Me cobraron dos veces por Booking y en hostel

Buenas instalaciones

Reserve por Booking y cuando llegue me cobraron la estadía y me dijeron que no me cobrarían lo de Booking , en el resumen de mí tarjeta están los dos cargos, reclamé pero aún no me acreditaron lo que me dijeron que no cobraban

Lugar genial para conocer gente.

Hay café gratis durante todo el día y la sala común está muy bien y además, hay un billar para jugar gratuitamente.

Zona bien, pero mucho ruido

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y había muy buen ambiente en el hostel. Además, está situado en pleno centro. El hostel es muy grande, tiene sala de cine, billar, terraza...

El hostel está en zona de fiesta. Estuvimos en fin de semana y no pudimos dormir ninguna de las dos noches de la de ruido que había: música, gritos, botellazos, policía ... Por una pérdida de conexión con avión solo pude disfrutar 2 de las 3 noches reservadas. A pesar de que lo comuniqué con anticipación, me cobraron las 3 noches diciendo que ellos no podían hacer modificaciones en Booking. Booking me comenta que el hostal no atiende a las llamadas y que tenían que haber hecho la modificación ellos. Cualquier notificación tiene que ser por Booking, no por WhatsApp como ellos te dicen...porque luego, te llevas sorpresas.

Foi muito bom me hospedar na Viajero, agregou ainda mais a minha viagem.

Muito bem localizada, e confortável pois tinha ar-condicionado, cobertor, frigobar, elevador. Detinha de espaços coletivos, caso você quisesse fazer uma refeição ou ler um livro fora do apartamento.

Devido ser no centro, não é um ambiente silencioso, mas que pra mim não me incomodou.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas. Y la azotea es increíble.

Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado la primera semana, hacía muchísimo frío y solo lo solucionaron 3 días después.

Gostei bastante da experiência num quarto privado. A organização e limpeza das áreas comuns do hostel é excelente e o terraço tem uma vista sensacional para a cidade. A arquitetura do prédio também é encantadora.

As ruas no entorno podem ser um pouco vazias a noite, tive um pouco de medo de caminhar sozinha.

Maravilhosa!!!!

O hostel é bem localizado, dá para se conhecer muitos pontos turísticos a pé. É muito organizado e limpo. A equipe é maravilhosa, com pessoas preparadas e atenciosas. Amei cada detalhe da decoração, tudo expressando a atenção e carinho com os clientes. Já fiquei em alguns hostels, inclusive em NY, mas como o Viajero nunca vi. Foi o melhor hostel em que já me hospedei. Amei!!!! Parabéns a todos os envolvidos, sobretudo ao Facundo, Sinay e Grillo.

Decent option for a central stay

Room was a good size, comfortable bed and ensuite. Common areas are nice and kitchen is well equipped. Close to some tourist sights

Check in was very slow as only one person on desk. Not as many activities organised by the hostel as other branches. Not as much going on in an evening in this area

Just for the amazing building and for the very helpful staff, I would choose it again.

The property was a great and beautiful building up on the central sidewalk.

The location, at last, wasn't the best as it has many homeless people and though it is not very safe.

Hostel is nice would happily stay, just don’t expect a big social aspect.

Hostel is super clean and the rooms are nice.

Difficult to find, needs better signage. Not much of a social aspect to the hostel, may be because of down season.

Location at a heart of old town, walking distance to all the attractions in the old town. Newly renovated building with working elevator!

No tea, water or hot water for guest. Not even in the common area.

All clean and tidy! The beds have curtains so you'll have privacy. The building has many floors which give you options to stay and enjoy it. Also, has a nice atmosphere! The shower is hot and the bathroom is clean. It has lockers under the bed which facilitates a lot.

It was empty, so I am not sure if there is no social activities for solo travelers or if I didn't get a good period to go. It definitely should have a hair dryer, it helps travelers in cold weather!

Nice and convenient hostel with character

The hostel is well located in an old building and offers a great atmosphere. It is easy to explore the city from there. I was in an individual room with private bathroom, which was convenient.

The room and the air con were a bit run-down, but this din't impact my stay too much.

pleasant and good location. with a few improvements it would be very good.

the staff were all very nice. I liked the location. I really appreciated being able to rent a bike at the hotel. that was a big plus for me. the common areas and the kitchen were nice. there could be a slightly larger fridge for guests’ food. now about the room. the bed was comfortable enough. But except for the glass in the door there were no windows or natural ventilation. As a result it smelled musty from the moisture in the bathroom. The glass door was off the lobby so with the lights on all night it was disturbing to sleep. I eventually had to hang a blanket in front of the door to keep out the light. when I mentioned the problem to the staff and suggested a curtain in front of the door, they seemed indifferent.

What I most like at the hostel were the staff. Alex spoke very good english, very polite and helpful for tips.

kitchen not very cleaned and parties until late next to the room. Also bed exchange without my consent.
