Excelente precio/calidad. Limpio y ubicación excelente cerca del metro

Es un hotel pequeño pero excelente para descansar. Esta muy práctico para llegar al metro caminando(5min Máximo) y la mayoría de los puntos turísticos se encuentran a 30 min en promedio a cada uno, hay muchas tiendas, panaderías y restaurantes incluso una cafetería Justo debajo del Hotel y un mercado a una cuadra. Un extra fue que el personal de recepción durante el día muy agradable y atento además de que hablaba español lo cual nos facilitó todo ya que nos ayudó a orientarnos y nos dio varios tips. La relación precio/calidad es bueno. Estamos satisfechos con la estancia. La habitación siempre que regresábamos muy limpia y ordenada diariamente. Contaba con lo que describía en la página de internet. Además con calefacción que fue un poco necesaria porque el clima estuvo frío en nuestra visita, así que nunca pasamos frío. Volveríamos a ir al lugar.

La habitación un poco pequeña, aunque para estancia de descanso (qué fue para lo que la ocupamos) excelente relación precio/calidad.

Confortevole, ottima posizione

Pulizia da 5 stelle (es: quotidiana pulizia tracce di calcare nella doccia). Ottima posizione, in prossimità di due stazioni di metro, supermercati, ristoranti, ecc. Albergo recentemente ristrutturato. Camera singola piccola ma completa e confortevole. Pagato la singola 60 euro per notte (ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo). Riscaldamento molto funzionale e ben gestibile autonomamente con apertura-chiusura valvola.

Portasciugamani-attaccapanni a perno nella parte interna della porta del bagno veramente pericolosi. Sporgenti più di 10 cm, si rischia di infilarseli negli occhi quando dal lavabo ci si gira e si esce dal bagno. Tende che strisciano per terra da correggere. Leggermente rumoroso (ma molto tollerabile) a causa dei soffitti in legno.

Conforme à ce que j’attendais pour ce prix là dans un quartier très correct de Paris.

Hôtel de bon rapport qualité /prix dans un quartier très correct , proche de toutes les commodités (station de métro, supérette, restaurants). Chambre bien chauffée et wifi stable. Personnel prévenant et à l’écoute.

Malgré le double vitrage, les bruits de voitures qui démarrent au feu sont très présents et réveillent au petit matin. Par ailleurs, je ne sais pas quel produit de nettoyage est utilisé mais il m’a provoqué des crises d’éternuements allergiques et j’ai dû aérer en grand un certain temps.

Cosy, affordable and great location ✨

I had a lovely stay over a few days, very comfy rooms - small, but perfect for budget and place to rest. Cleaned regularly throughout my stay. Plenty of close by supermarkets and restaurants, along with metro only minutes walk away.

Location as it was a few meters away from train station

Rooms were super dirty, lighting was bad The bath tub had black stains. I could not even look at it, forget about taking the bath in it. The door lock was not working The room size is too small. The carpet was too dirty like it was placed on road earlier and then transferred to the room. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at least not at this price... I paid 105 Euro for one night

Try to avoid it

Bed was confortable

Elevator was broken the whole time (My guess is it won't be fixed), so be ready to climb 5 flights of stairs. Bedrooms are not 12 sqm, more like 8sqm. There was a weird smell in both rooms we occupied. Rooms are in bad shape in general

There were restaurants around, easy to find somewhere to eat

Staff is awful and unhelpful, room was not cleaned properly, they didn’t reply to my messages before arriving, the staff had no empathy or reason to not reply and were not knowledgeable. there was a used qtip and underwear when we checked in the room.

It's a basic room with friendly staff. 1. There were NO cups, coffee/tea/milk/sugar etc in the room.

1. There were NO cups, coffee/tea/milk/sugar etc in the room. 2. Life had issues on 4th floor, so had to walk to 5th floor to get the lift to go down. 3. Intercom wasn't working. 4. When we told the receptionist about the room not having coffee/tea sachets, milk, sugar etc, he said it's just a 2* hotel and they don't provide it. He told that he could provide coffee from the machine. So my friend took a cup of coffee. It sounded as if he was compensating. But while checking out he charged us 2 euros for it. 5. They charged us another 2 euros while checking in as service tax. I wouldn't have rated it had the receptionist not charged for the coffee which should have been given by default.
