The room was comfortable and clean. The welcome was friendly and informative. Very good base for Cognac and breaking up a journey through France.

The electric car charging was unclear and a flat rate which was expensive

Nice place with pool and private parking. Rooms are big and clean but a bit simple.

Air conditioning did not really help. Restaurants are a bit far away.

Breakfast was fab and plenty of, lovely friendly staff, allowed into room early, clean and no fault to be found.

Control of my air con in room 9 would have been a bonus but no real problem

The rooms are clean and well equipped. On site parking very helpful. A good breakfast is available.

Good price, decent room. Bar was handy bearing in mind hot weather. Confy beds, good speed internet, exelent and helpfull staff.

This hotel is basic, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Walking distance into Cognac 15 mins. All the facilities are clean and very comfortable. The pool is a nice bonus especially on the day we returned from Cognac. Cooled off in the early evening sun.

Only the fact they don't offer a kettle in the room. The hotel has restricted time for food availability. This is a basic more budget hotel. It gives all the info so there are no surprises. Please read before booking.

Really close to really good but not quite!

Staff were very welcoming. Room was very clean & bed comfortable. Really good shower!

Pillows were hopeless! We were kept awake for a lot of the night by the security lights outside of other rooms turning on & off. The outside shutter could not be secured so could not use it and the window curtain inside was not wide enough to close the lights out. There was no air conditioning in the room, we could not leave the door open all night ( obviously ) & so the room was really stuffy.

low key, calm, sweet pool, rooms great for a family, gardens lovely, staff friendly and helpful, pretty terrace for drinks. only 10 mins walk into centre ville.

Great hotel for solo motorcyclist

Perfect for a motorcycle tour stop over. Gated complex so I didn't worry about the security of my motorcycle. Ten minute walk from town centre. Simple room but clean and comfortable. Premises maintained by the friendly staff very well. Good value for money and I'd definitely stay again.

Comfy rooms, lovely pool a huge bonus!

Friendly staff. Swimming pool very welcome bonus after long day of driving. Well and reasonably priced room and breakfast. Parking on site. Good location. Comfy basic room.

Bath towels were rough and hard! Would have liked kettle in room but not expected at room price.

Good

We stopped in Cognac on our way home to Ireland. Nice small hotel located in a very quiet area of Cognac. The hotel grounds are lovely. The family room was a very good size with plenty of storage. Swimming pool was great, during our 2 day stay it was never crowded, at some point we had it to ourselves for about 2 hours. Would definitely come again, staying at this hotel was a very nice way to end our holiday, great choice if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The bathroom - there was no shower enclosure/curtain in the shower, taking a shower left the whole area wet and it took a while for the floor to dry. Also this left an unpleasant smell of moisture. However this would never be a deciding factor if we were to stay at this hotel again, the overall experience was great.
