Very poor hotel experience

The location is very good for the metro and bus. The staff were friendly.

We had stayed here years ago and it was great. Not this time - we arrived and were given room 609 (top floor) and it was very small, no bedside table, and scaffolding all outside the window. We had requested a room at the front of the hotel when we made the booking, asked to change room and got given room 603 (top floor). The window wood frame was rotten and they had glued a floor plank to the window frame! This was not safe and we could hear the noise from outside all night. (See photos). There was building work on the roof from about 9am to 5/6pm, which was very loud. We did not sleep well. The shower door did not open fully because it hits the sink. We had 'Do not disturb' on our door but the housekeeping knocked on our door most days - frustratingly. We have contacted the hotel via Booking.com and they ignored our comments and said that the building noise was something they were suffering from too - not helpful!

Goed verblijf, maar met duidelijke aandachtspunten .

Ontbijt zondag 10 dec.verliep chaotisch. Niet voorbereid op groot aantal. Daardoor van alles te weinig. Voedsel, servies.bestek. Tweepersoons bed: matras hard en duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Hinderlijke geluidsoverlast van airco buiten ( s’nachts)

The location of the hotel close to the metro.

The room itself was not well-maintained with parts of the wall to be destroyed, the curtains had big holes on and the room had relatively old furniture. Also when I arrived they had left in the room the towels of the previous guest, no fresh towels, no toilet paper and the bed sheets I was not so sure whether they were clean either.

This hotel is good for its price:)

Room was small, but had everything that we needed. The hotel seemed clean, although the elevator had a weird smell. Great location, a lot of cafes and shops around and metro station is near.

I didn’t like that the staff didn’t know english well and food for breakfast was a small choice. Also we had to leave hotel early in the morning and the staff promised to prepare something for us for breakfast, but they didn’t.

Good for the money

The room was very small, but I think it was adequate for the price. The location is good, it has easy access to Paris downtown and Disneyland. There's a store on the corner which is open until late, so that was great. The bed was comfortable, and the heating was nice. The size of the bathroom was very nice.

The window was opened when we checked in at midnight, which made me VERY cold at night. I didn't realize I could turn on the heat until the next day. My blanket had a stain and wasn't changed in the 4 nights we were there. The towels were super rough, and the bathtub was very dangerous. You should consider removing it, I almost fell.

A decent basic hotel in a nice location. The local restaurants aren't touristy which is good.

The hotel is quite basic but is accurate to the photos and was clean and bright.

The breakfast was ok. Not very nice coffee from a machine. For a French hotel I had better expectations for when it comes to breakfast options. I guess it is a consequence of the price, however you can definitely find good breakfast options in town for this price. If I was not on business and had more time I would not have taken breakfast for sure.

The room was not nice at all, not very comfortable, old design, small and the towels in the bathroom were small and looked like 100yrs old. Wardrobe was poorly fitted, small and without much space. Elevator was slow and small. The windows were old and were not very well sound proof.

Kettle broken and reported it 3 times and not repaired. I have stayed here many times and was disappointed over the lack of kettle.

Room was stinking and the movement you enter 4th floor you sense the disgusting smell.

Except the smell rest all was great.

There was an awful smell in the building which made us dread heading back and there was stains on the walls in the bathrooms. The shower head was only just about working.

Value for money!

Location - 30-40 min from Paris center with train but like 12-20’ ride with taxi for 10-13€ to arc de triumph for example !

The breakfast doesn’t have many options basically there are different kind of breads some ham and cheese some pancakes and toppings along with coffee or juice ! The rooms are also kind of small but overall you are getting what you are paying and is very ok if you consider !
