Skvělé snídaně, velký výběr, klid na ranní jídlo. Krásné prostředí, hlavně klid a ubytování v centru města. Skvělý personál a jejich přístup. Pohodlný velký pokoj, balkon.

A great stay

Great location near the centre of Madrid and close to a range of restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very confortable. The reception staff were very helpful.

Very, very average

Must give credit to professionalism and great service of the hotel staff who also helped us make changes in our reservation. Location is great, too. You’re close to everything you need to see in Madrid, with abundance of restaurants, parks and museums. And I also liked the interior, the courtyard cafe looks really cute.

1. Wi-Fi was basically non existent in our room. Connection could only last for 30 seconds, so it was impossible to have work calls. The lounge downstairs is quite noisy for that, too. 2. The place provides bare minimum to accommodate your stay: no bathrobes (which makes using the public jacuzzi rather awkward), no slippers and even no free water in the room. I actually would have preferred just a bottle of water instead of a welcome cava, since we don’t drink alcohol at all. 3. Speaking of jacuzzi, the water was barely room temperature. 4. Gym is so small and has so little there’s no point using it. If you need your morning workout, be ready to get a day pass in the gym outside. 5. Summing up everything above and a price per night, the value isn’t worth it.

not cheap no on site parking, that was a 5 minute walk in a parking that needs your car key for moving around the cars

Top notch, central stay in glorious Madrid

Perfect stay! Room was really spacious and was really comfortable, location was brilliant, everything within walking distance, breakfast was well worth it, really good selection and very good quality. Will 100% be making a return visit!

I honestly cant think of a fault, I was really pleased with everything from arrival to checkout. Thank you!

Perfect hotel

The location for exploring Madrid was perfect. There was a beautiful smell in the hotel and the reception staff were very welcoming. Our rooms were amazing, extremely comfortable bed and everything was very clean. The bar was also good value for money and very comfortable

The elevator right outside our room door could not be used (it was for staff only)

Very nice hotel in the center of Madrid

Breakfast was excellent! It had a variety of Spanish natural products, very tasty and fresh. Also we liked the possibility of taking it late.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Madrid

We had a big room this time, with space for all the luggage and for us to move. Also the bathroom was very nice and big. We had a super big smooth bed where we slept very well, even though we had a street room. One very nice detail was that they gave us carton bags with some breakfast, because we had an early flight back home. We really loved to stay in Catalonia Plaza Mayor Hotel.

Clean hotel and room. Felt safe in the location.

Room always felt a little cold. Just a little far of a walk to the main tourist attractions. On site self serve laundry would be great. And how does the towel rack heat? Not the hotel’s fault, but the metro being worked on was awful. Booked the hotel based on the availability of the metro.

Friendly staff from the beginning. Greeted upon check-in and availability was made for an early check-in. Bar staff were absolutely lovely, was always nice to unwind in the hotel bar at the end of the night with a glass of soft drink.

No problems whatsoever. Cheaper options are available but not at this quality. Don't make the mistake of buying a 7-day pass for transport if you're staying here, a lot to do within walking distance with various museums and parks nearby.

Calm in the hot centre of Madrid.

This is a very professionally run hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were first rate. Nothing was too much to ask and they were so helpful including a free upgrade to a bigger room. Breakfast was exceptional with an incredible choice. Our room was very quiet which is not easy in a big city. It is also well located being right in the centre of town. We loved visiting the Sorolla museum.
