Isolement à revoir , et fidélité des clients à reconnaître serait un plus ! 6 fois en 2 ans et nada

C'est un hôtel que j'adore , confortable et bien placé. J'ai demandé la même chambre que j'avais eu en plein été ...... Grosse différence sur l'isolation de la salle de bains.

Je n'ai pas reconnu le personnel habituel, d'habitude tout est simple, j'ai eu l'impression de déranger lors de mes 2 demandes ( sur 3 jours), un cappuccino à 12h ( déjà elle devait éteindre l'aspirateur ce qui l'a dérangé fortement, puis elle me dit désolé la machine est éteinte ( étrange, c'est écrit dans l'ascenseur et dans la chambre). L'isolation de la salle de bains qui était parfaite en plein été car j' étais venu pour la clim, mais malheureusement je suis sortie de l'hôtel avec une sinusite, en effet, malgré une fenêtre neuve, quand vous êtes au toilette, le froid vous tape dans le dos, le mini chauffage de salle de bains ne couvre pas ce froid , et la douche a 15 cm du sol pour pmr ( béquille) est fortement plus embêtant que la chambre au 2ème étage avec juste 3 marches à passer pour une chambre totalement ouverte. Dernièrement , conseil serviette neuve , avant de les mettre dans les chambres, pensez à les faire tremper 1 nuit avant le 1er lavage , sans quoi elles ne sèchent pas. Pas de place PMR devant l' hôtel pour décharger. Et même si elles ont beaucoup de courage et un rythme de dingue, le ma que d'isolation fait que si vous travaillez trad le soir dans votre chambre , à 8h ça crie et ça aspire de partout , plus aucun repos possible ( le pire est la porte du 2eme qui donne à la salle café, pour l'avoir déjà testé, a revoir car c'est quand même un budget .

Very clean ,comfortable hotel in perfect inner city location

Great location Good breakfast buffet Very clean Decent and modern design Parking for discounted rate 40 metres away

due to the age of the heating you may hear the flushing of the pipes also at night ,no big drama but recognisable Glass door to bath room and toilet could make it uncomfortable for couples that may not yet exposed themselves to that kind of noise environment;-)

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good and copious the room service we had for dinner was just what we wanted for a late meal.

a good hotel in a great location.

The staff were great. Helpful and friendly. The hotel location is brilliant, close to shopping and places tk eat and drink.

No room service in the hotel, hotel was listed as a spa, but there wasn’t one. No tea or coffee in the room (had to leave the room to get caffeine in the morning). But these were minor things.

A wonderful hotel in the Heart of Chambery 😊

A wonderful hotel in the Heart of Chambery. Reception staff are amazing and couldn't be more helpful - room very comfortable and spacious - a few English TV news channels which was great. Cleaning staff are wonderful. Breakfast was also plentiful. When you stay at Princes you are walking distance from everything you need in this wonderful place. Thanks for having us 😊

Central location with many restaurants within walking distance. Well thought out rooms.

Parking a car with a roofbox was ‘interesting’ as was finding the place - nothing to do with the hotel, just a heads up .
