Un lindo hotel arruinado por la falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

La habitación es cómoda y la cama tambien. El baño tiene buenas dimensiones. Tiene un restaurante con precios módicos que es muy bueno.

Es increíble que las habitaciones no tengan aire acondicionado, que con el golpe de calor que hay en la ciudad de México, se hacia muy difícil poder descansar bien! La temperatura en la habitación era de 29 grados. Los ventiladores que hay dan un aire caliente que secaba la boca y las fosas nasales. Da una sensación de ahogo que me desperté más de tres veces en las noches. Una pena porque no se disfrutó del tiempo de ocio en la habitación. Realmente por el calor era una tortura!

Està bé per una nit i la meva habitació estava prou neta

La meva habitació estava molt antiquada amb matalàs i coixins molt vells. El bany també necessita una reforma. Tot i estar molt cèntric el carrer no convida a passejar-hi de nit. Les finestres són velles i se sent tot el soroll de fora. Fa molta calor dins l’habitació

Agradable y confortable

Las instalaciones muy buenas, la ubicación excelente, el desayuno y la comida muy buenas, la atención de todo el personal del restaurante excelente, empezando por dron Ricardo, borrones y recepción excelente, se respira mucha tranquilidad, el servicio de resguardo de equipaje muy conveniente. Volveré a hospedarme en el Metropol.

Muy bien

La ubicación muy cerca a parques, Bellas Artes y el Barrio Chino, es el centro de CDMX. Encontré una buena promoción oferta en Booking, el precio super bueno para ser hotel 4 estrellas.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, las habitaciones tienen un poco de olor a guardado/húmedo.

Great location, very clean, but the stuffiness of the rooms makes it too warm to be comfortable.

The location is great and the whole building is very clean. The ice dispenser area is located in a convenient location in the hall way and always full.

The rooms were very hot. There was no AC which is not clearly stated on the site. The hotel did provide a fan however after a while it only rotated the same warm air. It was actually cooler outside than inside which is also off because CDMX doesn’t usually get very warm but these rooms were like little saunas. If you shower with warm water the whole room gets and stays hot. Also the hotel only provided two small towels, the size of a floor mat, which wasn’t provided either. I know we can always ask for more towels but, that’s also inconvenient. Staff is friendly but it seems like everyone only does their respective job and this if you need assistance with something you need to wait a while to be helped. Lastly, breakfast is not a included.

Room must be upgraded and amenities must be provided free. Improved the internet and TV connection.

The service I enjoy and appreciate are the breakfast food and Coffee Shop staffs. Very professional and their a team work among them. Very fast efficient service. The price and value of the food is reasonable. Highly recommended the coffee shop. The room need upgrade. no free amenities provided. Internet very weak. Room key not reliable. Room need soundproof. No aircon in the room.

The front office staff must be efficient in checking in a guest. F. O. Staffs must explained the services of the hotel. No amenities in the room (example: coffee pot and coffee tea, water and snack) . No Air Con. TV not working. I can hear the noise in other room. No view in the room. Room key no reliable.
