of noise, both during the day but particularly at night difficult, whether it was inside or outside the hotel. Guests would return to their room at any time, slamming doors, running up and down the corridor in shoes, screaming or arguing, or dropping bottles on the floor. I was also very concerned to see that guests would often move between one room and another by jumping over the balcony, even if they were on the 5th floor! Very risky and particularly dangerous if they had been drinking.

Overpaid dorm experience.

The size of the room and there was hot water.

It felt like I was in a college dorm. Everything was old. I couldn't get on wifi in the room even after being given a passcode, which I had to go back down to the desk to ask for. The ac was not cold at all. The sink was clogged on arrival. I was a single person staying there, but it was a room for 3 and there weren't enough linens even provided for that. The shampoo and amenities were lacking. The safe did not work in the room. The atm on property did not work. There was no sound proofing. I could hear people playing outside until 12am. People came home drunk at 5am and banging on neighbors door and talking outside until 7am on the 2nd night. It is like paying to live a trashy college experience.

Could be a good hotel if the staff kept the clientele under control.

Dinner and lunch was good, central location . close to the beach, supportive reception staff when requested to move rooms due to the noise throughout the night, bar staff were helpful and cheery.

The hotel was advertised with day time entertainment which was aqua gym once a day and that was it, night time entertainment very poor. There were big group of 20 ish year olds very drunk with playing their own music through their own speakers, nothing was said from the life guard. Music was being played until early hours of the morning through these speakers, after complaining twice security went and asked them to turn it off. Big group of 18-30 would come back to the hotel through the early hours of the morning singing, shouting and knocking on peoples doors and again the hotel staff didn’t do anything. Breakfast was terrible, unless you like mixed vegetables , fish balls, mixed peppers.

Superb

Everything. Hotel was fine, we had a all inclusive so perfect.

Noise from other guests in late night at last night.. Malfunctioning fire alarm repeating start many times almost all day.

Not the best

Rooms were decent size and kept clean

Reception staff and certain others were very rude and food ok but same every day, and hotel was full of big groups of very noisy guests that made pool time and sleep a nightmare!

Very good

Located close to the bus station. Beaches (both Fenal and Lloret beach) are 5 min. walk. Extremely comfortable beds (memory foam matraces and pillows) ensured good sleep. Good breakfast. Family pool area. Animation latin dance at the pool ;)

It is a huge complex with lots of guest even in early season. Sometimes a bit crowded at the restaurant. There is a beer garden and a crazy ‘amusement facility’ next door but they were not that noisy with closed windows. A fridge / minibar would be useful.

Very good

The hotel has an excellent location (about 5 min walk from the bus station). The hotel has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, with an excellent value for money. The room was very clean

Breakfast hours should be extended. Rooms should have a mini freezer, as with the daily temperatures it is not possible to keep drinks cold longer than 2 hours after they are purchased
