Basic hotel below average

This hotel is just near the beach. Thats the only positive reason for anyone to visit

This is a small boutique type hotel. Do not keep expectations of a star class hotel. Need restorations and renovations in every aspect. This includes bathroom fittings , doors and the ACs . Bathroom towels provided were very old and not properly cleaned. The pool water was smokey and the pool towels were also dirty. Not properly maintained hotel and below average

Great experience

The hotel is fantastic,very well maintained,with gorgeous view.The staff went out of their way to be as helpful and respectful as they could. The lunch and dinner were delicious with unique subtle flavors.the breakfast was good with interesting options. When we arrived ,we continued to receive excellent service.All the staff made our stay all the better extremely friendly and accommodating.Our room was very nice,clean and well maintained,great location. Excellent Wi-Fi access in the room and the lobby area,it was supper fast. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience.We will definitely stay there again if we return to Benthota. The people are very friendly and accommodating and we felt very safe.A real must for a trip

A truly unforgettable experience

I was recently had the pleasure of staying at Oasey Beach Hotel ,and it exceeded all my expectation ! .From the breathtaking ocean views to the rooms and impeccable service ,every aspect of my stay was flawless.The hotel's amenities and dining option were top- notch. The hotel was nice and cleanand the food was very good,my room was specious and immaculately maintained by the staff,talking of which staff were wonderful very polite,helful and engaging and that goes for everyone from reception to pool attrndant etc. Wi-Fi in the room was very fast and it was very helpful to me.Not only in the room but also in the lobby area you can use WiFi with out any problem. Breakfast and dinner was awesome.It was an international menu. Great value for money that Ispent for my vacation.I will recommend Oasey Beach Hotel to everyone A truly unforgettable experience .

Very good

Beach is very beutiful and real and realy relaxing. But bfast really bad, when we made reservation they said Buffett, but just provide some items that couldnt bearable.

lunch was poor and took more than an hour to prepare. I ordered a crab dish and was given a prawn dish saying crab was not available without discussing with me first. Staff was moody. Only the cleaning lady was cheerful and helpful. Both ladies at the reception were arrogant and communicated poorly.

It's not worth the price

The breakfast was decent and the breakfast staff was really nice.

It's an old building and it looks like they don't take care of it. The room was really dirty and there wasn't hot water. We wouldn't recomend this place for this price.

Exceptional

1. Quite long beach ⛱️ 2. Best Ayurveda Massage Centre and Best Master of Massage which we advise all ladies because best hands very happy. 3. Friendly staff and owner of the hotel. 4. Good size rooms 5. Good location and reasonable proce. 6. Great breakfasts everyday

The staff were great . Loved the location . However my AC didn’t work for two days and I think it had something to do with the issue in Sri Lanka . Fuel crisis . WiFi kept going out !!

Not like the pictures. Spend a little more and be happier elsewhere.

The hotel has a reliable taxi service

The hotel was overall very run down. The room had heaps of mould making it difficult to breath and cold water in the shower. There were stains on the bed sheets, dust all over and no hand sanitizer anywhere - not the standard you would expect, especially not during a global pandemic. The pool has murky water and filth around the edges. The staff was not very friendly in general and refused to refund my money when I explained I had to check out early for health reasons.

Nice staff

Bad location, No power generator during the day, only at night. Su have to stay at hot humid room during power cuts. Misleading pictures, there is no pool. hotel is empty like a ghost house. they play the old game, the put some stuff at the mini bar they charge u if u touch it.

Breakfast was average. Staff at this hotel were very good.

Hotel generally needs a revamp. Our shower was very loose and extremely difficult to get the water temperature right. Felt the hotel could have done with a real good clean.
