high quality facilities, service, food amenities. Quiet location, pool and beach. No loud distractions.
Some pool area repair noise. They need to maintain the facilities so we get it. Would have been nice if they offered some complimentary mimosas or something else during this period.

Localização e praia são excelentes.
O pequeno-almoço é muito básico e sem qualidade.

The beach is fantastic. The hotel rooms met our expectations and were very spacious and clean. The AC was top notch. The location was relatively central to everything on Grace Bay. You could easily bike to the stores/restaurants or take a short cab ride (although expensive for the short rides).
The service overall was not good. They lost one of our parties reservations and made them feel unwelcomed bc they couldn't find their reservation but when they finally did find it, they were respectful and kind to them. The bartender at the pool literally complained whenever we would order a drink. The food took a very long time to come out. Regarding check out, every email and form said a noon check out. However, the front desk told us it was 11 AM even though I showed them every email and document that said noon. They were rude when we pushed back but finally relented. It wouldn't be such a big deal if we hadn't booked our transportation to the airport ahead of time based on a noon check out.

The resort was small and comfortable, steps to beach , pool & restaurant. Close to town shops. Ocean View from room was fantastic.
Pool bar lunch menu was good but could have offered more selections of food. Not a deal breaker.

This property exceeded my expectations. First, the property is a small house with great amenities. It has the small cottage charm with modern flair. It is roomy and separate enough to give you an at home feel. The cleaning staff was consistent and covered all bases. The 24 hour reception and security presence made the resort always feel secure and never deserted. The free brunch was not only delicious but it was full of good options. Also the complimentary bottle of wine was a classy touch.
They need to update the door locking system to card keys. The key is the only lock and it is a little old fashion. I would love to beach service when you are on the beach. They need to check on you more.

The suite was amazing - and amazingly beautiful. It feels more like a home on the beach than any of the big corporate hotels. Beach, pool, spa treatments, sand, temperature - everything was just so perfect.

Breakfast was good. It would’ve been nice to have some local food.

Location and attentive staff.
One more on-site restaurant would have been nice.

First class service from everyone very warm and professional

The best beach experience we have ever had. Perfect location and amenities.
The beach staff was super friendly but could have been more attentive to customers on the beach. We always had to get up and ask for service (food and drink).

Fantastic location on the beach. The resort was a beautiful, quiet, relaxing retreat. We loved it!
The prices on the island are crazy expensive.

even on a busy week, there is plenty of room at the beach and pool.

The staff was great, as well as the location and quiet setting.

It is very beautiful small hotel with lovely garden and nice pool. We liked location because it was close to shopping ang restaurants area and still in private and quiet area. The beach was clean and not crowded. We were happy to stay there!
Breakfast was a bit disappointing but not bad. Lady who workes at front desk is not very polite and seems to not like her job at all. Bed was comfortable but a bit unstable, if you moved even a little the whole bed shaked.
But these were minor things and didn’t matter a lot.

Grace point is a small luxury resort in line with the SLH formula, though the service was far below the level one might expect from a 5* hotel with membership of the SLH company. I must say the rooms (we stayed one night in the ocean view appartement and 1 night in the cottage around the pool) are absolutely beautiful, well equipped and clean. In the end I prefer the cottage, as this is a nice cosy appartement. The staff, however, with a few exemptions, was terrible. Never experienced such an arrogant and impolite persons at the front desk. Really incredible ! One big reason not to come back. The only reason to come back is to visit restaurant, Grace Cottage, which is excellent and the good waitress from the Philippines at least knows what service means.
I don't hope that the bad, impolite and rude behaviour of the front desk personnel is the standard for this hotel, but I fear the worst. Paying 3200 USD for 2 nights and being treated as some low life, was for me the ABSOLUTE reason to give this hotel a bad rating and advise many of you not to book this hotel unless they change their attitude.

- Proximity and easy access to Grace Beach;
- Boutique/small hotel with cosy atomsphere;
- Not overly crowded with guests;
- Friendly staff, especially receiption and beach staff;
- Huge space in our villa (4+ bedrooms, multiple kitchens, livingrooms, dinning rooms);
- Delicious pool side food and dinner
- Walking distance to busier parts of town, but not too close where it becomes overwhelming.
- Room hardware is a bit outdated;
- Power plug next to the master bedroom bedstand is blocked by a fixed wooden column (part of the bed post), making charging the phone there inaccessible;
- Limited breakfast selection (free breakfast), there are more to order at a cost.

Great stay. Great location and the structyre has all kind of facilities. No crowd.
A bit too expensive, like most of the activities in the island

The property felt very welcoming and had everything we needed.
The property, though very nicely done, needed some minor repairs.
4.5
The beach, the view, the pool, the location and the staff were all amazing.
Just a few minor issues - the coffee filters provided actually did not fit the coffee maker in the room. Also, more information about the area would have been helpful. This being our first trip, we did not know and were not informed of how close we were to the main restaurant and shopping areas of the island. If we had known this we might have ventured out to explore, shop and eat.
4.5
Great beach, pool and the resort was very quiet.
