Unremarkable stay in a disappointing town.

Central location. Short walk to bars etc. Breakfast average. Secure parking. Staff available.

There was a couple that had there dog sitting on a chair at breakfast & she was secretly hand feeding it just below the table, not hygienic in my opinion

Really good and we loved Cognac

The location was fantastic, just 2 minutes walk to the town centre. We upgraded to a supermarket double and the room was a good size. Unfortunately with most hotels nowadays they don’t give you a mirror over the dressing table which I like which is why I didn’t mark as excellent. There was a car park to the hotel as well which was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very good, we would stay again and recommend it as its friendly and in a good position

Fantastic reception and a lot of help especially booking a restaurant on a Friday. The restaurant recommended was great. Perfect location near to centre but not too much traffic.

Breakfast was very limited in choice - especially compared to 6 other hotels we had stayed in on this trip. But we would stay again

Superb

The Hotel is located within a very short walk of the main centre, however my room was both quiet and clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and both checking in and and out were very straightforward. The hotel offers secure parking which I took advantage of and it was good sized spaces.

Great choice for Cognac

Clean and comfortable room. Super friendly reception. Location is superb. They let us check in early which was great as we were then able to go to the Cognac Blues Passion earlier than we hoped and they let us leave our car in the parking the next day until we had returned from lunch, which was so helpful.

Wifi in the room only one user at a time, these days more or less everyone has a phone with them.

An enjoyable stay at a friendly and well located hotel

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a great location for exploring the town.

The toilet room was on the small size.

It was great. Short walk to the centre with all the restaurants etc. Secure parking (€6 per night) was essential as we were returning from a couple of weeks holiday so lots of stuff in the car ' some valuable.

I felt very welcome and enjoyed my stay .

the hotel is in the historical part of Cognac and nicely renovated . the staff were super helpful and the breakfast was outstanding.

It was an ok stay but I’m not sure that we would stay again.

The location we good and we were able to reserve secure parking. The receptionists were friendly and efficient.

The rooms were a little tired and small. The breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Perfect for a weekend getaway as long as you are not looking for luxury!

Fantastic location. Close to all amenities.

The bathroom facilities in our room were very tired looking, stained and there was mould in the shower area.
