overall it was very nice

We had dinner. Compliments to the Cook!!!

I think the units need an upgrade. The toilets dripped water the entire time. The tv sound was set on a level so you could not hear a word. It could not be changed to higher volume.

Amazing views, modern finishes.

Wifi signal on TV was very low, did not work as well as expected. Coffee and towels did take time to arrive in the morning, would have preferred if it arrived earlier. Would have preferred butter as condiments, had to shop around for butter in Zinkwazi, hotel does not provide butter and decided to sell us butter at a ridiculous price

Beautiful views of the ocean.

The apartment we had was great with two bedrooms (one would have been fine but the second was good for all our luggage) and two bathrooms so plenty of room. The view of the ocean from out balcony was wonderful and the beach was easily on hand.

The meals took quite a long time to be served but were delicious all the same.

Please refund my card with a night's stay. I have photos and videos. Let me know if I must send it to you. Also, there was no sea view from our apartment. I have photos. Disappointing

The view, the location, the size of the unit.

The restaurant, poor service, no umbrellas, bath towels for beach towels, gas bbq didnt work, aircon leaked on carpets, oven was a problem.

the units were lovely and spacious. We had a beautiful ocean view from our unit. Units are well equipped and clean.

We've stayed at the hotel before and love its location.

The location is outstanding, and the views are magnificent. The access to the beach and privacy is really attractive and makes it a very special place. Our room was a recently upgraded one and was beautifully appointed. Malusi the barman and general assistant in the restaurant will go out of his way to satisfy your requirements even outside of catering!

Firstly, the most annoying was that a pair of expensive shoes were stolen from the unit, and I immediately reported it as well as gave the management an indication of the likely suspect in specific detail (one of the contractors) as I saw him "casing our unit and others during his lunch break. When he saw me, he hurried away. The management said they would investigate it, but nothing came of that. I had to replace the shoes at my own cost and due to tyre troubles had to extend our stay by 3 days and there wasn't even consideration of a discount. And if I book through Booking.Com and not directly with the hotel, the management will not reserve a room (ie confirm that they would allow us to remain in the unit we were in) so we had to book with them at a higher cost to confirm our room. We had people using a jackhammer on the apartment on the left next to ours and a crane with a continuous siren working on the apartment on our right, from 8 in the morning and throughout our stay each day during the working week. In addition, we had the noise of a Bobcat excavator working below us at the pool area for at least three days. This would have been fine had it been communicated to us beforehand which would have allowed us the choice of rescheduling. Or if the room had been offered at a discounted rate considering the inconvenience. The air conditioner in the main living area kept tripping shortly after switching it on from the day we arrived (Thursday) and to the best of my recollection was not repaired before we left (following Saturday). The restaurant is still very limited in its offering, and very expensive for that which it does offer, and therefore not many people make use of it, which is sad and seems to me to be one of the reasons that causes it to be expensive and limited.

property was very beautiful. the furniture was top notch. the view was absolutely gorgeous could stay in that balcony looking at the sea the whole day and still feel fulfilled. staff was very friendly and helpful.
