Breakfast was over, staff were nice.
A/c didn’t work, room was hot and had to leave window open and listen to trains passing by all night while trying to sleep on a hard bed. Extra charges for room above price reserved, 10 euro for 2 cups of coffee, balcony door falling off the top hinge.

Ich konnte mein Auto kostenlos in einem abgesperrten Parkplatz die Tage abstellen
Die Lage war nicht gut (Industriegebiet) Zum Markusplatz braucht man mit Bus und Vaporetto ca. 1 1/2 Stunden

Close to Venice central station and is 20-25 minute drive to the Airport. Was comfy for our last day stay near Venice. You can park the car there for extra 8 euros or so after the checkout (which is what we did and took the bus (15 mins) to Venice central station and there to Venice island by vaporreti). Breakfast was nice
The location doesn't have any nice view nor attractions nearby

Personal super-freundlich und hilfsbereit
Lage ist logistisch ok für Besuche von Venedig (Bus u Bahn) aber sonst ist die Umgebung des Hotels nicht die schönste.

Staff was welcoming and very informative about transportation options. Also just made you feel like whatever you needed just let them know. Place was immaculate and well maintained. Room was very comfortable. Right on bus route to venice.
Bus stopped running quite early and nearest train stop was deserted and quite a walk away. Wouldn't be good a night.

When I arrived, extremely helpful receptionist told me I have 10 minutes before the last bus to Venice leaves (after that I would have to go by train). She sold me a bus ticket and I was able to catch the bus just in time. It stops exactly in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and a very nice room.
Way back to the hotel from the train station at night is a bit dark/unclear through the industrial area. Partly my own fault because I accidentally started walking on the wrong side of the tracks and couldn't cross them later.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was nice especially the staff at the reception.
The parking was safe and the connexion to Venice was super easy, the recpetion can provide you bus ticket and the stop is just in front of the hotel, the bus drops you close to everything.
Breakfast was also good.
Nothing to complain about.

Parking spot on site and excellent rooms

The bus service was right outside the hotel and went straight to Venice. Also, the train slation was within walking distance. Parking for our car was also why we chose the hotel.

The staff were very helpful especially at Reception. The room was clean and a decent sized bathroom. Bus transport at the door.
It was a little isolated from restaurants and shops.

The hotel is nicely renewed, very clean. The room was perfect with a nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and even a balcony.
The price of the buffet is a little bit excessive, 9€ per person is in my opinion a bit too much.

The hotel is very quiet, in a good location. the bus stop is in front of and the station is near by, something about 8minute walking. I prefered to stay at the continent, because walk with luggage in Venezia is very hard. the room is good, the staff are very nice and the breakfast are very good too! Thanks!

Breakfast is good and convenient ; Room was well upgraded

First of all, hotel was really close to the bus station - it was right in front of it. Also, if we wanted to take a train, it was only 10 minutes walking distance.
The size of the room was perfect for two people, and also we had amazingly comfy bathroom. The breakfast was included, and it was quite good as well. Stuff was wonderful and always helping and guiding where to go and what to see.
At the end of the day, I was really satisfied with our stay, because it was so pleasant to come back there after long day of sightseeing.
it's hard to tell, because everything was perfect.

bus stop in front the hotel

If traveling with a car to see Venice, then this hotel is a really good choice. You can leave your car in the secured parking lot and visit Venice by bus (bus stop at hotel door) or by train (station - 15 min walk, as bus doesn't go on Sundays). Staff was helpful and friendly, and explained the options how to get to Venice and even gave a printout of the train schedule. Room was comfortable, clean, had a minifridge and an AC. WiFi was stable and the speed was ok. Breakfast didn't offer a lot of choice but was still good.
8.0 / 10.0
The staff was great, the room itself had everything you needed, it was close to the train station albeit the shady road. The bus station to Venice is exactly in front of the hotel, it's also close to the city center(Mestre) by car(5 minutes), 24hours bar is a plus and also you have a safe to store your belongings.
Honestly, the bathroom seems a bit badly built and small. The showers and the taps could be upgraded because the water sometimes keeps running and the shower may gather some mold if not cleaned properly but these are minor issues.
