Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Tiflis zu erkunden

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, nah zur Metro und Bus. Das Personal ist total freundlich- besonderen Dank an Salome und Giorgi für Tipps und Unterstützung vor Ort. Alles war sauber und ordentlich- wenn wir nochmals nach Tiflis kommen werden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Piccolo hotel moderno e molto centrale: consigliato

Camere moderne, confortevoli e silenziose, ma prendete le Superior o quelle con terrazza per avere la vista (su una bella chiesa di fronte) e più spazio. Centralissimo, nella città vecchia a 150 metri da Freedom Square. Ragazza della reception molto gentile (per esempio per chiamarci col suo telefono un’auto di Bolt -simile a Uber- per andare all’aeroporto a un terzo del prezzo dei taxi). Complicato arrivare in auto (strade strette, Google maps impreciso sul percorso), no parcheggio nei pressi. Consiglio di visitare la città a piedi e con i conducenti di Bolt, anziché con auto propria, dato il traffico e la mancanza generale di parcheggi.

La colazione è migliorabile, potrebbe dare più scelte.

Genious Place, really calm and hidden but in the middle of Tbilisi’s old town, AMAZING!

The rooftop Appartment was not only beautiful and sooo cozy, the staff is super friendly and helping, room 14 is a hidden gem. Recommend it!

Only the elevator sometimes has its issues…

Nice hotel in the old town

The hotel is located in the historical center near the main attractions of Tbilisi, the room is nice and new, the shower box is big and comfortable, fast WiFi, and a nice view from the terrace. The breakfast was ok and almost all members of the staff were kind and friendly.

Poor sound insulation, not the best cleaning service, few space in the bathroom, one of the receptionists named Giorgi was pretty rude and unprofessional.

Comfortable, great location, great value

Great location, walking distance from main attractions Compact but comfortable and well equipped rooms Breakfast was good, variety of the spread was decent and good preparation.

Slight nitpicking here since everything else was fine.. The mattress provided was soft, even though I had requested a firm one when booking. Not sure if that’s a hotel thing or all over Tbilisi.

Good value. Recommend as a short stay for the busy tourist

The hotel was very good value for what it was, the receptionist was kind and helpful and it was close to freedom square which was fun to go for a walk around to find some dinner. It was perfect for a short stay and if you plan to be out and about. The buffet breakfast was average at best, as was the machine coffee, but can't really complain for what you pay for.

Great stay, highly recommend! Would repeat if go next time to Tbilisi.

Perfect stay, thanks to Hotel City for great service. Air cooling works well, the room is very good and comfortable, water pressure and bathroom itself are very good, also hairdryer and iron are super modern and work well and quickly - thanks hotel owner and managers for good services and equipment. They have safe box. Cleaning services were excellent, towels change was every day. The location is incredible, we are happy that we have chosen this hotel for our stay. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk, old city is about 5-8 minutes walk, all touristic spots and tasty restaurants are quite close (Linville cafe with a nice interior, Zodiaque, Margarita, Sulico, etc), modern city center is 15-20 minutes walk. This location is perfect, everything in a good walking distance. Balcony is tiny, but this is a case for almost all hotels and guesthouses. Nice view from the balcony - not just bare wall, but they decorated it with grape. Appreciate they have early breakfast starting at 7:30am in weekdays, that was super good for us as we had some excursions starting 8:30, so we were in time and having full breakfast, not just lunch box.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Tbilisi old town.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the location is just perfect. We could walk to all the main tourist sites, good restaurants, bars and clubs

Exceptional

Fantastic location and staff. Had to add an extend the booking last minute but the staff were extremely accommodating and got us a great deal for the extension too ! Standard hotel breakfast. One of the hotels that has an "at home" feel

The double bed was 2 single mattresses and id often get stuck in the "middle" where the two meet. Not a deal breaker.

Very good

Center of old city but very quite. Nice design, clean rooms, nice bathroom. We had rooms looking inner yard, it was calm and quite. Reception is nice and helpful

The breakfast needs improvement. But coffee was suprisingly good - from a Jacobs coffee machine.

The room given to us was very small, not very comfortable, it is sort of an extension . but the terrace access was good. the terrace was a nice place to sit and relax. breakfast is below average. price charged by booking.com was way too higher than the hotel's regular rate.

Very good stay

Location is perfect, very close to attractions, shopping, restaurants and transport. Room was nice, spacious and clean. And ours was on the top of the building so had nice views from all the windows. Receptionists are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good. They have a lovely terrace with amazing views. Also I found them incredibly nice to offer early check in as our flight was arriving at 4am, a lot of hotels will ask for extra but as I booked the night before that wasn't necessary. In overall our stay was very good and although I have quite few things I disliked they were not big things at all.

We booked a room for 4 and the sofa bed was way too small even for 2 children , that should have been clearer when booking. Also we were only provided towels and pillows for 3 people but they sorted this out straight away when requested The room has a few things that were damaged that although not a major problem seemed like was on a verge of breaking: windows with very large cracks, towel handle broken, sofa bed was very wonky making very annoying to sleep on but they managed to fix it straight away. I even took photos at the start of the stay in case any of the things broke to show that was already damaged but luckily nothing broke. They give you fresh towels every single day and as much as that is lovely would be good to have a more environmentally friendly approach, I tried to hang all towels so they didn't change but they did anyway. And last a very annoying thing is that they only provide one toilet paper for a room of 4 people. Even when they cleaned the room they take away the one in use and give you only one full one. A couple of times we ran out and had to go ask for more which is not great specially if you are already on the toilet.

in the center, champagne for my birthday

it was written that one bottle of water is included but when we checked out we paid!! one night they didn’t clean the room at all, we asked them to clean and they cleaned the day after!

very good recommended experience!

the place was really nice and in a very good locations. it is managed by a really nice family which can give you many tips and advises of where to go and what to do, besides they can organise a full trip around Georgia in case you are interested. very good recommended experience
