Necesita mejorar la atención al cliente

Estaba bastante céntrico, de forma que se podía ir andando a los sitios de interés.

El sillón y las camas eran bastante incómodos, pero sin duda lo peor es que no atendieron nuestra solicitud. La televisión estaba desconectada y no reconocía ningún canal. Fuimos hasta en tres ocasiones a solicitar que viniesen a conectarla y ni siquiera se presentaron a pesar de indicarnos que lo harían. La tercera vez que reclamamos nos dijeron que para que queríamos conectarla si solo iba a haber canales en húngaro, pero lo que mi hijo quería ver puntualmente eran las Olimpiadas y le bastaba con la imagen. La chica de recepción dijo que era lógico, pero de nuevo, nadie se presentó. Sinceramente, la televisión parecía un adorno más en el apartamento. La falta de interés por resolver el problema es sin duda lo que nos ha dejado peor impresión.

Petit déjeuner, confort de la chambre à l exception du bruit, localisation par rapport aux différents points d intérêt de Budapest et de la navette pour l aéroport

Notre chambre donnait sur le passage animé dans lequel il y avait beaucoup de bruit. Les fenêtres ne faisaient pas suffisamment étanchéité et, moralité c était bruyant.

צוות מדהים , המזכירות בקבלה מקבלות את כולם עם חיוך, עוזרות במה שצריך . מה שכן, יש 2 מלונות של אותו רשת והארוחת בוקר במקום אחר 5 דק' הליכה עם רוצים להכנס לבריכה ולחדר כושר זה בעלות של 10 יורו ליום! מומלץ ממש מיקום מרכזי ממש - שקט אבל 3 דק' מאזור הברים

Mycket bra beläget.

Boendet var som förväntat. Hyrde en lägenhet som var ljus och trevlig, gott om plats. Helt okej frukost. Hotellet/lägenheten var inte så dyr att hyra så våra förväntningar var inte så höga.

AC gick inte att starta då byggnaden hade central AC som inte startades upp förrän i juni. Under vår vistelse var det 25-27 grader och strålande sol. Det var svårt att sova med öppna fönster då hotellet är beläget mitt i centrum: Shuttel till flygplatsen var dyr och chauffören ville släppa av oss på fel terminal eftersom han hade bråttom.

Comfy and Colourful

The apartment was big and clean and the bed very comfortable. The daily servicing was excellent. The reception staff were all exceptionally good at their job, lovely people. The lift access was most welcome. The area around the hotel housed a wide range of different types of resturants that gave a good range of food at reasonable prices.

The kitchen could have been better equipped - all the mugs were badly cracked and there were no knives to prepare food with. The area around the hotel is Party Central for Budapest and is noisy until 2 or 3 am. The apartment was well sound proofed but the Friday night music was even louder and went on for longer! Looking at hotel website photos we had expected that our "superior" apartment would have a washing machine. It did not - it was plumbed for one but had no machine. The hotel is situated in a narrow pedestrian passage lined with bars and restaurants. No smoking rules mean this passage is lined with people smoking outside and this was overpowering at times. With all of that said my husband and I enjoyed our stay and given the general comfort, the staff and the position of the hotel we would be happy to stay there again.

Amazing staff, lovely inner court yard, unbeatable location. But bad shower and weak wifi.

Staff here are wonderful people, without exception! Each one was very helpful, making my brief stay simple and fun.

The bathroom was a disaster. The shower head was missing and I had to shower just with the hose. It was not fun. Also the curtains were really hard to close unless one is like 2 meters tall. And /all other rooms on my corridor faced the lovely courtyard. I faced a very busy street and it was noisy all night long. It was ok for one night but I would have asked to switch rooms if it were longer. Finally-- the wifi did not work in my room, I had to sit in the courtyard.

Awful experience, the worst ten hours spent in a hotel.

We arrived at 00.00, we were so tired after driving for 12 hours and we just tried to sleep in a very hot and dirty room with no A.C. ( which is unacceptable in any circumstance) Nothing was ok in this hotel ( which is rather a hostel) except the girls at the reception, they were nice and kind, they said in the morning, at check/out that we should have told them about the dirty room, but it was 00.00 at night, so they couldn’t have changed the situation. The owner must invest a lot in this building but he obviously doesn’t care and the cleaning team should DEEP clean all the rooms. I simply can’t understand why they can treat people like that.

Hard to find, old dusty hotel and furniture, expensive parking( 40 euro for 10 hours ) and you find out after you payed the reservation, the parties at the neighbouring night clubs are very loud at night, NO A.C. in the outdated hotel ( just an old fan!! in the little sleeping room and one in the living room and there were 32 degrees) , very dirty floor, dirty bathtub, stained couch, old grey towels and NO fresh air whatsoever. We were afraid to eat breakfast there, so we left after 10 horrible hours. :((

it is located in the most noisy street in whole Budapest, where all the parties take place until dawn. The bathroom needs renovation. Terrible smell in the room.

Good place, but location is very counter indicative.

Accommodation is good, clean and trim. But finding it was really challenging as no body answered the calls on our arrival a bit late in the evening. The name changed from "Made Inn"; but Booking.com still has the obsolete name. The new name "Gozsdu". So please update this.

Just in the centre, very good breakfast, better for couples (not for families with small kids)

We liked the location (right in the centre), big size of appartment, comfortable beds, very good breakfast.

The television didn´t work, the wifi didn´t work, sofa bed for our kid weren´t prepared.

great location, comfortable beds, spacious well equipped apartment and great staff.

the location was perfect. lots if bars and restaurants on the doorstep. metro hub 5 mins walk and only 7 or 8 mins to Vacci Street. apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. cleaned every day and towels refreshed every 2 days. sound C proofing excellent and good blackout curtains for sleeping. reception staff friendly and really helpful. same with breakfast staff. would definitely stay again.

the only minor point was only CNN available in English on the TV.

Find a hotel is quite hardly. No one sing on the street. To reach hotel you have to turn inside in court from the street and reception desk will be on 2nd building, 2nd floor!

The appartament was very dirty, the kitchen furniture was oily, the sofa was burned by cigarette, in the bathroom was hair on the floor. Was not the appartment from the reservation according to the pictures.

Loved it, definitely would go back again.

Breakfast was a treat, good coffee, very nice staff. Hotel is close to the metro station, a tram line, the airport bus station. Excellent location, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good A/C, large rooms, elevator.

The name is different when you get to the location, it may be the old one. The rooftop rooms have no view, windows are matte. PArking a car was a challenge ...but none of the above ruined the experience.
