Fantastic environment in a small town. The road up to the hotel spectacular.
Got a room on the 3rd floor without a lift. A bit difficult for me.

I could not ask for more. The view from the room was possibly the best in Lake Garda, the room was spacious and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and kind.

For a 3 stars hotel things were quite ok but the sound isolation is really bad, after 7 AM you cannot sleep anymore, very noisy.

located in a small village up in the mountains, with a nice ambiance. decent room, good breakfast, friendly staff and a great view over the lake from the restaurant.
it’s about 20 mins drive on narrow and steep serpentines to approach it.

Breathless view from the restaurant, charming village, comfy bed, quiet location, beautiful old building and hotel, really kind staff at the restaurant&reception, very good breakfast and delicious food for dinner. We enjoyed a lot our stay there, very good vibe and atmosphere. Even though we had a comfort room (unfortunately the superiors were occupied otherwise we would have gladly upgrade it) and there was no special view, the room was quiet, clean, beautiful and spacious and we appreciated it and the way we felt. Also, we appreciated the discount given on paying cash.
The wi-fi didn't worked at all in our room but not a problem as we decided to disconnect from smartphones for a bit.
What left us disappointed and really sad was that we found out that someone stole two T-shirts from our bags in different days (one of mine, which I bought from there and never wore & one of my boyfriends) and tried to steal another one, also from my boyfriend.
I realised while we were still there that my newly bought T-shirt was missing but being a small size I thought that maybe I didn't looked enough for it in my luggage. But immediately after we arrived to our next destination, we found out that there was another one missing, this time, from my boyfriends luggage. He wore it during our stay so no chances to have lost it anywhere else. Also, there was another strange thing that made us confirm that someone stole them, we found another of his polo T-shirts hidden in a tiny space behind my luggage rack and the mirror which is a really, really small space that you can never use or neither you easily remove the rack so that a male t-shirt could accidentally fall in there without noticing. We are sure there is no coincidence, it is impossible for both os us to have losen two t-shirts in such a few days + the one hidden. Furthemore, we have never lost any item in any holiday during 12 years of constant traveling.
I informed the hotel, but unfortunately we did it only after we found out the second T-shirt was missing (which happened when we arrived to the next destination) otherwise we would have informed them during our stay.
We really LOVED the hotel, the atmosphere, the staff, the magical village, we felt very good and the restaurant&reception staff is very nice&kind. We are sure (or at least hope) that this situation won't happen again to other guests. It was an unpleasant situation and I'm really sorry for the reception&restaurant staff, they really work hard and do their best to make us feel good.

We love the view from the balcony of our room, it was fantastic. We stayed there for 3 days and two nights as we celebrate our 2nd year wedding anniversaries and it was awesome. Same with all the staff. We have only classic room but they changed it to deluxe but with the same price. The food was great. I recommend it❤️

The view was incredible, it had a private balcony with two lounge chairs and a small table with two chairs. The entire balcony was covered and afforded such an amazing 180 degree view of Lake Garda. Additionally, the room was spacious and the staff was delightfully hospitable. We stayed in the diamond suite and definitely would again.
The drive itself up to the location can be rather stressful if you have an oversized car and/or aren't used to driving amongst the locals.

I really liked the size of the room. It was big and quiet. Although we didn't had "a room with a view" as we wished, it was amazing.
Shower took ages to warm and even then, it wasn't hot enough.

The location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast was great. My room faced the mountains not the lake but it was still beautiful. Great secure parking facilities.
There seems to be many different qualities of rooms. Also the pool belongs to a separate part of the hotel, a camping ground about 1km from the hotel. The mattress was really hard (no exaggeration) and there was only a sheer curtain so from 4am the whole room was illuminated by the sun. There are no spa facilities, so I feel a bit cheated as it was portrayed as a spa hotel by booking.

Very nice hotel with breathtaking views. The room we were given (with a free upgrade to lake view :-)) was very nice and roomy. The bathroom was also ample. Continental breakfast (served in the restaurant, which also has great views) was pretty good. Very nice staff.
Wifi service in the room was not very good.
